Working with a dataframe activity table in Python I export the file in parquet format for efficiency reasons. However, when I load the file in Celonis it doesn't recognise the timestamp in the proper format but as a string. Can anyone tell me why this error is happening? Thank you very much. Thanks a lot.

Is it possible to embed an image (customer logo) in an Action Flow Outlook email body?I read the related topic “Action Flow-Screenshot of an analysis as image in a mail body” but that thread has been inactive for ~ 1yr and it does not appear it was successful. The Outlook module also has its own nuances to it (text body content vs html...).Thanks

We have a Celonis view with KPIs defined in the Knowledge Model. These KPIs use time-based filters with variables like datefrom and dateto inside the PQL-code.For example:"o_celonis_VendorInvoiceItem"."CreationTime" NOT BETWEEN {d '${datefrom}'} AND ADD_DAYS({d '${dateto}'}, 1)and elsewhere in the same KPI:"el_custom_SalesOrderItem"."TIMESTAMP" BETWEEN {d '${datefrom}'} AND ADD_DAYS({d '${dateto}'}, 1) When exporting this view to Excel via Action Flows, the Get Rows module lets me reference the Knowledge Model, but I cannot pass values for these variables.Using the Data Model instead allows variable injection in PQL, but then I lose access to predefined KPIs and calculated attributes, resulting in very complex, hard-to-maintain code.Question:Is there a way to dynamically set the variables of Knowledge Model KPIs when using Action Flows?

Over the Join Functionality documentation page (Join functionality (celonis.com)), when we get an 'No Common Table' error message - a detailed explanation along with the join path is explained. Hi everyone,we are currently restructuring our data architecture in Celonis. For each process area (P2P, AP, AR), we have separate data pools where we extract, transform, and load the respective data models.In the AP area, we already use a dedicated Central Extraction Pool, which only handles the extraction of raw tables. The actual AP data pool then receives these extracted tables and performs the transformations.Now, we want to extend this concept gradually to other areas. For example, we plan to stop extracting the CDPOS table in the Purchasing Pool and instead consume it from the Central Pool. This step-by-step migration should help us reduce redundancy and improve maintainability.However, I have a specific question regarding this setup: If I start consuming tables from the Central Pool in the Purchasing Pool (e.g., CDPOS), what happens to other tables like EKKO, which are still being extracted directly in the Purchasing Pool?Will my transformations in the Purchasing Pool use the l

Hi everyone, We have several ABC Classifications that we need to implement in Celonis and I’m simply curious:Why is the ABC classification resulting in a 1, 2, 3 ranking? I’m ending up having to convert to string and remap the values for each classification so that it makes sense for the users and while it’s not a huge issue, I think it would be easier if the function just resulted in A, B, C directly. Is it for efficiency by using integers?  Or does this allow for some further analysis that I’m not seeing at the moment maybe? Best regards,Benjamin

Hello everyone, 👋I’m building an overlay view to show case details, using number as a variable.Currently, the overlay view has a predefined filter like this:FILTER "sc_req_item"."number" = '${number}'; However, I’d like to make the overlay more dynamic — for example, use another variable ${case_table} to replace "sc_req_item" (or even "sc_req_item"."number") so that the same detail view can work for multiple case types, such as Requests, Request Items, and Tasks. Has anyone successfully used a variable for table or column names in a FILTER statement (or found another way to make one detail page work dynamically across multiple case tables)?Any insights or workarounds would be really appreciated! 🙏 Thanks!BR,Xiangxiang

Hello everyone, I’m trying to use Action Flow to trigger chained data jobs, meaning job A is executed, once it’s done job B is executed, once it’s done job C is executed. Ideally, I would like to launch Data Model Schedule from Action Flow, but I’m only able to launch data jobs and load data model. What I’ve done so far is: 1. Creating json file with all my jobs ID (A,B,C) - Parse Json Module2. Creating a POST request using API Celonis Key, to access data pool and launch jobs, load data model -    HTTP Make a request Module3. Using Iterator module to repeat step 2 for all job IDThe issue I’m facing is, job A need to be completed before launching job B and same for job B and C (this is what I’m calling chained data jobs). Configuring a Sleep in the iterator loop greater than the running time of my jobs is working, but not optimized. My question is: Do you know if there is a way to trigger chained data jobs in Action Flow, meaning triggering Data Model Schedule or launching several jobs

Is it possible to use a KPI in a text box like in Legacy Views? I currently use this to display the last data refresh date of the use case in Legacy Views, but this option isn't available in New Views. Has anyone tried using any other component ?

There is a case I want to solve, see below. I have a solution I would apply if I had classical programming language + RDBMS, but I'm not sure how to implement this in celonis or whether there is another solution. Could you please help? The case I want to solve is sending email notifications to users via action flow in case there are missing invoice receipts.For each missing invoice receipt there is a notification type that can be chosen with their own subjects, body text, etc., for instance:If the date1 >= today + 7 days then group 1.If the date1 >= today + 14days then group 2.If the due date >= today - 7 days then group 3. One possible solution would be to keep the history of the sent emails in some table and join it to the missing invoice receipts data to filter out the emails for each new iteration of sending - so that we don't send some letters twice if we already sent them.E.g. if we had sent the email of type for invoice receipt no. 12345 yesterday, we don't

I'm encountering a persistent error in the View: "Failed to auto save the View. Please save your changes manually." Even when I attempt to save the changes manually, the View does not get saved, and none of the modifications to the UI are being retained. Hello Celopeers, im new to Celonis and have created a view. There i use a Kpi which drops a lot of zero values. I am new to Celonis. I have this dilemma on ‘Why do tables exists when we have OLAP tables’.What is the purpose of two of them existing?I know tables are present only in views while OLAP tables in analysis.What are all the differences or things we can do with tables and OLAP tables seperately? 

Hello Community,I would like to give my users the option to display an amount (e.g. freight) in any currency. To do this, I use the function CURRENCY_CONVERT_SAP and pass the target currency via a variable. This works perfectly.My problem is the unit: Do you know of or is there a way to use my variable in the unit field so that the selected currency is automatically displayed as the unit?Thank for help, Thomas
