Hallo, I am trying to create a predefined view filter to filter POs starting from 01.01.2023 until today, so that users when opening the view get all the data regarding POs from 01.01.2023 until the date they open the view. This is how i did it but it is not working i guess because it sees the date format as String. Any Idea of how can i solve this, will be appreciated! FILTER "EKKO"."AEDAT" BETWEEN '2023-01-01' AND TODAY(); Thank you!

Hi, I'm working on a case where we're analyzing activity time by users, by leveraging source - target. Looking at the simplified example below, I want to show that John has been working for 1 hr while Paul worked for 4.5 hrs. This works fine, however I'd also like to show the number of activities they have performed in the same table. As John only has one SOURCE activity (Activity 1, as Activity 2 is the last activity of the case and is therefore not connected to a TARGET activity), it appears if he only performed 1 task while Paul performed 2.The intended output is as shown below, with SOURCE(Name) as dimensionIs it possible to adjust the SOURCE config to include Activity 4 in Johns activity count? Or is there any other approach to get this done? Note that the actual throughput time calculation is rather complex (taking various attributes like user activity type into account), so SOURCE/TARGET seems to be the only way to calculate the right duration. Hello everyone, I'm currently building an action view for employees to use. It contains a table that should have interactive functionalities. In the 'old' views I have created a record identifier (if not existing beforehand), an augmented attribute for this identifier (STATUS) and then added this attribute to my table. Now, in this new view, adding an augmented attribute within a table is not possible anymore? How can I add the status so that I can build a NEW and OPEN tab for my employees to see what was already processed and which data records are still new? Any ideas or documentations on this? Thank you so much! BRJulia Bauer

One of my scheduled data jobs keeps skipping due to this message: "Jobs in this schedule are on inactive team". What does this mean? To my knowledge, there were no changes to the data job. This data job has successfully been running for months, but began failing on 06/05.

Background info: I have a data transformation script called "Preprocessing'. In that Script, some SQL operations are done. Afterwards, i retrieve the resulting tables in the ml workbench to execute statistical python operations. Then, the result is uploaded back to Celonis where another data trasnformation script called 'postprocessing' enriches the data for visualization. Currently, the python part takes 4 hours to execute as i execute levenhstein ratio for a very large dataset. So my idea is to use delta loads in order to reduce the amount of operations. one of the main inconvenience for me in the new studio is that it does not allow me to use color with dimension in the chart. For example, earlier it is very easy to plot e.g. KPI xxx in the time series chart and use e.g. country dimension to color the KPI . Now i do not see this option to use dimension in coloring. any advise?

Hi,  Do you have any proven method for getting ALL task related to record? I know there's action flow allowing to get details of a task for specific record it, but first I would like to get all of them. Now i want to have this number for Change Price as a single KPI number, my idea was to use the count table for the kpi and a Component filter with 'FILTER PROCESS EQUALS 'Change Price''. But it shows me a much larger number. Can pls anyone help me. Thanks in advance, king regards Louis

Hello everyone, the following KPI is implemented within a view:  Safety Stock / Sum Demand of the next 12 M (= Coverage Range [Years]) This coverage range is visible within a table in the view. I now want to incorporate the KPI as a filter. I created an attribute on the basis of the KPI:  My Celonis users now want to filter the coverage range individually e.g. >0.5 and <0.6 or >1 etc. In Excel this is very easy to do. Does this also somehow work in Celonis?As of right now I can only select the possible values from a list and without some intelligent clustering. Thanks! Best regards,Julia Bauer

Hi All,How can we clear View selection in 1 click? This is fairly straightforward in Analysis, where it is possible to create a button component that will 'Delete selections'. I find no such equivalent in Views. To add some context, we are creating views that integrate several KMs, which we'd like to separate by tabs (tab1 for KM ABC, tab2 for KM XYZ). The problem is that selecting on tab 1 will apply the filtering for the entire view and all KMs.  if the table.field (item creation date) i'm am filtering for is present in both KMs, then both KMs will be filtered for that selection, even though the filtering is only relevant for KM ABC. This will lead to misunderstandings. Ideally, i would like to create a view that upon clicking on a tab selection will clear the user selection. Is this doable?

I'm want to create a dashboard and I'm trying to add the needed components, but the available height is not enough!  Is the option of adding components and allowing scrolling not available anymore?

Hello everyone, I'm currently building a worklist with two tabs (Open and Done). I have created an augmented attribute named STATUS which is either NEW (default value) or DONE (will appear in the DONE tab also). Accordingly, I now want to set a filter in the table of the Open Tab to filter out already processed data rows:  FILTER "MARC_AUGMENTED_status"."VALUE"='NEW'; This is only a simple filter, however after publishing the filter, the table shows no existing data rows anymore.  How is this possible?  Does anyone have an idea?  Thanks so much! BRJulia Bauer

I’m a bit confused of when to use the ACTIVITY_TABLE() and other SAP tables when calculating the KPIs. So for example, when I want to calculate # of changes per PO item, is it correct when I use the ACTIVITY_TABLE() to count the change activities occurred or use the EKPO table and calculate the changes with indicator fields from the table. Same for other KPIs, this is just an example.  Becausesometimes I get different results (in calculating automation users/activitiesfor example) and I am not sure which is correct.

MARC provides the information which purchasing group is responsible for each material number. I need _CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES table to filter the eventtime within my view. This aggregation works, however, when wanting to build an average (per purchasing group) like this, it does not work - error: "The aggregation function COUNT cannot be used together with a dimension function input.
