Demo - Triggering an Action Flow from a table

Hello all, I'm really excited to announce a recent feature update for Action Flows. It is now possible to trigger an Action Flow directly from a table in View using the dropdown input feature.This allows users to choose an option from a predefined dropdown list when taking an action from a view. This choice is then passed on to the Action Flows as an input and therefore enables advanced human-in-the-loop use cases.  You can find further documentation here.

Action Flow - Sending an MS Outlook CSV file automatically to each customer and their varied list of contact email_addresses

As part of the MS Outlook email recipient ‘To list’, the number of email recipients varies by customer and can vary from 1 contact to up to 9 contacts. For those familiar with the term ‘Rolodex’, (customers/contact_names/email_address), I want to automatically sequence through the ‘Rolodex table’ and send one email to each identified customer (based on a flag that is set) and TO: each respective contact for that customer (1 to 9 contacts_email_addresses). What is the best way to address the ‘dynamic list’ of email contacts per customer that need to get set up in the MS Outlook module?I have seen the example in the community of using the Group function in the CSV module, but that example was specific to 1 role (1 recipient in the MS Outlook 365) vs a varied list of contact_email_addresses, depending on the customer.

Action flow tracking

Hey, I can see that we have alert subscription option for action flows. But can we get the error information somewhere for each email sent ? I am currently working on creating an action flow tracker, for which I want to track and visualise the number of emails sent with each action flow stream and what error that action flow stream faced that too. Let me know if any ideas for the same. Thank You

Push CSV to Data Integration via Sharepoint

Hi all, is it possible to alter the push csv to Data Integration but instead of using one drive using sharepoint. I tried it but it always tells me that file cannot be found. Also the id that i have to use for the make a request in the documentation does not exist Push CSV to Data Integration (celonis.com).Thanks in advance :)

Anyone now if there is a way to delete files from sharepoint using action flow?

I'm using a SharePoint connector and the Microsoft 365 module to read data from XLSX files. These files are constantly updated, and I needed a way to get rid of them after a certain time. I know that Microsoft 365 has a function to delete a table, but it deletes a sheet, not the whole file. The SharePoint module has a "Delete an Item" action, but it doesn't seem to bring the correct files. Is there a way to do this? If not, is there a way to move files from one path to another inside SharePoint, still using only Action Flow?

Is there a way to automate granting user permissions to packages/assets (analyses, views...) via pycelonis or something similar?

I cannot utilize SCIM API in my environment, and as far as I am aware, other APIs (Audit logs, Platform adoption...) have different uses.

Way to keep notification (performed via action flow) history and use it for filtering new notifications?

There is a case I want to solve, see below. I have a solution I would apply if I had classical programming language + RDBMS, but I'm not sure how to implement this in celonis or whether there is another solution. Could you please help? The case I want to solve is sending email notifications to users via action flow in case there are missing invoice receipts.For each missing invoice receipt there is a notification type that can be chosen with their own subjects, body text, etc., for instance:If the date1 >= today + 7 days then group 1.If the date1 >= today + 14days then group 2.If the due date >= today - 7 days then group 3. One possible solution would be to keep the history of the sent emails in some table and join it to the missing invoice receipts data to filter out the emails for each new iteration of sending - so that we don't send some letters twice if we already sent them.E.g. if we had sent the email of type for invoice receipt no. 12345 yesterday, we don't

I want to assign a value to runtime variable in Action Flow before executing it. Is this possible?1. Can we use set variables or any other module before the main action flow module which generates the output

Eg: I want to assign a value 'Category' to my runtime variable (runt_variable). previously, if the runt_variable has some other value assigned to it, I want to change it and assign it as 'Category' once this is done, the remaining action flow module has to be executed.

How to create an Array of all clerks to iterate through it with an action flow?

Hi all, i try to send a list of all open invoice to the responsible clerk.So first of all. I want to query data to get all active clerks (by an Filter). But I can't create an array out of the query. After I create the clerk array. I just itereate through it and do another data query with each iterator as filter. After that i send the list via mail. But I am failing to create the array out of the query. Do you have any ideas how to handle that situation? Import Github Backup via Content-Cli

Hello, We have developed a Github backup automation in the workbench based on this repo by @simon.klotz​ :https://github.com/celonis/pycelonis-examples/blob/main/pycelonis2/01_example_use_cases/01_use_case_version_control.ipynb The script was adapted to our needs so that analyses, knowledge models, variables, and transformations are assigned to the Celonis project and loaded directly into the corresponding Github repo as a backup zip. The next step is to test import the secured backups using content-cli.Is there a best practice for this?Which content-cli commands are there to upload the assets (analyses, knowledge models, variables, and transformations)? We only know of commands for pushing data pools and packages.Is there a way to import the zipped backup directly? I look forward to your contributions!Best regards,Conny

Hi All,I am getting an error while formatting the date in Get Rows module of action Flow.I am using below syntax{{formatDate("SALES_ORDER.REQUESTED_DELIVERY_DATE"; "DD.MM.YYYY")}}

Sending Emails via MS365 Connection - Issue "[429] Application is over its MailboxConcurrency limit."

Hello Community, We have problems with the action flow when it is triggered automatically after loading a data model. The action flow is triggered several times (if the filters of the triggers are fulfilled) at the same time (see screenshot).  In the Action Flow we send an email to a specific recipient. In the action flow, we use an MS 365 connection. Due to this "parallel" triggering, the connection reaches a limit and issues the error "[429] Application is over its MailboxConcurrency limit.".  Microsoft has set the limit for concurrent requests to 4. Have you had a similar problem? Have you solved the problem? Thank you very much!Pablo

How can we modify the output of the 'Create CSV' module?

The 'Create CSV' module allows you to specify which columns will appear in the CSV file by selecting them in the 'Aggregated fields' I would like to know how we can rearrange the columns of the Create CSV module (e.g. 'Document type' is always the first column output in the file, would like to move this to the 5th column)  The Create CSV file also will show commas ( , ) instead of decimal places when showing a calculated field (e.g. Throughput Time column in the Create CSV file shows 35,29 days instead of 35.29 days - I cannot see a way to alter this)
