Hello everyone,i have a small problem with the representation of activities in my Celonis. For some reason a few activities are not in order when i look at them via the Variant/Process Explorer. However, if i look into my data via SQL Vertica in the Data Jobs, the Activities are in order. I believe this, because each Activity has a sorting number (descending). Usually i would expect the Activity/Process Explorer to show me the Cases in accordance with their sorting number, however this is not the case for every activity/case. Some are Ok, but some don't fit. Is there any (easy) solution for my problem? What causes this deviation?

Here is the stiation. I have cases like Case 123Activity 1 - Attribute A = XActivity 2 - Attribute A = Y Case 231Activity 1 - Attribute A = WActivity 2 - Attribute A = Z Case 321Activity 1 - Attribute A = QActivity 2 - Attribute A = X Now I need to create an olap table likeCAse 1 -Attrubute A - Case 2123 ------- X ---------321 because their both Attr. A = X right ?but how ? I think domain table is not for it.

Hi expert, I have a question about delta load. I know if I use data connection, for example SAP to Celonis, then we can use delta load option. However, in manual data connection pattern, download data from one to upload to celonis, do we have any option to delta data load? Hi expert,​now I'm creating internal training contents and stucked how to explain what is case table in simple words.I know what is it and how it works but I cannot explain difference between case table and transaction data. Can I say case table is a part of transaction data and case table is just what you wants to see in your analysis board, or is there something add?

I would like to dynamically change the value of Load Script (Analysis settings) using variables. Switching the filter on/off according to one's choice. But, i am not able to achieve it. Hi Team,  I have a project on which we are supposed to connect Celonis with JIRA.  In help document https://docs.celonis.com/en/jira-connection.html it says we should use "Enter the name of the new Jira Data Connection." but we do not have such connector (see screenshot).  Is there any connector which could be used for JIRA connection? Thanks,Satoshi

Hi,  is it possible ot replace empty cells with dashes (-) in a csv file generated from an Action Flow which is based on Celonis Data? I found a template for Action Flows to generate and csv File with a appropriate format (see below). Unfortunately my data from celonis contains empty values, which bothers me in the csv since they appear empty. I would like to replace them with dashes(-).  Thank you for your help and best regards,Jurgen

Good afternoon, We've set up an Action Flow that we want to run at different times, depending on the relative day of the month, ie:If we're on the 5 First Work Days or 5 Last Work Days of the month, we want the Action flow to run 4x a day, at specific times;If we're Not in the above mentioned interval (M+5 to M-5), we want the Action flow to run 1x a Day, at a specific time I've managed to set up a filter that would work for Calendar Days, however I cannot seem to get a WorkDays based solution   Can anyone assist? Thank you very much in advance!  Best Regards,

Hi,My Activity Table contains 43k distinct activities, I see that the PE (or VE) can only handle 32k.I'd like to set a filter on another column in the same table, that should contain only 140 activities. The fact is that nothing change in the PE (or VE). I've tried with filter component, sheet component, attribute filter, analysis filter and so on, the filters work just fine with the whole analysis, but in the PE and VE I'm keeping displaying the error of the 43k activities out of 32k. Is it possible to solve this issue? Thanks

Hello everyone We currently have a use case where we want Purchase Order Requesters to receive, once a week, an e-mail detailing all PO Items - that have not yet been reported, in previous weeks - that have 20% or less of their budget remaining. Where we need some input is, how do we send 1 e-mail per week, per Requester, containing only the Purchase Order Items assigned to them? We're currently only capable of sending 1 e-mail to all the requestors present in the data, so what we seem to need is a way to Parse E-mails, based on Requestor, with all their aggregated data! This information is present in a table's Columns, i.e: Thank you very much in advance!  P.S: Bear in mind we cannot use Google's Services, so we're limited to using an E-mailing Skill:  Best Regards, Vasco Carona

Hi guys! I’m trying to apply a particular filter to a dataset with many activities. The scenario is as follows. The raw event log contains activities done in a general hospital for over a year.If I want to get the process for a specific activity, I would normally just filter ‘Include only cases that contain ‘Knee Replacement Surgery’.  However, because there is so much going on in the hospital, such a filter is not enough. For example, if a person underwent a knee surgery is june 2021, the process map will also try to include other procedures that this person did in january 2021 or december 2021, even though these have nothing to do with the knee replacement surgery. For that reason, I’m trying to narrow the filter down as follows: “Provide an event log that only includes data of a maximum of 2 weeks in the past after the activity ‘Knee replacement surgery’ and a maximum of 2 weeks after this same activity.” Note that this is NOT the same as applying a general time filter on the event

This is a question about Action Flow and Skill.In my company, it is not allowed to give Microsoft or Gmail permissions to Celonis, which means I can't use Microsoft 365 Mail (or any other Microsoft module) and Gmail in Action Flow. So I'm trying to generate csv files in Action Flow, pass them to Skill and send them via Celonis e-mail address. Could you please tell me how to pass the csv file from Action Flow to Skill?Thanks. Regards,Chen

Hello. Although the Tranformation Scripts create Activity names in German and English, only the english expressions for the activities are shown throughout the analysis (process explorer etc.)How to change the visual labels to German? thanks a lot, Marco

Hi there,I am looking for an efficient way to reduce the size of my data model: I already reduced the time period of the ingested data. As a second step I want to get rid of some unused table columns. To identify unused table columns I thought about doing the following:Export a .txt documentation of each analysis, then search for a specific table (ctrl+f) (i.e. LIPS) and document which columns are really in use in this analysis. I do this with all analyses and then I know which columns I can exclude in the extractions because they are not used anywhere.  It's not as much manual work as it sounds but still a lot. Do you know a better way to do this? How do you avoid such work in the future? Is there a standard procedure how to handle this problem or not run into it in the first place?  Thanks for your helpDaniel
