Process Management

I have created a form in celonis, i would like to be able to provide the link to multiple people to complete and then the data be submitted and stored in a table in Celonis. The only way i have managed to do it so far is using get form link in action flows but i have to specify an email address. I won’t know who will need it so cannot do this. Any help or suggestions?

Hi,looking for idea how to manage issue with action flow execution. It results with error message and it is causing action flow to fail. Issue description: Action Flows which updates an augmented attribute fails to execute with error message: “Data Model row doesn't exist or no permission to query” Other information:  Permissions are correct, checked with other users.The reasons seems to be due to missing data in augmented table. The table in data model after being refreshed no longer has a value, for which the action flow tries to update the change in KM. Looks like the augmented table and data model table are desynchronized. Appreciate Your advice.Michał

Hi all, I’d like to confirm the common release process.I’m a article, and I’ve released the sub process but I couldn’t activate the process in Process Navigator. I’ve alredy checked the Permitted set and there is no permission set. What are common issues?I can’t click in Process Navigator  

My event log is too granular compared to the BPMN model. How can I  aggregate multiple small system events into one logical activity that matches my BPMN model? Is there any documentation or training on the most common challenges faced during the conformance checking with Imported BPMN model?

Hi All,I am trying to use OCPM catalog to build a procurement process, currently I am having 3 databases SAP ECC, S4 and ariba. The issue here is that when I am selecting the database ariba/S4 then also I am getting the option to select the transformations for only SAP ECC. Is there any way to get the s4 and ariba transformations itself for the respective databases. Thanks,Akshay

In Process Designer Graphic Editor, the default font colour for new links/text is brown. When I change the default colour it is only saved for the current model. How can I change the global default setting?

Hello,I’m trying to create a link in the editor that directs to a specific scenario. The only method I know is to copy the link to the scenario, but when clicked in Navigator, it opens in a new tab.Is there a way to create this link so it stays within the same screen? Edit the link in Editor

Hello, Could someone help me by mentioning the business process management tools offered by celonis? I was investigating and I think there is not much in terms of bpm but I would like to know if something is missing Thank you!
