Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice on how to track and display historical KPIs in Celonis so the values are not overwritten as source data changes over time. Example:I want to track the % of maintenance tariff codes for purchase order items (i.e., EKPO.BEST_STAWN filled vs. all items). Some of my KPIs also use relationships between EKPO, MARA, and LFA1.I need to calculate and store these KPIs in monthly intervals—to know exactly what the maintenance value was for each month in the past, not just recalculate it on current data. 1 What’s the best way in Celonis to store unchangeable monthly KPI values?2 Is it better to use Automated Table Snapshots (copy/freeze tables) or KPI Snapshotting (export results), or something else?3 If table snapshots are best, should I build them in the backend (SQL/jobs) or can I do it inside Celonis using Action Flows or some built-in module? Thanks!

Hi Community,I'm getting the following error while loading my data model:Could not execute foreign key join: there are duplicates on both sides of the specified key relationship.Table EKKO, key columns (MANDT, LIFNR), key ('011', '0000805024').What is the recommended best practice for resolving this issue?Should the duplicate records be removed, or should the join relationship be adjusted? If removing duplicates is the preferred approach, how do you typically handle it? I have already identified the duplicate records, so the only remaining step would be how to delete them.Thanks in advance for your insights and recommendations!

Hi everyone, how are you?I'm trying to combine two tables with the same columns in a Data Model. My goal is to merge the data so I can continue adding and analyzing new information in my views.I've tried using UNION/UNION ALL, but I haven't been able to get it to work. hi all,Context :We have been using Celonis for many years connected to SAP ECC.To limit our data consumption + keep our jobs running as efficiently as possible, we have been extracting our tables based on a 24 months rolling basis.For that, we have a small job running every month setting the start date of all the extractions. This start date is used in the tables extraction filters. This has been running smoothly so far.What is happening :Our company is going to transition one ERP from SAP ECC to SAP S4.in SAP S4, the price conditions table PRCD_ELEMENTS (KONV table in SAP ECC) and more specifically the date field KDATU, is setup in CHAR data type. This is not compatible with our extraction setup.Assuming I wont be able to get this data type change, any recommendation on how to handle that?Thanks

Hi, I’m currently facing an issue while setting up an Action Flow / Machine Learning Workbench solution to download and merge multiple Excel/CSV files from a SharePoint site.I can see that it’s possible to download a single file using the Microsoft SharePoint Online module in Action Flow. However, my problem is that the folder contains multiple files with different names, and I would like to handle all of them within one solution.Has anyone worked on something similar and could share some advice on how to approach this?

Hello everyone, is there a way to send emails to multiple vendors at once using Action Flow? Currently, my setup supports sending emails to only one vendor at a time, and I would like to extend this capability to handle multiple vendors simultaneously.At present, I trigger emails from the dashboard View by passing a variable that identifies the vendor along with the corresponding email addresses. However, I am looking for a mass email functionality that allows sending emails sending to multiple vendors in a single trigger.

hello team, i want to find how many days between invoice date and clear date in olap table. i just do "clear date" - "invoice date" but the result is weird very big numbers like millions. i just want normal days count. what is wrong with my code please help me

In a Celonis Action Flow triggered by Microsoft SharePoint Online (Watch Items), a filter evaluates to FALSE even though it should logically evaluate to TRUE. The filter expression used is substring(lower(23.Fields.Title); length(23.Fields.Title) - 1; 1) = 's', where 23.Fields.Title is a SharePoint list Title field. At runtime, the resolved value of 23.Fields.Title (confirmed via the Filter Inspector and the SharePoint bundle payload) is C310-260430061344S, which clearly ends with the character S, so the expected result is that the filter condition evaluates to TRUE and allows the bundle to pass. However, the actual result is that the bundle does not pass the filter, and the execution log reports “The bundle did not pass through the filter,” with no errors or warnings.As we are currently facing errors when attempting to raise a ticket via Celopeers and the email support channel is not available, we are posting this in the community to seek guidance on whether this behavior is a defect

I want to add an augmented attribute called SourceKeyType with the following logic : For each record in Nomination, I need to find its SourceKey and find the KeyType Corresponds to that SourceKey. Unfortunately, despite my strong dedication to completing the program successfully, I have encountered some challenges that prevented me from obtaining the certification. My first attempt at the business assessment was disrupted due to an unexpected technical issue during the exam, which caused me to lose that opportunity. I’m encountering a refresh/dependency issue with a cascading dropdown setup in Celonis Studio. I have a bar chart histogram where the user selects: Dropdown #1 (Date field): “Ordered Date” or “Submit Date” Dropdown #2 (Time interval): Days / Weeks / Months / Quarter / Years The Bar Chart buckets the selected date field by the selected interval. For my analysis, I am uploading the publicly available OCEL 2.0 P2P simulation log (https://www.ocel-standard.org/event-logs/simulations/p2p/) into the Celonis OCDM using the provisional upload procedure via splitter.py. This procedure generates SQL files per object and event type, which are then inserted as transformations in the Objects & Events feature. We have a Celonis view with KPIs defined in the Knowledge Model. These KPIs use time-based filters with variables like datefrom and dateto inside the PQL-code.For example:"o_celonis_VendorInvoiceItem"."CreationTime" NOT BETWEEN {d '${datefrom}'} AND ADD_DAYS({d '${dateto}'}, 1)and elsewhere in the same KPI:"el_custom_SalesOrderItem"."TIMESTAMP" BETWEEN {d '${datefrom}'} AND ADD_DAYS({d '${dateto}'}, 1) When exporting this view to Excel via Action Flows, the Get Rows module lets me reference the Knowledge Model, but I cannot pass values for these variables.Using the Data Model instead allows variable injection in PQL, but then I lose access to predefined KPIs and calculated attributes, resulting in very complex, hard-to-maintain code.Question:Is there a way to dynamically set the variables of Knowledge Model KPIs when using Action Flows?

Hello community, I have seen that some features are not working perfectly in the Studo Analysis and there are a lot of migration tool available from Studio Analysis to Views. Is there known the future of Studio Analysis? We have quite some use cases still in this older technology and I would like to assess the urge for migration. Thanks a lot.Jan

Is there a way to copy an existing asset to a blank tab on another asset within the same package?Context: Separate assets were created vs tabs but want to combine into the same asset so the filtering is carried out through all tabs. Will I have to recreate the “separate” assets within the new tab?

“Managing existing users” page (https://docs.celonis.com/en/managing-existing-users.html) is outdated.It is possible to lock users with the “User locking policy” setting but I see no option to unlock them.The only bypass I found was to remove users then to reinvite them.

Hi guys!I feel kind of stupid to ask this kind of question but I can’t find a way to show the current year (currenly “2026”) in a chart title or column header.In the studio it was easy:I created a variable as “static value” type and used thePQL “YEAR(TODAY())”.In my chart I added the result with a syntax like“Target Achievement (Year <%=current_year%>)” Now in the views I can’t use PQL to populate a variable.I can calculate the year in a KPI - but I can’t use that in a title or column header. What am I missing??I need this variable to be populated automatically, not hardcoded or assigned manually!Thank you guys,br Florian

Hello everyone,When a filter is applied (e.g., for a specific source system or company code), other filters still display values outside the selected scope with 0 values.Is there a way to hide these values completely instead of showing them as 0?

I understand that, in Data - Data Integration - Data Models I need to select the respective Data Model, select the Calendar tab, toggle on the “Use calendar options” on, select “Weekday calendar and then select working day and enter start- and end-time for them.My question/concern relates to the information that times are in UTC. This could be an issue, since activity timestamps in the activity table within this model are all in AET/AEDT. How do I deal with this?I look forward to hearing from you. Currently, I am doing the “Introduction to Studio Assets” . Everything worked fine, until now. During the creation of a process copilot, described here: https://academy.celonis.com/learn/course/introduction-to-studio-assets/introduction-to-studio-assets/introduction-to-studio-assets?client=partner&page=11 I ran into a problem.I activated the AI, started creating a process copilot (aas described in the training, see link) and finished step 1 “AI instructions”  (selecting the knowledge model and the task as described). Now I’m in step 2 “Knowledge Input”. The training says that I have to select a metric. So I clicked on “add metric” and tried desparately to select one. Now, according to the video, a list of metrics should appear. But this does not happen. I see no list of metrics and therefore I cannot select one! What can I do to finish the “Introduction to Studio Assets”?

We have extended several of the Celonis Catalog perspectives. As a result, we now have Data Model Loads for both the original perspective (e.g., perspective_celonis_AccountsPayable) and our customized version (perspective_custom_AccountsPayableExtended).For our operational use, we only need the extended version. Therefore, loading the original Celonis perspective is unnecessary. However, these automatically created Data Model Loads cannot be set to Enabled = false.Question:How can I deactivate or exclude the automatically generated Data Model Load for the standard Celonis perspective within the ocpm-data-job—without deleting the entire perspective?Any guidance or best practices would be appreciated.
