Variant Explorer: Add custom KPIs

Hi all I am wondering how to best add a custom KPI defintion to the Variant Explorer.Mainly I want to add my custom process specific defintion of a througphuttime. Me and my endusers don’t care about the default End2End TPT that Celonis always uses as default but rather the time between two specific activities.Instead of (or at least additionally to) the “Avg TPT” Column in the selection panel I would like to use my Metric “Median CustomProcesstime”.Does anyone know if this panel can be changed? Maybe via YAML?

Assign Costs, depending on the predecessor

Hello,I am quite new to PQL and I tried to assign costs to spesific activities depending on the predecessor.When B is followed by C, only C should be assigned with certain costs. When A is followed by C, again C should be assigned with costs, but with a different value. The result should look like this:CaseID Time Activity Costs 150488 07:34 A   150488 08:30 B   150488 09:23 C 0,84 150488 09:45 D   150488 10:34 A   150488 11:45 C 1,56 150488 v E     I tried this with the following code: CASE  WHEN "ActivityTable"."Activity" = 'C'   AND MATCH_PROCESS_REGEX (    "ActivityTable"."Activity",    'A' >> 'C'   ) = 1  THEN 1.56 WHEN "ActivityTable"."Activity" = 'C'    AND MATCH_PROCESS_REGEX (    "ActivityTable"."Activity",    'B' >> 'C'    ) = 1   THEN 0.84 ELSE 0END Unfortunately the table looks like that, so it assigns the wrong costs: CaseID Time Activity Costs 150488 07:34 A   150488 08:30 B   150488

How to access data from the Activity History Log

Dears, The activity history log component in JAB views allows us to see when augmented attributes and comments were updated.I want to to pull the date when the last action was taken for the object e.g. invoice (either through update of any augmented attribute or by adding a comment). I can’t find a way to achieve this and bring the information in a table. Thanks

Process flow analysis

PROCESS FLOWNeed some assistance, I have a CaseID, Activity and Timestamp. I need to get all the cases where the activity flow is A to B to C. (NOTE: the activities don't have to be directly followed by) I cannot use MATCH_PROCESS_REGEX or any other commads. PAM Event log Error

Hi I, I am configuring my PAM but keep running into these errors.  ErrorSupport Id: faafa039-b13e-47e6-88cd-7e64c7f898e6PQL Error during operation: Events - Count. Repeating the request will always result in error. Fix this by changing the current asset state. If the error persists, please contact support. ErrorThere are event logs in your selection which are no longer available or valid:EL_CUSTOM_OTTPAYMENT__ACTIVITYI created a second eventlog with the required names for my activities and this works when I use it for process explorers and case explorers, but when I try and use it for my PAM I get the error messages. Here are my eventlogs:

Get number of instances of object type O1 which is related to n instances of object type O2

I want to write PQL that gives me number of instances of object type O1 which is related to n instances of object type O2. Ex: Number of Purchase Order which is related to 2 instances of payment. There is no 1:N relation between these table. In this scenario, is it still possible to get number of instances of one object based on how many times it is related to other object type?

I am new to Celonis. I have this dilemma on ‘Why do tables exists when we have OLAP tables’.What is the purpose of two of them existing?I know tables are present only in views while OLAP tables in analysis.What are all the differences or things we can do with tables and OLAP tables seperately?

Conformance Checker in View

Hi,We previously built the conformance checker in Analysis, but after migrating to View, I couldn’t find the feature. Does this mean that the conformance checker is not available in View?Looking forward to your clarification.

How to make selections

Hi fellow Celonis user,For some reason i cant make use of selections ( at the top). In the screenshot below you can see that this option is not available. Also i can't change this in the general settings. Hope someone can help out. Thanks!

Time between same activity for different cases

Hey,I have an activity that every case has to go through. I would like to know how long the time is between each case. (This is interesting for me because only 1 case can go through the activity at a time and we want to analyze the “empty” time).Does anyone have an idea how to calculate this?Thanks for helping!

Filter showing all data in a range but one item is 0

Good dayI want to add a filter to this table that shows only the Functional locations (first column) where one of the Material_IDs has a Physical count of 0. Then it must show all the Materials for that Functional location even if its not 0. So the criteria is 1 or more of the materials in the Functional location must be 0 then that functional locational with its other materials should be shown. Below is an example in yellow: Both functional locations A-IAA-BO4-225-HEC-008’s material id must be shown here since one of them is 0. How can I do that?

Data integration - Extractions and Transformations

I would like to create a use case to analyse the throughput times of finished goods flow from one warehouse to another.Unfortunately, there are no pre-existing data connectors available for this particular use where i would be especially looking into goods issue and goods receipt.I did go through the celonis academy trainings but the trainings were basic and i cannot seem to apply what i learnt in the trainings to my use case.Does anybody have any help/ leads?Best RegardsKenny

KPI's with filters

Hi everyone I need to add 3 kpi’s together (new views) each with their own filters. Here is an example of one. How can I add these KPIs together without having to build these filters into my PQL. If you save the  KPI it does not save the filters with it. Can I maybe let it write to a variable with the filters? Or is the only way building the filters into the PQL with Case when or PU function?

Throughput calculation

Dear i am puzzled that the calculated throughput time in Celonis is different from the source (excel) data. For example order  O4892 has a throughput time of 12 minutes (according to the raw data in Excel). However the output in Celonis is 1M (1 month?). . Could you please assist by advising on this difference.Below you can see a screenshot of the data set and output in Celonis.Many thanks!

Action Flow - Microsoft Outlook 365 Question re CSV attachment plus Queried data available

I have successfully set up an Action Flow to output my Celonis Query in an Outlook 365 email. I use The Celonis Query Data module  → CSV module (create CSV) → Tools module to compose a String for the CSV file to be inserted as a file attachment in Outlook → MS 365 Email Outlook module to Create and Send an email. (see image below).This all works great and we filter to output specific customer data. Today, we manually fill in the customer email contact info.However, we would like to use the Customer Contact data from the Query (name/email_address) to automatically populate the MS 365 Email Recipient. I have observed that the Tools module is limiting what data flows into the Outlook module and within the Outlook module I do not have access to all of the individual Data values from the Celonis Query.When I remove the Tools module, all of the Celonis Query Data module data is readily available for use in the Microsoft 365 Email Outlook module. (but I don’t have the CSV file formatted the w

Creation of Line chart ( Dimension Month and KPISpecific Activity avg Throuput times)

Hi I am trying to create a line chart to compare avg throuput time between two activities how it fluctuates between different months. My Dimesion is this formula: ROUND_MONTH("AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities"."TIMESTAMP") My KPI formula is : PU_AVG (DOMAIN_TABLE ("AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities_CASES"."CASE ID" ), (  CALC_THROUGHPUT (    FIRST_OCCURRENCE [ 'Arrival at A&E' ]    TO    LAST_OCCURRENCE [ 'Initial Assessment' ] ,    REMAP_TIMESTAMPS (      "AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities"."TIMESTAMP" ,     MINUTES    )  ))) But I only get a graph for the first month:  Please can someone advise what I am doing wrong?
