Hello everyone,here is my case: I am using SAP table CRMD_ORDERADM_H as case table. I am using PU_SUM to have an OLAP table column with the sum of CRMD_ORDERADM_I.NET_VALUE grouped by CRMD_ORDERADM_I.HEADER (case id). I am using a dropdown to filter for CRMD_ORDERADM_I.ORDERED_PROD. It works in so far that the table only shows cases, where at least one item has the selected PROD, but the sum stays the same.I would like the filter to be applied to the sum.In case you are not familiar with SAP tables - I added a mock up of what I am trying to do.Have you got any ideas how I could accomplish that?Thanks in advance!

What are the different types of Extractor in Celonis?

Hi, I want to apply a component filter to an OLAP table. The table initially contains only the case key and the event time. The filter should ensure that only the cases from the last month are displayed. I find the date of the last case with MAX("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES". "EVENTTIME"). Then I subtract one month with ADD_MONTHS(MAX("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES". "EVENTTIME"), -1). Up to this point everything works. If I then set FILTER "_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES". "EVENTTIME" > ADD_MONTHS(MAX("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES". "EVENTTIME"), -1) as the component filter, it tells me of course that you can't apply a MAX function in the filter.  Is there a way to solve the problem anyway? Thanks a lot! Many greetingsLukas

I am building an analysis.I have a period Filter :( YYYY-MM ) format.While I choose a Period I get to see KPIs specific to that period , but the requirement is , even if I select a specific period, same KPI should show me 2 different values , 1. For the specific period choses 2. KPI value since beginning till date , it should ignore the Period filter value chosen. These two Same KPIs to be placed side by side on the same screen. Can we do this ? If yes, then How ?RegardsAyan

Hello,We have an AR project and I have installed Data jobs from the EMS store. It got some errors. I looked up logs and found out it is about KNB5. AR_KNB5 view was not even being created because it says no relation of KNB5. I looked at ECC and saw that KNB5 table is empty. Does empty tables are not being extracted ?

Hello Is it possible to create a KPI with a filter on it ? For exemple : A KPI who's showing the % of invoice paid late and when we click on it, it creates a filter on all dashboards

Hi, Celonis doesn't seem to like the escape character ("\\") when filtering graphs for product texts so tried to just replace it with the following formular: REPLACE("VBAP"."MATNR_TEXT",'\\', '-') However, I get the attached error message.  Best regardsAram

I would like to keep a KPI analysis and transformation center chart on the same page. Is it possible to have some sort of iFrame, or view to transformation center in the Analyses? Or perhaps a Studio View?

Hi all! Anybody knows or have information if there is a connector for a3ERP?

I want to create an alert which sends e-mail to a group of recipients when the Data Load is successful. Is it possible to trigger an alert directly from Celonis? I can subscribe to a data pool to get alerts on reload failure but not when It is successful. In addition Is it possible to get the Log history of the reloads for analysis?

Hi, we are working with a MySQL database as a source of our process data. After analyzing the process we have added projects to the action engine. Now we like to write back data into the MySQL database by executing UPDATE/CREATE (e.g. to set blocks or discounts for upcoming processes for a customer which are stored in a specific database table). How can we do this? We just found SAP HANA as a database to post SQL statements but not MySQL. Best,Clemens

Hi peers,  I am wondering if it is possible to schedule the automated load of Data Model, not Data Job.I understand we have Scheduling in advanced setting and Rest API for Data Job, but not for Data Model.Reference indicates that the LiveReload from Analysis side is not the trigger of Data Model change.Does anyone have any idea to automate whole process of Data Job =&gt; Data Model =&gt; Analysis? Thanks.
