I'd like to know where can I find prerequisites to use celoinis template in market place, which SAP table is required to use it, for example.
should I need to check all SQLs or data connections to know it or do we have something Excel list to know it?

You can directly download the tables required for a process from the marketplace.
Follow the path Marketplace > Process Connectors > Required Process ( eg. - Purchase to Pay)
You will land on a screen like the image above. Hover to the blue link - Table Requirement Direct Download. That will download an excel file with the required tables and column requirements for the process connector
