Hi folks, I quite new to the Views and I am trying to build a heatmap. Does any of you know what should be added in YAML in order to change the background color from grey to white, and how to add gridlines to the heatmap?  

How can I use KM variables in Views ?

I'm trying to build a bar charts with two dimensions (processes and type of processing) counting cases. In most BI tools this is a standard visualisation but in the actual version of Celonis studio I don't know how to implement it. See screenshot

After filtering a bar chart in view, a particular bar broads up, is there any way to keep the size same even after filtering ?

 While trying to connect this connector should we need to take help from celonis team or is there any procedure to connect for ourselves. Also there are prebuilt apps. what is the difference between case frequency and activity frequecy in detail. From the question i can tell case frequency is for number of cases. Here cases denotes what and activity means what. Can ayone give solution for this with an example

Not sure what I am doing wrong here:I am having an AP Data Model, created a knowledge model based on that. Created an analysis with a process explorer sheet and looks good:Now created a view, and connected it to the same knowledge model and event log. Add process explorer component on the view: No idea what data I am missing here, any suggestions?

Hello, Im working with invoices and Ive implemented a datepicker with different options: Due date, clearing date, etc. If I want to filter by different dates, the attribute selection makes an AND operation between conditions. I would like to know if there is the option to have an OR condition. E.g. I want to filter the invoices with clearing date OR due date in September, meaning that I want to include also invoices with only one of those conditions true.

Hello everybody,  I´m trying to create a quickFilter for one of my views.Problem as follows. I created a Filter in the KM and tried to generate multiple Filters. I tried multiple FILTER-Statements; seperated with a comma (,).I tried to combine the filter with AND expressions. I always see now results and, yes there should be results.  Currently, it looks like this:  FILTER        KPI(FORMULA_PO_ITEMS_OVERDUE_ORDERS_WO_GR) = 1 AND         "EKKO"."BUKRS" = '1000' AND        "EKPO"."KNTTP" = 'Q' AND        "EKPO"."KNTTP" = 'K' AND        "EKPO"."KNTTP" = 'P' AND        "EKPO"."KNTTP" = 'F' AND        "EKPO"."KNTTP" = 'E' AND        "EKPO"."LOEKZ" != 'L' AND        "EKPO"."MGWS_NONMGWS" = 'Ja - Direkt' Would be great if someome, can help.  Thank you.  Regards Daniel

This is a question about Action Flow and Skill.In my company, it is not allowed to give Microsoft or Gmail permissions to Celonis, which means I can't use Microsoft 365 Mail (or any other Microsoft module) and Gmail in Action Flow. So I'm trying to generate csv files in Action Flow, pass them to Skill and send them via Celonis e-mail address. Could you please tell me how to pass the csv file from Action Flow to Skill?Thanks. Regards,Chen

Does anyone know how I can create a histogram in a view? In the standard analysis sheet it is out-fo the box available but not in views. Or a way how I can create 'ranges' of a dimension?  

I have installed the O2C app on S4. This app has no KM/views but analysis. In the analysis there sort text variables like #{development}. I thought I read something about this but don't know anymore how this works. cannot find it in the help as well.

Hello all, When exporting Case Explorer sheet to an xlsx file, the Duration column comes as seconds, despite showing in days when viewing on browser. So the viewers keep asking what this value is, is it possible that Duration column shows in days after export? Regards, and thanks in advance. 

I noticed that PyCelonis has some functionality in adding records, variables and the like into Knowledge Models but I was wondering if there was a script or way we could mass import/add variables or KPIs from Process Analytics into a Knowledge Model. I've got a script that extracts and formats all KPIS and Variables into a pandas dataframe so it's just a matter of calling the right function. I don't really see any examples on the PyCelonis Github in terms of adding variables/KPIs

Hi, I got this chart in studio in a regular analysis and want to create the same chart in a view/km.The chart has as dimension ROUND_WEEK("ACTIVE_USERS"."DATE"). so it shows the value on a weekly basis,  How can I create the same chart in a view? the only way I found to have round_week dimension is to create a KPI in the knowledge model and use that but it does not nicely display the chart:How can I change the chart that it shows date for all values and makes the columns bigger with less space in between?Also I using a KPI the best way for the dimension? thanks  Roan

Hi,Using the embeded component iframe I can embed an analysis from the process analitics into a view.However if i do the same with an analysis from the studio it embeds the entire studio and not just the analysis. Is there a way around this? The views have the same problem but this can be fixed by using the embeded component "View" but this component doesn´t acept analysis. Best,João
