While trying to connect this connector should we need to take help from celonis team or is there any procedure to connect for ourselves. Also there are prebuilt apps. Should i need to take help from celonis team. If so can any one give me any mail id to contact them or any link to do on our own. Thanks

It seems your company is Gold Partner. That means you will have assigned some PArtner Representative in Celonis... I suggest you contact him. Eventually you can access dedicated Celonis resources as a partner.
Just in case, I suggest you check in the Partner Library the details of C4C ... for example with C4C you can NOT give direct access to the team to your customer
