I’m an independent consultant specializing in process optimization and based in the Netherlands. I often help clients adopt and integrate new tools to improve efficiency and am very interested in Celonis.
I’m curious if there are opportunities for independent consultants like me to partner with Celonis. Specifically, I’d like to know if the partner program supports using the platform with clients and possibly providing training on the software.
Could someone provide more details about the possibilities and requirements for such a collaboration?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @ArthurS,
As far as I know, everybody can be a Celonis partner as long as you have the minimum requirements regarding certificates. Just go to celonis.com and follow the process here:
There is a very extensive document where all the agreements about a Celonis partner ship are described, but I expect you will receive that once you followed the steps.
To learn how to use Celonis, there a lot of online trainings available, both for you as a partner, as directly for your future clients (saving you a lot of effort). Go to academy.celonis.com for the full library (note that once your domain is registered as partner, you will see different content here).
If you’re looking for technical/second line support during your first customer projects, feel free to reach out. We’re a small firm based in Gorinchem and happy to help & collaborate in the Celonis domain.
Greeting from Rotterdam,
Jan-peter
Hi @ArthurS , echoing Jan-Peter's great insights above (thanks so much for jumping in here @janpeter.van.d )—just adding a few more details to clarify the official partner requirements.
To join the Celonis Partner Network, organizations are required to hold at least six active Celonis Expert Badges, which must include:
1x Value Assessment Expert
1x Celonis Technical Expert
1x Value Realization Expert
These badges can be split across individuals, but need to be held by at least two different people. You’ll find the full breakdown of requirements and entitlements in the Partner Enablement Guide, which becomes available after you start the registration process on celonis.com/partners.
That said, if your goal is mainly to provide delivery work, a practical first step could be partnering with an existing local Celonis partner as a subcontractor, especially if you’re looking to get started more quickly.
Hope this helps and looking forward to seeing how you explore the Celonis ecosystem!
