Every time an analysis is transported from QA to PROD, old analysis is deleted and a new one is placed in the folder, as a result, the bookmarks are also deleted with transport. How we can get rid of this problem.

Hi all, were using threshold values based on PO header level in order to filter on low or high value items (e.g. below 100 or above 10k). I need to measure the number of orders within the booking process: anything between Create Quotation and Create Sales Order Item. For background, the # of Sales Orders using COUNT_TABLE("VBAK") is 200k. Using either of the below formulas continues to give me 200k Sales Orders. Hi all, Im creating an Credit note analysis - taking that into consideration all the values of my documents are negative: this causes that my graphs when Im looking at values and quantities look funny since the value 0 is not the aligned as the crossing for the X axis and the primary and secondary Y axis. Is it possible to align the crossing of the X and both of the Y axis to 0? In this case, it will mean that the line will be above of the X axis, and all columns will be below. Thank you!

I created a donut chart modeling the percentage of EDI Orders in VBAK (Dimension is VBAK.ZZEDI_FLAG) Currently it looks as such: Instead of the X featured at the bottom and to the left of 26%, would it be possible to have the label appear as EDI Orders. I tried "VBAK"."ZZEDI_FLAG" AS 'EDI', but that did not work. Any other options available? Thanks

Each phase can have different unique activities, for which Ive defined dedicated variables : The actual data are derived from the ACTIVITIES table. How can I copy the full tab from one analysis and paste into another. Idea is to have power user create there analysis in seperate folders / analysis. Once it reaches a validated stage then to copy the whole tab and paste in Productive / published analysis. Doing component by component is erronus and time consuming. Thanks Naveen Gupta

Hi all, Were using datepickers that are linked to a variable <%=date%> , which at the same time is being defined by different formulas. When looking at the title for the date picker, we have chose the text related to the variable <%=date%> The problem is that when the variable is being defined by a formula, and not a field in a table. this is also the case when we have graphs associated to the dates, in this case, the whole formula is displayed when the users hover over the graph we have tried to save the formula as a KPI, at least just to have the KPI name displayed, but in this case the variable will not be set, and the date picker will not work. Hi all, I would like to define a new KPI to measure the ratio of eProcurement (EP) orders vs. all other PO doc types. The doc type information comes from the PO header (EKKO), however Id like to show the ratio based on line item level (EKPO). The formula which Ive set-up and which works fine for the ratio on Header looks as follows: 100 * AVG(CASE WHEN EKKO.BSART = EP THEN 1.0 ELSE 0.0 END) Somehow, Ive to bring in one more variable to take line items into account: COUNT_TABLE(EKPO) Any idea how to combine to show the ratio of EP PO items? Hi Team, We want to make one Column Chart, where X-axis (Dimension) have a data point like (0-3 Days, 4-6 Days, 7-9 Days, 10-16 Days & 17+ Days) and KPI will have such as PO Lines Pending & PO Pending GR Amount. But the issue is sorting not working properly, its sorting randomly. Is there have a way to custom sort the Dimension. Regards, Rakesh Paul

Hi, in an Accounting use case we are looking for sales order items, where a goods issue was already booked but no invoice was created yet. That works fine with the process functions and shows always the cases where this situation is currently valid. My question: Is there a possibility to show also the situation at a reference date? So for example that you can display the amount and value of sales order items that have been in this so called ship to bill stock at 04/30/19? Thank you and best regards, Marco

Hello everybody, Im struggeling with the analysis for my thesis of an ITSM process and hope there is a simple solution, which I just overlook. Explanation: A service ticket is considered as solved in RESOLVED status, the status automatically changes to CLOSED status after 10 days, in any way. Hi all, We use the date picker quite frequently in our dashboards; however since we are still loading data manually it is quite important for our users to see what the most current data available is. The date picker already formats the days until data is available dark grey whereas the color is light grey for dates where no data was loaded. Unfortunately, we have different countries with different data sets available (e.g. Data for Germany might be loaded until 15th of March 2019 whilst Bulgaria is available until 1st of April 2019). The date picker shows, in this case, per default always every day until 1st of April 2019 in dark grey, even when the user selects Germany (data only available until 15th of March). In order to not confuse users which date is the most current available data set Id like to add a color coding based on the selection of the country (so that when selecting Germany the last dark grey date is the 15th of March 2019). Any ideas how to do that? And, if not possible

Hi Celonis Community, Ive recently started working in PM and am faced with my first real challenges. To answer complex questions of the process owner I would need to execute more complex calculations in Celonis. Im unsure to which extent this is supported. Ive read through the functions documented in the help section and functions highlighted here but could not find any that provide what Im looking for. Is it possible to base a calculation in Celonis on a previously calculated column? An equivalent of what Im trying to achieve might be subqueries in SQL. Im unable to go give insight into the process and will provide a much simplified example. Hello, I am building a OLAP table. I was wondering if there was a way to re-structure the table so instead of the single KPI information flowing vertical, it can flow horizontal? I have thought about using a pivot table, however because the data set is so large, it does not seem to be a suitable option. Please let me know. Cheers, Anna
