Process Analysis

I am trying to build a benchmarking view so users can compare two different configurations of filters applied to the process. These filters can have different nature: process filters using process explorer, business attributes with dropdown components, etc.I already achieved this in the past using legacy views. I just created an aux view that I embedded twice in a parent view, making sure that the filters did not propagate from one to the other. This was super helpful, since the embedded views even had an upper panel that showed what filters were applied in each benchmarking side. As you can see, no variables were being used.I am now trying to build the same thing in the enhanced views, but I am not able to do it since the embedded views option is not available anymore. I did an attempt using modules, even with different knowledge models, but it did not work as expected.Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks

Has anyone experienced this issue with the model-first approach?We’ve connected to CPM and mapped the CPM events to the corresponding events in the event log. However, after completing the mapping, PAM gets stuck in perpetual loading.To reduce data volume, we applied global filters in KM for:Cleared documents only Latest 365 days based on document dateThe issue still persists. I have a Knowledge Model, and I am not sure how do I import that knowledge model data into Celonis Forms. I am only getting options for UI aspects like text, table, numbers, etc .Please someone say how to do it ?

Hi everyone,I'm using the Conformance Checking feature in Analysis to model a process and run conformance checks on a case‑filtered event log (since multiple processes are included in the same dataset).When I switch to another process variant and upload a new process model, the Readable conformance explanations start referencing incorrect activity names. However, the underlying conformance checker results still show correct explanations.It seems related to the REMAP_INTS function that runs in the background, creating a temporary INT column on the activities table and mapping these integers to activity names. I’m encountering a refresh/dependency issue with a cascading dropdown setup in Celonis Studio. I have a bar chart histogram where the user selects: Dropdown #1 (Date field): “Ordered Date” or “Submit Date” Dropdown #2 (Time interval): Days / Weeks / Months / Quarter / Years The Bar Chart buckets the selected date field by the selected interval. I have a date/time field, but somehow DAY_OF_WEEK(table.column) with %A as formatting always returns Thursday.To strip the time, I'm using Round_day() which makes 2024-07-03 from a 2024-07-03 21:23:35 timestamp, but returns Thursday, but it should be Wednesday for July 3rd. I can add a extra column from source tables, but prefer an easy PQL formula.PS: I'm using the new view experience. DAY_OF_WEEK ( ROUND_DAY( "eventproperties"."reportdate"))

Hi guys!I feel kind of stupid to ask this kind of question but I can’t find a way to show the current year (currenly “2026”) in a chart title or column header.In the studio it was easy:I created a variable as “static value” type and used thePQL “YEAR(TODAY())”.In my chart I added the result with a syntax like“Target Achievement (Year <%=current_year%>)” Now in the views I can’t use PQL to populate a variable.I can calculate the year in a KPI - but I can’t use that in a title or column header. What am I missing??I need this variable to be populated automatically, not hardcoded or assigned manually!Thank you guys,br Florian

Hello everyone,When a filter is applied (e.g., for a specific source system or company code), other filters still display values outside the selected scope with 0 values.Is there a way to hide these values completely instead of showing them as 0?  

Hello Everyone,I have a scenario where I need to calculate the automation rate of a process. However, there is a specific condition: I need to exclude all activities that occur between the Approval Task Start and Approval Task End. I understand that, in Data - Data Integration - Data Models I need to select the respective Data Model, select the Calendar tab, toggle on the “Use calendar options” on, select “Weekday calendar and then select working day and enter start- and end-time for them.My question/concern relates to the information that times are in UTC. This could be an issue, since activity timestamps in the activity table within this model are all in AET/AEDT. How do I deal with this?I look forward to hearing from you. Hi community.I have a question regarding WORKDAYS_BETWEEN function, currently, I’m trying to get the number of workdays between the creation date of a ticket and its current date, according to Argentine calendar. This is the PQL I have so far.WORKDAYS_BETWEEN ("XXXX"."fields$created",TODAY(),  FACTORY_CALENDAR(            "FACTORY_CALENDAR_ARGENTINA"."START",            "FACTORY_CALENDAR_ARGENTINA"."END"        ))For some reason, the PQL doesn’t return any results for any case. I tried this calculation with other functions like DAYS_BETWEEN instead, and it works. However, I need to take into consideration only the Argentine workdays.I’m not sure if WORKDAYS_BETWEEN supports the TODAY() functions. Has anyone faced a similar problem? Best!

Hey, my goal is to setup a line chart that is showing the “open tickets by time”. The issue is that the status of the ticket is changing in the db, means i cannot say: Last week I had 20 open tickets (because the status of these “old” tickets changed already to closed and not open anymore), this week i am having 14 open tickets → trend is great. Do you have an idea on how i can establish such a graph? Maybe over the activity table or with somehow backups?

Hello, I have an issue with a large number of Action Flow connections being saved under every analyst’s account, and wonder if it is possible to remove them, so that every analyst will only have 1 connection (via their API key) associated with the Action Flows. If it is unclear what I mean, under some Action Flow module (e.g. Query Data), there is a list of connections that you can use to get the module working, which I am trying to delete and establish only 1.  

Hey, I am curently working on creating a dashboard for employees as a view where they can simultanously write back to each line in a custom “comment”-column. Basically the inline editing function from the new Views.Sadly I want to do this for a rather large data model.  Is there a way to have inline editing or something similiar for bigger tables that exceed 30M Rows? Or can I put some sort of filter on that table in the front end to minimize the rows below 30M. Or does it have to be in the back end? Thank you!

Good morning,I need to create a date filter for the start date on a graph, and the date is a user input, so I create a Date Picker as input box and save it as a variable.I struggle with the PQL in my graph FILTER PQL statement:FILTER “table”.”datecolumn” >= {d ‘${my_start_date_variable}’} But I get this error message  How do I adjust my PQL to get the date format correct? Hi Team, I used Get Rows and added column names. Then created a Text Aggregator but i can;t see the columns created in the Get Rows, can anyone help me on this.  I need my column name like  “ 4.Invoice ID “ but i got only the Total number of bundles and Bundle Order Position. I tried publishing, ran only get row, re-loaded, even logout and retired.

I have a usecase in which I want to create an object-centric datamodel. According to the linked video below, it is possible to create events based on the attribute of an event (e.g. the event is order, but there are orders in different domains, e.g. games, clothing, …. which is saved as an attribute of this event). Populating this category as the event is possible in a simple case-centric example like explained in the video, but currently this seems impossible for object-centric models? Hello everyone,I want to connect a whole dashboard via profile view to another dashboard. The connection is EKKO.EKGRP → the profile view dashboard will be filtered according to the purchasing group EKKO.EKGRP - so that works fine. My question is whether it is possible to map further criteria to be synced automatically with the profile view. In my case, the sync filter functionality standalone does not work as the time dimension e.g. in dashboard 1 != dashboard 2. So in case, I have selected the year 2025 in dashboard 1 (Base _CEL_P2P_ACITIVITIES.EVENTTIME) - the sync filter does not work as the time dimension in dashboard 2 (CUSTOMIZEDTABLE.ERDAT) is not the same. Is this somehow possible? The profile view which I have connected also contains a filter bar which is not accessible when connecting it. I have Error_count (type INT) and Product (type STRING) as case attributes and have a KPI defined for case count.I’ve selected the component Stacked bar chart. I’ve selected Count of cases as the first stack, while Error count is a dimension.How do I stack the chart per product?
