Hi! can anyone please help me figure out the following PQL? I have cases that have a lot of the same activity.  Imagine the activity is "Walk The Dog" and there are activities with the following dates: 1/1/20231/8/20231/15/20231/25/2023 I would like a query that returns the largest number of days between consecutive events  So in this example: 1/1/2023->1/8/2023 = 7 days1/8/2023->1/15/2023 = 7 days1/15/2023-1/25/2023 = 10 days I would like the query to return '10'  I am having trouble with trying to connect the dots with the documentation on calc throughput. Not sure how to approach it. 

I am trying to screen the cases where we set order block and immediately release without any activities in the middle. The idea is to calcuate how much time we wasted on those cases. To do that: In the activities table, I want to partition along column "Change_to" in such a way: When "Change_from" = 'ZA' (which incdicates release of block)Then look at the immediate preceding rows: if the column "Change_to" = 'ZA' (indicate set block)  Then calculate the datediff between those rows. This is my code: SUM( CASE WHEN ("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."CHANGED_FROM" = 'ZA' AND ACTIVITY_LAG ("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."CHANGED_TO", 1) = 'ZA')  THEN  DATEDIFF ( MI, ACTIVITY_LAG("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME"),"_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME")END) It seems that the above code just ignore the bolded part in the casewhen statement. Hi everyone, I want to use an input box in a view so users can filter a specific table using a runtime variable. When using the input box and setting it to type date, the output is something like 1694728800000. This is saved in a runtime variable, which I am using in a filter for that specific table. However, I couldn't find a way to make the formular work. Example formular: FILTER EKPO.AEDAT = ${{runtime_variable}}  where ${{runtime_variable}} is 1694728800000. Maybe someone can help out with the correct conversion to make use of the date from the input box.  Best regardsAram

Hello, for some reason I can´t find any solution online for this problem. It is probably out there but I cant find it. I simply want to showcase the following: The Average throughput time between Activity A and C, but ignore all cases where it touched Activity B inbetween.  This feels like a very easy task but I can´t seem to find how to filter out Activity B. Basically I thought it would like this: AVG ( CALC_THROUGHPUT (  FIRST_OCCURRENCE [ 'A' ]  TO  LAST_OCCURRENCE [ 'C' ] ,  REMAP_TIMESTAMPS ( "_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME" , DAYS ) )) And then in the component filter: FILTER "_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."ACTIVITY_EN" NOT IN ('B') This obviously doesn´t work so I am here. Maybe someone can answer me this rather simple question I suppose.  Thanks!

Hi all, I am relatively new in the Action Flow but I am making good progress. But I currently struggling to find a solution to my problem. I want to send one scheduled email to users whom created Sales Orders matching certain criterias. 1/ to avoid spaming their mail box, I want to group all the matching Sales Order in one email (this I managed to do). The format of the email is HTML to make it readible. But this is maybe the root cause of my problem since I am using a text agregator. 2/ The list of recipients will depend on the output of the query, and I can't find a way get this input to the Outlook module without getting rid of my HTML email format. Ideally I would want to send ONE grouped email with all recipients. But ONE email per user is acceptable. Note: the reason I am using an Array Agregator is because in this cases what is important is the Sales Order regardless of the number of Items/Cases. Any help will be most welcome       UPDATE: I think I may have a solution, but

Hi All,Im trying to find the count of throughput time in buckets in views. The histogram are the way to go but in views they only accomodate integer and floats but not dates. Im trying to come up with it in Chart but unable to.Please let me know if someone has any idea.

Hello, I open this question that was already asked by another user 5 months ago and not answered from Celonis. Moreover, I'm not allowed to comment or ask for update on that post if the post is older than 30 days. I would like to query data in an Action Flow from the Knowledge Model and not from the Data Model. Currently I have an Action Flow connected to a Data Model and I have modules like Tools (set multiple variables) replicating the same KPIs I have in the Knowledge Model. If I need to update a KPI in the Knowledge Model I have to remember to update it as well in the action flow, this causes high maintenance and possibility of error. This feature is critical since one of the main goals of using Studio is the centralization of KPI definitions into a single source of truth, the knowledge model. If you have any update on this topic I'd appreciate if you can share it with the community. Thanks. BRAlejandro 

Hi everyone,  I am building a View, where I want to list some KPIs from my Knowledge Model on top of a table. For that purpose, I first chose an Attribute List, as I see in the documentation that it can take KPIs as Input. Then I tried a KPI List instead, with the same KPIs from the Knowledge Model, and I noticed that the numbers displayed in each KPI are considerably different, when I use one component or the other. (I checked it and the numbers on the KPI List are right, and differ greatly from those in the Attribute List). Does anybody know what the cause of this discrepancy might be?  How do Attribute Lists function overall? When should I use them? I was not able to find further information about that in the docs. Thank you very much! Javier

As the title says I want to create a plot that cannot bed created in Celonis (as far as I have researched and tried). The workaround was to create a script on Machine Learning Workbench that uses the information from the KPI's but I don't know how to include the plot created with matplotlib into the sheet  And then to appear somewhere in my dashboard   Thanks!

Has anyone any experience or resources in using Process Mining to evaluate users interacting with a SaaS product and generating an event log. My data shows the events of user sessions and I'm interested in both session and multi-session journeys.

I have 3 tables:Fact Table A with n entries per case and a time dimension (round_hour)Case Table which containts the case keysAnother Fact Table B with m entries per case and a time dimension (round_hour)The data model is n : 1 : m. Unfortunately a generel snowflake model is not possible. Now I need to sum up the duration from Fact Table B aggregated by the time dimension from eventtime2 (round_hour) and display the sum in a chart. The time dimension for the chart is represented by the time dimension eventtime 1 from Fact Table A (round_hour). I tried bind, domain_table in combination with PU-Functions but nothing worked.  Is there a any way map those time dimensions from different fact tables with a n : 1 : m relation? 

Hi,  I am using Augmented Attributes in a Knowledge Model to build a View App. The A. Attribute is defined to have 4 possible values (dtype string) and it is meant to be updated manually by the end-user in the app to any of those 4 values. It has a Default Value as well for all those cases where the end user did not manually updated the attribute (which happens frequently). The problem comes when I want to use the "VALUE" field stored in the augmented table from the attribute in the Knowledge Model. I want to filter a chart based on the Attribute´s values (again stored in the VALUE field) and also define a KPI with a CASE WHEN logic based again in the value of the attribute. When I do so, it just returns the rows or datapoints where the Attribute was manually updated, filtering out all the rows for which the default value should appear.  I have not found a way to include the default value in the PQL queries outputs that I desire, so that I do not get most rows filtered out wh

Hi,I would like to to apply this function to mesure the cycle time of Change Activities. The activities table looks like this: Case ID2 columns "Change From" and "Change To" along with timestamp columnTime starts counting for each case when Change To = A for the first time and ends when Change from = A for the last time.   The logic Im trying to work around is (just disregard the function syntax- Im just trying to explain the logic.CALC_THROUGHPUT( First_Occurance ('Change to' = 'A') to Last_Occurance ('Change from' =' A '), Remap_Timestamps("Table"."event time", days) What is the right way to implement this logic?Should I filter the table to be "Change to" = 'A' or "Change from" = A and then merge this two columns to form a single column to use calc_throughput? But then how to merge different columns in the same table? Thank you for any suggestion!

Hi, I need to create a list of all table names and columns in each table that we have in Celonis.  I've tried pycelonis, but while I can get the tables the columns list showed as empty when using get_tables(): DataPoolTable(name='LFA1', data_source_id='xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx', columns=[] ,...) I've also tried using sql query: select table_schema, table_name from v_catalog.columnsbut got error: "Not allowed to access schema v_catalog" Is there a way to quickly download such list? Thanks,Karol

I would like to concatenate a date and time coming from a specific table into a single column, but I get the following message:Operator requirements are not met. Operator 'CONCAT' is not compatible with inputs of type DATE. Is there some workaround to concatenate DATE type?
