Hi Leonardo,
If I understand correctly, you’re looking to configure the way the Case Explorer is displayed for your business users by default.
This is unfortunately not possible at the moment, as the default columns displayed are based on how your business user uses it.
The bright side: The business users simply have to configure the columns to how they need it to be once and then the system will remember this every time they go into the View again.
