How do you turn a great process insight into a boardroom "Yes"?Finding process friction is often the easy part. The real challenge is translating that friction into tangible P&L impact, working capital improvements, and clear strategic value that executives actually care about. To help bridge that gap, we’ve launched a brand new, hands-on Academy course: Build Exec-Ready Business Cases & Value Roadmaps, the latest milestone in the Celonis Lead Journey! What you’ll do in the course:Quantify Value Outside-In: Use our plug-and-play Value Calculator to turn macro baselines (spend, volume, labor) into defensible P&L and free cash flow projections. Draft Executive One-Pagers: Distill complex process friction into concise, single-line value equations that C-level leaders grasp in seconds. Design Phased Value Roadmaps: Sequence quick wins and strategic initiatives across a 3-phase transformation path. Get Instant AI Feedback: Work directly inside an interactive workbook and submit it

Hi all, Is Process Copilot available only for Analysts and Admins, or can regular users also use it?If so, how can this be configured?  Thanks for your help! 😊

I'm working on a dashboard where I have a risk analysis view with multiple risk areas. Each risk area has a "Deep Dive" button that takes users to a detailed view for further investigation. The challenge: The detail view is built from a different data model, so I can't use the standard "Open linked view" feature which would normally sync filters automatically. What I want to happen:User selects a customer in the main risk view User clicks the "Deep Dive" button for a specific risk area The detail view opens and is automatically filtered to show data only for that selected customer The customer context flows seamlessly between the two viewsCurrently, the Deep Dive button just opens the detail view without any customer filter applied, so users have to manually select the customer again.Has anyone solved a similar issue? How did you handle passing filter values between views built on separate data models? Any tips or recommended approaches would be appreciated. Thanks!

Does anyone incorporate Lean principles and lean tools when using object-centric process mining during a consulting engagement?

Hi everyone, I'm currently exploring new opportunities in Process Mining, Process Intelligence, and Business Process Analytics. I have 4 years of overall experience in data analytics, including 10 months of focused experience in process mining using ARIS. My experience includes: - Developing a reusable Process Mining Standard Service Offering.- Conceptualising and delivering 6 process mining projects.- Conceptualising and building a Business Process Performance Measurement System. I'd love to connect with professionals and organisations working in this space. Any relevant job leads, referrals, or networking opportunities would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Has anyone developed a framework for creating a Universal Health Scorecard for business processes across an organisation? I started exploring this idea after reading Keung's 2000 research paper. My goal is to develop a common framework for assessing process health, regardless of the type of business process. One challenge I face is that my company has both sequential and parallel processes. While sequential processes are relatively straightforward to analyse using ARIS CCPM, parallel processes are more challenging because a single case is broken down into multiple tasks, each with its own case ID. These tasks can still be linked through their original case ID. I believe the fundamental perspectives for assessing process health should remain consistent across processes, even if the indicators differ based on their structure and the capabilities of the process mining tool. My current perspectives, drawn from a structured literature review, are: - Time: Turnaround time (TAT)- Cost: FTE re

Hi Everybody,I have a question about modeling to visualize historical attribute-values over time. Often Celonis connects to systems like SAP that already has obejcts where only events/changes are stored instead of daily Snapshots. An example would be a price change on an Order for example. In more custom processes though, like for example in the supply chain, we often have daily snapshot tables from which we derive events via a snapshot comparison with a lag().Now for my question:lets say I have a Part and a supplier and a daily snapshot of the per supplier with attributes like  “demand_quantity” for different parts.I want to visualize the demand per grain “part|supplier” over time on a line-plot.i now have multiple options to model this in objects and events:1.I cerate an object type “Part” and an object type with grain “supplier|part” with an event “demand changed” PLUS an object with grain “supplier|part|date” that holds the snapshot history.2.  I cerate an object type “Part”  and an

Hi Celonis Community,We are currently assessing CVE-2026-111497 (Brotli Decoder vulnerability) for our Celonis Extractor Server and would like to confirm whether any Celonis On-Premise Client components are affected. Our environment is a Windows Server 2022 VM running the following Celonis components:Celonis Automation Agent Celonis Extraction Agent Celonis JDBC Extractor v4.40.1 Celonis SAP Extractor v3.14.7During our assessment, we found Microsoft .NET 6.0.32 installed on the server, including:C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.NETCore.App\6.0.32\System.IO.Compression.Brotli.dllWe performed additional checks against the Celonis installation directories and running Celonis processes. So far, we have not identified Brotli libraries, Node.js, .NET runtime configuration/dependency files, or loaded Brotli/.NET Core modules directly associated with the running Celonis processes. Before making any change to the server or the installed .NET runtime, could you please help confirm:Are the

Does anyone know if the email academic.alliance@celonis.com is still active?  I sent an email to that address, but never heard back. Is there a particular contact who manages that area?

hello! very new hereI hope to get friendly directions to my later questions. thanks

Physicists have a precise answer to a question supply chain leaders are only starting to ask: what happens when you connect everything?A recent preprint on quantum computer hardware shows a network that is small-world, and that above a critical coupling strength it percolates: isolated clusters suddenly become one giant connected component. Nothing gradual about it. It is a phase transition.I find this a useful, if speculative, analogy for agentic supply chains. One agent handling delay alerts is a pilot. Ten agents each acting on their own slice are still islands. But once planning, procurement and logistics agents start reacting to each other's outputs, you may cross a threshold where a local decision becomes a network-wide event. Anyone who has watched the bullwhip effect knows how little it takes. The practical lesson is not to avoid connecting agents. It is to measure coupling as you scale: who acts on whose output, with what delay, with which guardrails. Process intelligence gives
