New Studio: Table component "calculate share in percentages"

Hello Community,I'm currently migrating my analyses to the new views and have encountered a “problem”. I hope you can help me solve it:Within “Analysis” the table component has the function “calculate share in percentages”.Hee it is possible to calculate the percentage of a column per line, also what percentage of the total for a column a line represents.How does it work in the new views?Thank you so much for help.Best, Thomas

Merging CSVs

Hello, I have received the data set I want to analyze in several CSV files (due to the row limit of 1 million rows). Now I would like to merge this split CSV data set in Celonis, but I have not found the function to do so. The data set is structured in such a way that CaseID, Activity, Timestamp and other case information are each in one line, as can be seen in the screenshot. Are we able to extract the user adoption via Pycelonis from a specific team?

Hello all, I would like to know if it's possible to extract the user adoption data/login history from the Platform Adoption View via Pycelonis 2.0.1 (I have the CSV export feature enabled, btw).  I'm trying to navigate to the specific object, but I can't even reach the Admin & Settings panel. Thanks in advance for any help.

PQL Formula

The data model looks like this. (1) is VBAP(2) is VBEP(3) is MARA(4) is MVKE   Now I created an OLAP table with columns from different SAP table. When I now want to include the SAP field MVGR1 from table MVKE is receive following error message.  How should the formula look like by using e.g. DOMAIN_TABLE or BIND together with PU-Function so that I can display the field MVKE.MVGR1 in the OLAP-Table?

How to use a table twice in an extraction

Hi everybody! I’m pretty new to celonis development and never ask a question here before, but I hope you can help me! I’m extracting data from SAP for Production data and now have the issue that I want to join the JEST table to two other tables (AUFK and AFVC) on the column AUFK.OBJNR and AFVC.OBJNR. How can I do that since downloading the whole JEST table means like 200 million entries :-( I hope you can help me!  Thank you very much!

Hi, I am trying to replicate an environment a 3rd party has set up for me (I have no access to them now).  I have data and transformations but they are all dependent on a Schema Parameter but his does not copy over. Can anyone confirm how I create one please?

Is there a way to edit analysis content (OLAP table) via pycelonis (e.g. add column)?

I am looking for a solution to automate changes to large number of analyses, where I need to occasionally add/delete columns from tables and graphs, when they become obsolete and replace them with new columns from the data model.Ideally, I would like to know if there is a way to access analysis content (various components) and manipulate them via pycelonis.The content is so far only accessible via celonis.apps, where it is not possible to change anything.Is there a possible solution in pycelonis (or something else) right now?

How to perform a GET request from the ML Workbench?

Filtering Data - Send out Data Records for the next workweek

Hello everyone, I want to send out every Monday (e.g. 12.08) all data records (e.g. deliveries) for the next workweek (19.08-23.08.24). Color mapping based on values of Dimensions in OLAP Table

Hi everyone, I would like to create a color mapping for a KPI in a OLAP TABLE.Each row in the table represents a case, with ID, an attribute from the same table (numeric), and a KPI created on that attribute (also numeric).I would like to color the value of the KPI based on the value of that attribute, for each case. For example, if it is greater in red, if it is less in green.I selected color mapping based on Dimension, and entered the first threshold as in the figure, but it colors everything red, not taking into account the value of the attribute.  Where am I going wrong? Thanks

Gather EMS analyses/views view statistics

Hi,Is there any way for a team admin to extract/gather view statistics for analyses and views?Ideally - event logs with events like object (analysis/view) + timestamp when it was viewed. Also it would be great to have user as well. The goal is to get an objective picture of how often particular objects are used instead of interviewing the users.For example, users say: "We use this report every day!", but you look into the stats and see that this report is open once per week/month. Therefore, maybe smth can be done to improve user experience. Thanks in advance!

Is there an api to read User adoption asset tracking service information in automated way?

I am trying to create a column chart which the count of the number of Claim ID's in a Work Order.

For instance, ... 5 WO's have 3 Distinct Claim ID's, 7 WO's have 2 Distinct Claim ID's, and 125 WO's have 1 Claim ID. Thank you ... I am sure this is simple, but I can't find how to do it.

How to check if a number starts with 10? this number might consists of any number of digits '1023456789', the most important thing it starts with 10 and i don't care about the rest.

Send out a Mail via an AF - add persons to the CC?

Hello everyone, I'm intending to send out data to stakeholders (numerous documents to a stakeholder - n:1 relation). I'm using the query module, csv module and the microsoft outlook module to implement it like this. Therefore, the documents will be aggregated on the basis of a stakeholder - this file will be sent out. However, per document, internally, there could be different employees assigned/responsible for those documents. Is it possible to put them into the CC of the mail (sending out to one stakeholder but numerous internal employees that should be notified - 1:n)?  Thank you so much! Best regardsJulia Bauer
