PQL - I am trying to find duplicate phone numbers within my table. Does anyone know how I can write this PQL?

Good day everyone. With Analysis one could export the KPI's on an analysis into a document - is that possible for Views? I am using the old views?

Hi everyone, I would like to create a color mapping for a KPI in a OLAP TABLE.Each row in the table represents a case, with ID, an attribute from the same table (numeric), and a KPI created on that attribute (also numeric).I would like to color the value of the KPI based on the value of that attribute, for each case. For example, if it is greater in red, if it is less in green.I selected color mapping based on Dimension, and entered the first threshold as in the figure, but it colors everything red, not taking into account the value of the attribute.  Where am I going wrong? Thanks

Hi,Is there any way for a team admin to extract/gather view statistics for analyses and views?Ideally - event logs with events like object (analysis/view) + timestamp when it was viewed. Also it would be great to have user as well. The goal is to get an objective picture of how often particular objects are used instead of interviewing the users.For example, users say: "We use this report every day!", but you look into the stats and see that this report is open once per week/month. Therefore, maybe smth can be done to improve user experience. Thanks in advance!

API to extract and push it to data pool, so i can build an analysis for visualization. Right now i am manually exporting to Excel and uploading it into to a data pool and then to Data Model. Have a visualization on top of it, so it is too many manual tasks, trying to automate this. ThanksMuthappan

Hello everyone, I'm intending to send out data to stakeholders (numerous documents to a stakeholder - n:1 relation). I'm using the query module, csv module and the microsoft outlook module to implement it like this. Therefore, the documents will be aggregated on the basis of a stakeholder - this file will be sent out. However, per document, internally, there could be different employees assigned/responsible for those documents. Is it possible to put them into the CC of the mail (sending out to one stakeholder but numerous internal employees that should be notified - 1:n)?  Thank you so much! Best regardsJulia Bauer

Hello everyone, Unfortunately I have a field that says something like: “A|B” or also “A|B|C” or "B|C". I don't know in advance how many different combinations there are, but I have predefined categories. Now I want to create a diagram in which I want to display the frequency of the individual elements. If I do something like: Casewhen Table1.Column Like '%A%' then 'A'when Table1.Column Like '%B%' then 'B' etc.end Then it aborts after the first occurrence and does not count the other elements. But I would like to have them all counted in each associated “pot”. Several case when statements in a row do not work, even union does not work in PQL as far as I know. With STRING_SPLIT I can cut after the “|”, but I don't know how I can then aggregate the individual occurrences again. I would also be interested to know how I can count the number of occurrences of “|” in a string Does anyone have an idea? Hallo, I am trying to create a predefined view filter to filter POs starting from 01.01.2023 until today, so that users when opening the view get all the data regarding POs from 01.01.2023 until the date they open the view. This is how i did it but it is not working i guess because it sees the date format as String. Any Idea of how can i solve this, will be appreciated! FILTER "EKKO"."AEDAT" BETWEEN '2023-01-01' AND TODAY(); Thank you!

Hi, I'm working on a case where we're analyzing activity time by users, by leveraging source - target. Looking at the simplified example below, I want to show that John has been working for 1 hr while Paul worked for 4.5 hrs. This works fine, however I'd also like to show the number of activities they have performed in the same table. As John only has one SOURCE activity (Activity 1, as Activity 2 is the last activity of the case and is therefore not connected to a TARGET activity), it appears if he only performed 1 task while Paul performed 2.The intended output is as shown below, with SOURCE(Name) as dimensionIs it possible to adjust the SOURCE config to include Activity 4 in Johns activity count? Or is there any other approach to get this done? Note that the actual throughput time calculation is rather complex (taking various attributes like user activity type into account), so SOURCE/TARGET seems to be the only way to calculate the right duration. Hello everyone, I'm currently building an action view for employees to use. It contains a table that should have interactive functionalities. In the 'old' views I have created a record identifier (if not existing beforehand), an augmented attribute for this identifier (STATUS) and then added this attribute to my table. Now, in this new view, adding an augmented attribute within a table is not possible anymore? How can I add the status so that I can build a NEW and OPEN tab for my employees to see what was already processed and which data records are still new? Any ideas or documentations on this? Thank you so much! BRJulia Bauer

One of my scheduled data jobs keeps skipping due to this message: "Jobs in this schedule are on inactive team". What does this mean? To my knowledge, there were no changes to the data job. This data job has successfully been running for months, but began failing on 06/05.

Background info: I have a data transformation script called "Preprocessing'. In that Script, some SQL operations are done. Afterwards, i retrieve the resulting tables in the ml workbench to execute statistical python operations. Then, the result is uploaded back to Celonis where another data trasnformation script called 'postprocessing' enriches the data for visualization. Currently, the python part takes 4 hours to execute as i execute levenhstein ratio for a very large dataset. So my idea is to use delta loads in order to reduce the amount of operations.
