Dear 

i am puzzled that the calculated throughput time in Celonis is different from the source (excel) data. For example order  O4892 has a throughput time of 12 minutes (according to the raw data in Excel). However the output in Celonis is 1M (1 month?). . Could you please assist by advising on this difference.

Below you can see a screenshot of the data set and output in Celonis.

    Thanks ​@kailash.potha12 . Your answer directed me to the solution.I formatted it as a table and saved it as an Excel workkbook instead of csv  The fields were however already in the date format. The newly imported data gave me correct throughput numbers.
