Has anyone any experience or resources in using Process Mining to evaluate users interacting with a SaaS product and generating an event log. My data shows the events of user sessions and I'm interested in both session and multi-session journeys.

I have 3 tables:Fact Table A with n entries per case and a time dimension (round_hour)Case Table which containts the case keysAnother Fact Table B with m entries per case and a time dimension (round_hour)The data model is n : 1 : m. Unfortunately a generel snowflake model is not possible. Now I need to sum up the duration from Fact Table B aggregated by the time dimension from eventtime2 (round_hour) and display the sum in a chart. The time dimension for the chart is represented by the time dimension eventtime 1 from Fact Table A (round_hour). I tried bind, domain_table in combination with PU-Functions but nothing worked.  Is there a any way map those time dimensions from different fact tables with a n : 1 : m relation? 

Hi,  I am using Augmented Attributes in a Knowledge Model to build a View App. The A. Attribute is defined to have 4 possible values (dtype string) and it is meant to be updated manually by the end-user in the app to any of those 4 values. It has a Default Value as well for all those cases where the end user did not manually updated the attribute (which happens frequently). The problem comes when I want to use the "VALUE" field stored in the augmented table from the attribute in the Knowledge Model. I want to filter a chart based on the Attribute´s values (again stored in the VALUE field) and also define a KPI with a CASE WHEN logic based again in the value of the attribute. When I do so, it just returns the rows or datapoints where the Attribute was manually updated, filtering out all the rows for which the default value should appear.  I have not found a way to include the default value in the PQL queries outputs that I desire, so that I do not get most rows filtered out wh

Hi,I would like to to apply this function to mesure the cycle time of Change Activities. The activities table looks like this: Case ID2 columns "Change From" and "Change To" along with timestamp columnTime starts counting for each case when Change To = A for the first time and ends when Change from = A for the last time.   The logic Im trying to work around is (just disregard the function syntax- Im just trying to explain the logic.CALC_THROUGHPUT( First_Occurance ('Change to' = 'A') to Last_Occurance ('Change from' =' A '), Remap_Timestamps("Table"."event time", days) What is the right way to implement this logic?Should I filter the table to be "Change to" = 'A' or "Change from" = A and then merge this two columns to form a single column to use calc_throughput? But then how to merge different columns in the same table? Thank you for any suggestion!

Hi, I need to create a list of all table names and columns in each table that we have in Celonis.  I've tried pycelonis, but while I can get the tables the columns list showed as empty when using get_tables(): DataPoolTable(name='LFA1', data_source_id='xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx', columns=[] ,...) I've also tried using sql query: select table_schema, table_name from v_catalog.columnsbut got error: "Not allowed to access schema v_catalog" Is there a way to quickly download such list? Thanks,Karol

I would like to concatenate a date and time coming from a specific table into a single column, but I get the following message:Operator requirements are not met. Operator 'CONCAT' is not compatible with inputs of type DATE. Is there some workaround to concatenate DATE type?

Hey Celopeers community! I am attempting to create a change activity based on a changing list of values, below is an example of a case where a change activity should be created.  Case ID | Date | Value1 | 2021-8-20 | A1 | 2021-8-20 | B1 | 2021-8-20 | C1 | 2021-8-21 | A1 | 2021-8-21 | B As you can see the list of values changed from A, B, C on 8/20 to A, B 8/21  I looked at the VERTICA function library and found LISTAGG function that would help solve this by concatenating fields into one single row, but, unfortunately, it is not enabled in Event Collection.  Are there any workarounds you can suggest? 

I need to take the first 8 values of a column to obtain the creation DATE. Then I need to take the remaining values for the TIME. I will then cast them as Date and Time for creating the EVENTTIME. According to requirement we have tried special character to identify but unable to add ' and % in celonis. Hey there! I'm having trouble selecting cases from a table, that match a calculated condition.  The data I'm trying to analyse is about quality-checks. A quality-check consists of multiple rows in which the result (minor fault/major fault/no fault/not relevant) of each checkpoint is delivered. For example to calculate the share of items for each region. If I have an OLAP with all regions, I need to have the total number of items divided by the items for the region, but I want to have the total number dynamic to not update the total number manually.So the same output over all rows. Does someone knows how to do it?
