This is a interesting one not sure if this is as helpful as you would want it to be, however what comes to mind here is Action Flow that is scheduled at a regular interval. You can use Push CSV to Data Integration (https://docs.celonis.com/en/push-csv-to-data-integration.html) template to get started with this,

• Connect you excel with the action flow.
• Regularly update the data with schedule.
• Reload data model with a schedule

This should solve the backend problem for you.

PS: If you update columns and want the same to be reflected in visualization this method will not work.
