Save activity groups

Hello, I am quite new to Celonis, so perhaps this is a stupid question. I am investigating a process with a lot of different activities and a huge number of variants. To make some sense of it all, I am grouping a lot of the activities. However, whenever I close the analysis and reopen it later, the group definitions are gone and I have to redo all the work. Is there a way to save the activity groups? Thanks for the support!

Aggregate Value Bucketing Across Levels

Hello, I have a table to aggregated values that we are trying to bucket within a dropdown. Currently when we bucket the values it filters on the line item level, but we want to filter on the aggregated value level. Show values although there is noch key connection

Dear all, I have connected two table via a key, example Table 1 T1.Banf T1.Pos T1.Wert 123 10 X 124 10 Y Table 2 T2.Banf T2.Pos T1.Wert 123 10 X 124 10 Y 1235 10 Key: Banf, Pos In Table 2 I show the values of Field Wert from Table 1. For Banf 123 and 124 it works as the key is working. For 1235 it does not work. The whole case is not visible. I want to show the case, just the value of T1.Wert should be empty or any text like no value. How ist that possible? With CASE WHEN ISNULL it did not work. Many thx and br Daniel

The aggregation function SUM cannot be used with a dimension function input. PLease check there are no aggregations and dimensions used together as function inputs

I am getting the error while creating the below KPI. Here KPI ABC_A/B/C is calculated KPI which uses SUM function. What should be the time dimension of conformance checking

Dear process miners, I am playing with P2P process and I have PR item as case ID. When I am trying to create conformance ratio as a KPI in the transformation center, I am not sure whether I should BADAT field in the EBAN table or Eventtime field in the activity table. Is there a way to filter the process explorer based on the selection made on the execution-gaps object or to get the current filter on the view to set the filter for the process explorer.

In this particular case I want to select one of the flags and the selection will filter the process explorer for some activities

Does Transformation center allow exporting reports?

I have a query regarding sending reports for critical KPIs using transformation center. I tried to navigate through transformation center but couldn’t find any such option where I can scheduled reports.  even tried to check help support section of Celonis Below screenshot is perhaps of the older version of transformation center which is there on the help page.   It seems older version of transformation center was having different interface and there were these option of sending weekly, monthly or daily reports.  Note : There is a possibility to use the Action Engine to create reports but would prefer to use the report function of the transformation center.  Any help will be appreciated.

Saving selection filters from one dashboard to another.

Hi,Is there a way that my filters from one dashboard can also be applied to another dashboard? For example, in my first dashboard, I filtered 2-3 dimensions and now I wanted to analyze in another dashboard those dimensions again. It could be placing a button to navigate to the link in the 2nd dashboard, but the selections filters are left behind in the 1st dashboard.

Is it possible to cancel a Studio Skill's Ongoing / Queued Executions?

Like the Title says, I have 18 Queued Executions of a Studio Skill that have been pending for 30m Here is a picture of the flow: Does anyone know how I can cancel / restart?It was running fine when I had just a couple of columns being written to the table, I've since added a number of columns and changed the Table Name  Thank you in advance!

Gateways are not working?

Hi everyone, I set up a bpmn model for my conformance checker, but the gateways does not seem to work. Example: Here I can see, that the movement from "Erstanlage Schaden" to "Manuelle Deckung geändert" is possible. However when i look in the Conformance analysis it lists "Erstanlage Schaden" followed by "Manuelle Deckung geändert" as one of the most common violations.   Any ideas what i can do about it?  Best,Maria

How to select multiple activities in Activity Selection

Hi there, our client hast 20+ activities that she has to drag and drop into the activity selection. Is there a less tedious way of doing this? One solution would be to create a new activity during the transformation step in the Event Collection.   But is there another way in the Process Analytics? Kind regards,Saša

I want to use Crop Selection as filter for only one sheet in studio not all sheets. How can I do? I think I need to load script for that sheet. I need to basic pql for crop selection.

 Is there any way to set euro currency format in olap tables ?  i like to see the amount of 3.000.000,15 € in euro format, now in celonis it is posible to see with commas like 3,000,000.15 but this is a Dollar format. ¿ Is it posible to set the currency configuration for euro ? Is there any way to set the locale configuration for currencies decimal in ',' and thousands in ',' ? Thanks in advance.

Table fitering with rows who have open tasks

Hi, Can we filter a table with rows only having open tasks, by defualt it shows all record and user has to select filter icon. Is there any way that we can avoid this step for user. Secondly what is the difference between closed and resolved. By default I have onyly option to close. RegardsKhurram

Feature request - shading lines in tables, similar to tables in Excel

Feature request - shading lines in tables, similar to tables in Excel maybe we have overlooked this - would there be a chance to get the option to shade lines in tables alternating between shaded and white so that you can easily see in which line you are (having a frozen left column)

 How is it posible to use WORKDAY_CALENDAR and WORKDAY_CALENDAR without problems.? I want to use both calendars at the same time. I have use INTERSECT, and i have join both calendars adding the id_calendar to the tables, but i get always the same error. Error in formulaTo use the calendar ID column [constant SP-MAD], it must have a join relationship to the table containing the timestamp column ["IssuesFunes"]. The formula is the following.  REMAP_TIMESTAMPS (   "IssuesFunes"."created" ,    HOURS ,    INTERSECT ( WORKDAY_CALENDAR ("WDCalendar") , WORKDAY_CALENDAR( "WORKDAY_CAL_TFACS" ) ) ,  'SP-MAD')

Is there any way to reference a calculate column in a filter inside a component like olap table ? My problem is that when i want for example filter a olap table with activity and %automation than %automation rate was less than 100% i can no filter like  FILTER KPI("Ratio", "_CEL_AP_ACTIVITIES"."USER_TYPE" = 'Automated') > 0  Cause it raise an error saying that a filter can no use aggregate funcion like SUM.  If i can reference a filtre for a calculate colums %Automate = KPI("Ratio", "_CEL_AP_ACTIVITIES"."USER_TYPE" = 'Automated'), and in the filter i can filter by column like   FILTER '%Automate' > 0  Then,¿is is posible to filter data by column ? ¿ How can i do it ?   Thanks in advance

Passing Identifier to Get Task with Smart Sensor

I use a manual sensor to reopen tasks in Views. Right now I try to create a solution that would reopen tasks based on the Smart Sensor.  In order to do so, I duplicated the Manual skill and changed the trigger from Manual to Smart sensor choosing the same Knowledge Model and Record Identifier and applying PQL filters. The skill preview shows a number of tasks as I would expect.  The issue I have is that at Get Task stage there is no identifier passed and the skill cannot get reopen even though I use the same identifier as I use with skill created as Manual Sensor.

Studio / Business View should share filter selection among views / instruments.

Dear Celonis team,​I am developing views / instruments (analysis) in Studio and I found that I could not transfer my filter selection in one view to another view / instrument and vise versa. ​It is bottleneck of my migration from Process Analytics to Studio, because Process Analytics can transfer filter selection by below screen. Do you plan to do it in Studio / Business View too ? Best regards,Kazuhiko

Hi all.

Hi all. We have created 6 activity tables, and allowed the data model to create a merged activity table. When I add the Case explorer component, it isn't using the merged activity table, but defaulting to one of the 6 we've created. Also, for the conformance component, I've allowed celonis to mine, and this too is defaulting to the same activity table. Do any of you know how to get these two components to use the merged activity table?

Defining target value KPI list

Hi team, I have a question regarding the definition of a target value for a kpi list. According to the advanced configuration, it should be possible to turn "showTarget" to true. Nonetheless, I couldn't find a hint in the documentation about how and where to set that default value, as the KPI definition in the km doesn't seem to have a field name for its definition. Any help is much appreciated, thank you
