Something wierd is happening with my environment ... the labels are lost and I am seeing variable names. Is this happening to other people as well?

Good news (so far) ...

I went back into my Edge browser and clicked reset to original settings.

I tried this midday yesterday and it has worked so far. My fingers are crossed that something corrupted my browser settings and this fixed the problem.

Hi Karl,

Did you try logging out and reloading it?

Thank you for reaching back ... I have tried several things ...

1) Logging out and back in

2) Restarting my pc

3) Switching browsers (Edge and Chrome are my main two)

4) Working in-office and remote

Interestingly ... sometimes I will switch browsers and the new browser will be fine ... for about 5 refreshes (when I make a change or switch in and out of edit) ... then this will come back

That is the behavior in either and both browsers.

Hi,

It might be due to several reasons including backend errors or a bug in your environment. Could you try raising a support ticket for this? You can give a detailed description specifying your issue there.

Knowledge Model Changes: If there have been recent modifications to the KM, such as renaming or removing variables, it could lead to discrepancies in label displays. Ensure that the KM is up to date and properly deployed.

Variable Definitions: Check the definitions of the variables in question. Ensure that they are correctly defined and that their values are properly assigned. Incorrect or missing values can result in labels not being displayed correctly.

Environment Configuration: Review the configuration settings of your Celonis environment. Ensure that all necessary components are properly configured and that there are no conflicts or issues that could affect label rendering.
