Need help with PQL filtering

Hi,What I’m trying to do is essentially pick the last but one non-automated user from the event log and pull it to object level. The previous non-automated user needs to be different from the last non-automated user.In the sample data shown below the desired output would be JANE.I’ve tried looping one PU_LAST and using it as filter for another PU_LAST but doesn't seem to be working.PU_LAST( OBJECT ,  EVENT_LOG , EVENT_LOG NOT IN (PU_LAST( OBJECT, EVENT_LOG,EVENT_LOG NOT IN (‘AUTOMATED’) ))  ,  ’AUTOMATED’).EVENT LOG ID USER 1 JACK 2 JANE 3 JOHN 4 AUTOMATED 5 JOHN  Any insights would be much appreciated.

Celonis-support for OCEL standard

Hi folks,what’s your thoughts about the OCEL standard for object-centric event data? Should Celonis support it and that way enable us to do ETL and keep log data outside outside the Celonis cloud, for instance in MS Azure?It would be interesting to hear if Celonis has given a thought about implementing OCEL or not.https://ocel-standard.org/1.0/

Link process copilot to read the record attributes instead of system prompt

How can I get the process copilot to use the record attributes saved on a knowledge model to search for the “output” rather than using the sample from the prompt? I have tried removing the sample from the prompt and it does not work. I have used the attributes on the knowledge input section of the process copilot as well and it also seems not to be enough.

How to get component values from a view with PyCelonis

Hi everyone I have a challenge that I’m trying to figure out related to pycelonis.I’m currently trying to get the component values from a view using pycelonis. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any information inside the documentation that can help me with this.It seems that the documentation only explains how to work with analysis or knowledge models. Demo - Triggering an Action Flow from a table

Hello all, I'm really excited to announce a recent feature update for Action Flows. It is now possible to trigger an Action Flow directly from a table in View using the dropdown input feature.This allows users to choose an option from a predefined dropdown list when taking an action from a view. This choice is then passed on to the Action Flows as an input and therefore enables advanced human-in-the-loop use cases.  You can find further documentation here.

Connect MongoDB – Database Type Issue

Hi everyone,I’m trying to connect MongoDB to Celonis. At first, I assumed that I’d need to use a custom JDBC driver (based on a thread that I’ve read here and the Celonis documentation).However, when I reached the step to select the “Database Type” in the connector, I couldn’t find a fitting option for MongoDB.Has anyone successfully set this up?Should I use a specific Database Type in this case? Or is there another workaround to get MongoDB connected?Thanks for any tips or guidance!
