Can we configure CC option in Emails triggered through Celonis Action Flow, without using Outlook component  

Hi,I’m trying to restrict access to my webhook-triggered Action Flow using the IP restriction feature.According to the documentation (https://docs.celonis.com/en/webhooks--action-flow-.html), this should be straightforward. However, I can’t find any field where I can add my IP addresses.Am I missing something?Thanks for your help!

Hello, For the moment my View trigger a Skill with input, and when triggered we can see some details about the record affected by the skill :Skill Input Form However when I change the Skill with an Action Flow it is not possible to show the details, it Only show the ID of the record. Do you know a way to do that with ActionFlows Inputs and Action ? Thanks 

Hi all, I have a bit of an advanced nut to crack here so any approaches no matter how complex are welcome.To create a nice user experience I want to open another view via a Button (or also via table cell interaction). However a view variable should steer which view to open.Context:I have one table which lists and sorts all type of problems . Its purpose is to get an overview and decide what to work on so lets call it “Overview”. Once selecting a problem more details are needed. Those are driven by the type of problem at hand. Hence I need a way to click “Open Details” and depending on variable it opens and passes variable to “Detail View A” or “Detail View B”.The behaviour I want to achieve is:Click within “Overview” on a Problem of type A → Open “Detail View A”Click within “Overview” on a Problem of type B → Open “Detail View B”If you have any idea on how to facilitate this navigation (maybe via javascript) or

Hey, I’m beginner in Celonis and started my learning. I wanted to know Can we build a user form which helps me to collect the data from user and store it designated table. I also have set of rules for forms like show this field if user in particular role or make the field editable only if certain condition matches with current logged in user otherwise just keep it as read only and so on. Can this be achievable in celonis. Hello everyone, I’m using an augmented attribute  “Sendout y/n” which is based on this record identifier: EORD → Material || Plant || Supplier. This attribute is used within a dashboard and can be manually set for the default value “no” to “yes”.  In the case a user changes this combination: Material: 123456, Plant: XY, Supplier: SupplierA → 123456XYSupplierA → Sendout (Augmented Attribute): Yes, I can then use this attribute for a connected AF. Let’s say the SAP EORD table data changes → orderbook changes the record identifier would now be: Material: 123456, Plant: XY, Supplier: SupplierB → what would now happen? Would the combination 123456XYSupplierB be on Sendout: Yes? Or would the augmented attribute as it is based on the MATNR, WERKS, LIFNR know that the identifier itself changed and be by default No again? When changes occur I would need the combination 123456XYSupplierB to have the augmented attribute with: No by

Hello all, I'm really excited to announce a recent feature update for Action Flows. It is now possible to trigger an Action Flow directly from a table in View using the dropdown input feature.This allows users to choose an option from a predefined dropdown list when taking an action from a view. This choice is then passed on to the Action Flows as an input and therefore enables advanced human-in-the-loop use cases.  You can find further documentation here.  

Hello everyone, this is my current AF setup: The setup works fine, however, I have received the requirement to add a powerpoint attachment to the mail sent via the AF. This powerpoint is static and is only a training document for the recipient. Is it possible to add attachment from your computer to be sent out by the AF itself? I cannot add this via the data and title fields since it’s already ready and static. Thanks! BRJulia Bauer

There is a case I want to solve, see below. I have a solution I would apply if I had classical programming language + RDBMS, but I'm not sure how to implement this in celonis or whether there is another solution. Could you please help? The case I want to solve is sending email notifications to users via action flow in case there are missing invoice receipts.For each missing invoice receipt there is a notification type that can be chosen with their own subjects, body text, etc., for instance:If the date1 >= today + 7 days then group 1.If the date1 >= today + 14days then group 2.If the due date >= today - 7 days then group 3. One possible solution would be to keep the history of the sent emails in some table and join it to the missing invoice receipts data to filter out the emails for each new iteration of sending - so that we don't send some letters twice if we already sent them.E.g.

We are using an action flow to query data and send it to Snowflake.  The issue is that it transfers 1 line at a time even if we use a csv module or leave that out.  It takes 18 minutes to transfer 2000 lines (10 fields per line).I think about how fast it is to download a MUCH larger table from a view or an analysis and think there has to be a faster method.  Is there a faster way to do this?

Hello,  id like to create a skill which is triggered on every first of the Month. I Created an kpi like this if Left(Today(),2) = ‘01’ then KPI = 1. So my KPI logic is working fine but, i do not found any way to use this kpi as a trigger for a Smart Sensor. I included the KPI into a Record, but when i try to use this record in smart sensor, it does not show me created attribut with my KPI. Did anyone had a similiar Projekt with triggering Smart Sensor at the first of the Month, and could maybe help me? Kind Regards Jonas

As part of the MS Outlook email recipient ‘To list’, the number of email recipients varies by customer and can vary from 1 contact to up to 9 contacts. For those familiar with the term ‘Rolodex’, (customers/contact_names/email_address), I want to automatically sequence through the ‘Rolodex table’ and send one email to each identified customer (based on a flag that is set) and TO: each respective contact for that customer (1 to 9 contacts_email_addresses). What is the best way to address the ‘dynamic list’ of email contacts per customer that need to get set up in the MS Outlook module?I have seen the example in the community of using the Group function in the CSV module, but that example was specific to 1 role (1 recipient in the MS Outlook 365) vs a varied list of contact_email_addresses, depending on the customer.

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding Action Flow. I use a Get Rows module and get two bundles as a Output. Once I wanna use the two bundles in a further module within the Action Flow, I cannot select any of my columns I defined in my Get Rows module. The only columns I can select is “Total number of bundles”, “Bundle order position”, “undefined”. I haven’t found any documentation or similar issues in the community. If anybody has an idea how I can select my defined columns highly welcome to respond. Thank youAndreas

Hello celonauts, I have a question. I'm creating an action flow that will access an API, but it needs to generate a token and then go to access. In the first step, I generate my token, but it comes composed. I would like to get only the part that brings the token: Example{"token_type":"Bearer","expires_in":3599,"ext_expires_in":3599,"access_token": "value-token"}.I need to get only the "value-token" part after the "access_token":Is there any way I can do a spit or something like that? I don't know how to get out the other side.  

Hello, I am trying to create an ActionFlow for updating augmented attributes but its keeps giving me errors. The operation failed with an error. 400: Failed to update augmented attribute. Failed to query engine to map identifier from one value to separated columns. Unknown query engine failure I created an augmented attrobute in legacy views with a unique identifier. Now in the ActionFlow I do all my selections with the correct identifier:   And I get the correct result in the input: But it doesnt update the augmented attribute due to the error:

Hey, I can see that we have alert subscription option for action flows. But can we get the error information somewhere for each email sent ? I am currently working on creating an action flow tracker, for which I want to track and visualise the number of emails sent with each action flow stream and what error that action flow stream faced that too. Let me know if any ideas for the same. Thank You
