I'm working with views and I'd like to show a chart only when a runtime varible has specific value. How can I do that?

Hi there!I've a problem using a variable in a formula of OLAP_TABLE.I've two variables (Interv_1, prueba_var1) text/replacement Type, with values:Interv_1=OTHERPrueba_var1=3 If i want to use it in a text component, with variable "prueba_var1" is OK, but if i use the Variable "Interv_1" i have a formula error. I don't understand why..... Thanks in advance    

Hi everyone, I am trying to build an OLAP Table where I need to have "Case Key" Column. The problem I have is that I need to highlight just the CASE KEY Values (distinct) for which in column "Parameter" the values are different then Null. Here is the input table: Here is how the Output Table should look like:  Any idea on what should I do to get that OLAP Table? I tried with CASE WHEN + ISNULL Functions but so far without any succes. Thank you in advance for any tips!

I have a quite complex query to calculate a KPI and want to limits its result to a maximum value.  This max value is stored in a variable with an absolute value of e.g. 2.If the actual result of the KPI is higher than 2 the PQL should return 2. I set this up as an CASE WHEN but this is repetitive code which is badfor readability and maintainabilty.  Are there more consise approached possible with PQL? e.g. using a Max(KPIcode, Limit) Excels Max function works something like this. But PQL Max works only on a column. just for reference my PQL looks something like this:CASE WHEN (... 5 lines of code to calculate KPI) > <%= Limit %> THEN <%= Limit %> ELSE (... 5 lines of code to calculate KPI) END

As of right now, this seems quite risky as while testing the AF direct changes in SAP are made (when only having a productive environment EMS). Hi everyone,  I'm trying to recreate code for uploading celonis user list by using Pycelonis 2.0+ version, and I've got few questions: A) Do you know how to properly update packages in Jupyter Notebook/ML workbench environment? I've always used just "!pip install --upgrade pycelonis", command "!pip show pycelonis | grep Version" show me newest version isntalled (2.6.0 as for today), however when using PyCelonis I still see message about old PyCelonis version:  Using command mentioned in the logs itself also don't change nothing (also with '!" added in front).  For Celonis guys: it would be good to add it to PyCelonis documentation and maybe changing message text for a working one :) B) When I'm trying to upload file in simplest scenario (no config) I see that data push job is created but cannot be executed successfully, unfortunetly googling error itself doesn't help much (seems to be some old JAVA error)  Data push logs: Error itsel

why do we only see 33 attributes in the KM and when opening the Record we see 79?

Is the process explorer customizable in such way that in addition to the number of activities per process step, the automation rate of each step will also be shown. Is this possible or has anyone tried to implement such a requirement?

I want to be able to get the username of someone that executes a skill and update an augmented attribute with the username. In Knowledge Model, I created a KPI with the PQL formula - USER_NAME(). This works fine in the knowledge model and returns the user. However, in action flow when I use Get Rows to get the KPI, it returns Unknown User. Does anyone have an idea why this is the case or perhaps any other idea to achieve what I want?

Hello there,I am trying to embed a view by variable value. Using the explanation on (https://docs.celonis.com/en/views-variables.html) this is the current state.  Here I have created the view-variable 'embed_variable' and two separate views with the keys 'embed-test-source' and 'embed-test-source-alternate'. If the value of 'embed_variable' is '1' I want to embed the 'embed-test-source' view just how I want to embed 'embed-test-source-alternate' when the value of the variabe is '2'. I tried to follow the example from Celonis metioned above, so I'm not too sure about what the errors mean. Has anyone experience using this method and can tell me where I went wrong? I would be very grateful.

I have an OLAP table with a flag KPI (0 or 1) calculated at its end.How can I, or can I reference that KPI in a custom object to define a style rule to highlight rows where that flag is 1?

Hi all, I'd like to calculate ​average duration of the time on a each activity. Does anybody know how to do that? I assume this calculation logic below works but its not so smart.Assumption: we have activity A, B, C, and D. (sum of time spent A to B, A to C, A to D) divided by (Count of A to B, A to C, A to D)... My question is, Does celonis has such as functionality?Can we count the number of case ? Hello, I am trying to calculate a kpi that represents the number of average daily recallers (i.e., people who call more than once in the same day).The information is all in the same table, and I calculated the users (ID_Telefono) who for each day (ROUND_DAY(starttime)) made more than one call (UniqueID). The calculation was done with a CASE WHEN.To get the daily average, I divided the result by separate counts of the days available to me (ROUND_DAY(starttime)). (SUM (CASE WHENPU_COUNT(DOMAIN_TABLE("xcally_clean"."ID_Telefono", ROUND_DAY("xcally_clean"."starttime")), "xcally_clean"."uniqueid" )>1THEN 1END))/(COUNT(DISTINCT(ROUND_DAY("xcally_clean"."starttime")))) The problem is that the result is wrong. If I calculate denominator and numerator separately and divide them, I get 61, while if I leave the formulas on celonis, I get 142.There is no common table problem because all the information is on one tab

Hi Community, I want to visualize the amount of handover moments within a case and also calculate an average for all cases. We have multiple tables but the most relevant are of course the case table (incl. Case_Key, Case_ID) and the activity table (activities, Case_Key, Case_ID, USER_ID). The USER_ID contains the relevant info I want to use for defining the handovers but I can't seem to pull it off. Any tips?

Dear Celopeers, We have an SAP On-Prem extractor which make RFC calls with multiple SAP systems within our organization. We want to now add a new connection/SAP System but the connection has to be SNC. We already have the instructions for setting up SNC, but the question is Is it possible to use the same extractor and configure so that only one system needs an SNC and others work without those server certificates? Or If we want to add a new connection/system with SNC setupeither we must have the server certificates imported for all the existing systems or we we should have a separate extractor with SNC?  How does this work? To clarify, only system 3 in the picture needs an SNC.
