Hello togheter,  currenty im trying to set up an action flow which is triggered by new Data in an Action Engine. I read that this can be done via a Skill. The Action Flow starts by using a custom webhook and then quering data from Celonis. For the skill, i first set up an Action Engine Sensor and secondly an "Execute Action Flow" command. Within the Action Engine i filtered the data for the data im looking.  Currently I am facing the problem that if I delete all manual inputs in the 2 commands of the skill the skill seems to trigger the action flow but the custom webhook component within the action flow doesnt receive any data. Based on this if I want to put data into the webhook it will be done manually, which is not the point of the aciton engine.  So my question is: how can i set up all these components that the skill, based on new data in an action engine, only triggers a action flow without trying to provide data to the action flow? Is that possible? Thank you very much!

The premise is in regards to the process explorer and its behavior when applying different levels of filters:applying process-related filters (flows through, select cases going from A to B) everything works as expected.Applying attribute selections on an activity level, i.e. selecting all activities performed by a single department, process explorer returns all cases where at least one activity within that case abides by the selected filter.Thus it appears that the behavior of the process explorer is as follows:First find all activities that meet the defined conditionSelect all cases that belong to those activitiesvisualize all activities for those cases in the process explorer without filtering the activities that do not meet the criteria. What makes this matter more complex is the following:Standard Process Explorer KPIs (case count, activity count) are calculated based on the latter conditions. Upgraded data integration release date? I read a while ago about the new changes to the data integration section in the Celonis EMS. I can't find if there's any date set when the update goes live. Is there a date set? Thanks in advance

It is already possible to execute data jobs and data models. But I have not found anything for schedules in PyCelonis Docs. The reason I want to do this is to distinguish between an automatic execution via DI/Python schedule or a true manual one with a "real" user behind. If I execute a data job via Python, it will be shown as "Manual Execution" in the logs. Best regardsIrfan

Currently, my client have a list of user IDs that we update weekly and upload manually. I would like to automate this process. We are currently considering these two methods.1. PycelonisCreating a script using the Pycelonis method maybe is a good idea and I found this answer.upload parquet file and refresh data modell automatically (celopeers.com)2. Action FlowI have not looked into this in detail, but I am wondering if it is possible to use a module such as HTTP request to upload a file, for example. I would appreciate any advice you can give me on the above, especially the second one.

Hi,I would like to achieve an Action Flow where an Email would be send to the corresponding users/customers based on Customer or company code column value. ( for example, Based on the Company Code Value (say A), the email should be triggered to customers belonging to A. Similarly for other company codes say B,C, etc.). How can we implement a dynamic filter for the above requirement to send mails accordingly. Currently, we are doing it manually for every company code using router. When installing the JDBC extraction software, still Windows Server 2012 R2, which will be discontinued next year, is preferred (see Step 2- Setting up the SAP Extractor Service (celonis.com)). For durability reasons and company policies, we want to install in on Windows server 2019/2022. Has somebody experience with these versions and the working of the software, can we guarantee that the extractor software works on windows server 2019/2022?

Hello Experts,Is this possible to implement section access control for EMS data models?e.g. we have a process data model and other assets linked to this dm.We want to restrict business users using case field let's say company code.So users belonging to specific company codes can access only respective codes data.This feature is available on on-prem but couldn't find similar on EMS.

I've currently got a view I'm building out for some data management and want to highlight/change the background color of cells which fit the criteria for "bad values", based on dates. This is currently where my YAML lies. I've tried searching through the Celonis Documentation and haven't found anything in regards to comparing dates. I've also tried searching for YAML documentation, but I haven't found anything which satisfies what I"m looking for.

Hello everyone,I am currently trying to convert a duration of minutes (integer) into the datetime format (hh:mm). Like this: 60 --> 01:00120 --> 02:00150 --> 02:30 Is this somehow possible within PQL? I looked up a few answers online, but they often include functions that seem to be not supported by PQL.

Hello everyone,i have a small problem with the representation of activities in my Celonis. For some reason a few activities are not in order when i look at them via the Variant/Process Explorer. However, if i look into my data via SQL Vertica in the Data Jobs, the Activities are in order. I believe this, because each Activity has a sorting number (descending). Usually i would expect the Activity/Process Explorer to show me the Cases in accordance with their sorting number, however this is not the case for every activity/case. Some are Ok, but some don't fit. Is there any (easy) solution for my problem? What causes this deviation?
