Failed to auto save the View. Please save your changes manually

I'm encountering a persistent error in the View: "Failed to auto save the View. Please save your changes manually." Even when I attempt to save the changes manually, the View does not get saved, and none of the modifications to the UI are being retained. Is anyone getting the same issue? what could be the possible resolution?

Using Pu functions instead of Aggregates to be able to Filter KPIs

Hello Celopeers, im new to Celonis and have created a view. There i use a Kpi which drops a lot of zero values. When trying to filter them out i always get the error that aggregated functions can not be used in combination with the FILTER function, and that i should try PU functions. Using Variable in KPI/Attribute Unit possible?

Hello Community,I would like to give my users the option to display an amount (e.g. freight) in any currency. To do this, I use the function CURRENCY_CONVERT_SAP and pass the target currency via a variable. This works perfectly.My problem is the unit: Do you know of or is there a way to use my variable in the unit field so that the selected currency is automatically displayed as the unit?Thank for help, Thomas

I would like to create a use case to analyse the throughput times of finished goods flow from one warehouse to another.Unfortunately, there are no pre-existing data connectors available for this particular use where i would be especially looking into goods issue and goods receipt.I did go through the celonis academy trainings but the trainings were basic and i cannot seem to apply what i learnt in the trainings to my use case.Does anybody have any help/ leads?Best RegardsKenny

Hello celonauts, I have a question. I'm creating an action flow that will access an API, but it needs to generate a token and then go to access. In the first step, I generate my token, but it comes composed. I would like to get only the part that brings the token: Example{"token_type":"Bearer","expires_in":3599,"ext_expires_in":3599,"access_token": "value-token"}.I need to get only the "value-token" part after the "access_token":Is there any way I can do a spit or something like that? I don't know how to get out the other side.

Throughput calculation

Dear i am puzzled that the calculated throughput time in Celonis is different from the source (excel) data. For example order O4892 has a throughput time of 12 minutes (according to the raw data in Excel). However the output in Celonis is 1M (1 month?). . Could you please assist by advising on this difference.Below you can see a screenshot of the data set and output in Celonis.Many thanks!

Action Flow - Microsoft Outlook 365 Question re CSV attachment plus Queried data available

I have successfully set up an Action Flow to output my Celonis Query in an Outlook 365 email. I use The Celonis Query Data module → CSV module (create CSV) → Tools module to compose a String for the CSV file to be inserted as a file attachment in Outlook → MS 365 Email Outlook module to Create and Send an email. (see image below).This all works great and we filter to output specific customer data. Today, we manually fill in the customer email contact info.However, we would like to use the Customer Contact data from the Query (name/email_address) to automatically populate the MS 365 Email Recipient. I have observed that the Tools module is limiting what data flows into the Outlook module and within the Outlook module I do not have access to all of the individual Data values from the Celonis Query.When I remove the Tools module, all of the Celonis Query Data module data is readily available for use in the Microsoft 365 Email Outlook module. Filter using parameter in view not working in object centric data model table.

I am trying to filter records using predefined filter assigning value thru parameter in popup view. But the value is not properly assigned to the filter. Its filtering everything and not showing any data. However filter works fine when i assign value in the filter. Need to Trigger Action Flow for Last Refresh Date

I am trying to make an action flow which gets triggered when the data load is more than a day old i.e., when the data load failed, and we are unaware of the failure. Current problem is that I am able to get the last refresh date from event log which is the MAX of the time stamp but to put a trigger to see if the MAx is more than a day old, the FILTER function in general does not allow aggregations. Is there a way out of it or any other path that can be taken to create an action flow to trigger a mail if the last refresh date is more than a day old.

Hello, I have received the data set I want to analyze in several CSV files (due to the row limit of 1 million rows). Now I would like to merge this split CSV data set in Celonis, but I have not found the function to do so. The data set is structured in such a way that CaseID, Activity, Timestamp and other case information are each in one line, as can be seen in the screenshot.
