Process Analysis

We have a model with four event logs. If a case has activities in three event logs and no activities in one event log, it appears in the Case Explorer but not in the Process Explorer. What could be the reason for this and how can I fix the problem? Many thanks!  PS: This problem is only in the view, not in the analysis.

I would like to compare the chart and tables based on different dates. The date picker would be a good pick because it ensures that a valid date is inserted. Currently, the date picker is affecting the whole sheet. Is there a possibility to get something similar to a date picker that affects only one component on the sheet? Thanks a lot for the help Paul

Hello, I would like to count how many items have a crossing time under 1 day from activity1 and activity2. To calculate the crossing time, I used this formulated that I recorded in saved formulas: CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE[<%=From%>] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE[<%=To%>], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("_CEL_P2P_ACTIVITIES".EVENTTIME, <%=unit%>)) Then I tried to write the following formula to do the count but it gives me an error: COUNT(CASE WHEN KPI(TEMPO DI ATTRAVERSAMENTO) =< 1 THEN 1 ELSE 0 END) Is there another solution? Hi @all, I have cases like this A-B-C-A-B-C or A-B-A-C-B-C like a loop with 3 activities, I want calculate between A and C activities. Also I have activity attribute for example first A-B-C activities have "ORDER" column value "1" and second A-B-C loop have "2". How can I calculate this situation?Thanks, Selim

Sometimes this options shows up and sometimes it doesn't. Should it be manually input in the code?

Hi, I have a python script that retrieves information about knowledge models, variables, and KPIs for documentation purposes. For some reason, the script is errorring out, when trying to retrieve KPIs, whereas previously it worked.  Has anyone got an idea why this is not working now and how I can fix the error? Thank you, Teun

Hello, I am in studio trying to test a skill that queries my analysis, creates a PDF and sends it by email but I am getting an error saying that cannot create PDF file and sends the following message: { "message": "Can't perform this actions. Please contact a Celonis administrator."} I have checked permissions for analyses and skill and all seems good. Can someone help me? Thanks,André Oliveira

How to hide multiple views at once from studio? I am trying to hide certain views from an Execution App and not to display them in the published version in Business apps. Is there a way to select and hide at once? currently its very tedious as we need to manually hide view by view. and inputs is much appreciated. TIA!

I created an action flow converting celonis data into a CSV file.  By using the Material no. column the action flow is converting this column not in right format. --> Material no. is displayed in the wrong way.The material numbers are starting with a 0.  This is how the CSV file looks like. How can I fix this issue?

How to change color in Chart based on category in Celonis Views? I wanted to understand if it is possible to change color in Chart (Celonis Views) based on category, this is what I am looking for In the following image let's consider activities as the category, my requirement is that all category should be displayed the same color, i.e. Format Book should be yellow in both the cases, Edit draft should be orange, etc. Change in Y axis should not change the color scheme  I can achieve this in a KPI , by using the Custom Object option, however is there something similar for Charts or any alternative solution for the same ?

Hi everyone, I would like to access a variable input/ dropdown component within an Analysis in the Studio using pycelonis 2.0.0. So far I get to the point where I can access the Analysis "ContentNode", but can't figure out how I can access those components. Alternative: Can someone tell me on how to access the Analysis variables? I can access the package variables but not the once from the Analysis. Thanks,Christian

Hi everyone, I have an OLAP table with columns like case number and different case attributes.I need to embed a hyper link on case number column that should take me to the Salesforce portal directly from this celonis dashboard. But I couldn't find any way to include such link. Is it possible to ember a hyper link in OLAP table?If not, what are the different options available? Thanks.

ADD_DAYS(KPI(BLINE_DATE),KPI(CATEGORY_VENDOR_TERMS_DAYS)) where KPI(CATEGORY_VENDOR_TERMS_DAYS) = GREATEST(KPI(INVOICE_TERMS_DAYS),KPI(REG_VENDOR_TERM_DAYS)). The output of above KPIs is days only in INT value. Not sure why this error is showing up.

I've currently got a view I'm building out for some data management and want to highlight/change the background color of cells which fit the criteria for "bad values", based on dates. This is currently where my YAML lies. I've tried searching through the Celonis Documentation and haven't found anything in regards to comparing dates. I've also tried searching for YAML documentation, but I haven't found anything which satisfies what I"m looking for.

We are facing an issue in Views in studio where all the changes made in views gets reflected in apps except a single KPI. This KPI displays total order value and uses a variable(named currency) in the package settings which will automatically update KPI based on the input valueEg: if the variable(currency) is given a value 'USD' then in the views the total order value will be updated with respect to USD exchange rate. When the variable is changed in studio under package setting to whatever currency, it gets reflected in the views when we refresh in the studio. Whereas, when we try to publish it the KPI value does not get updated and remains with the old value. Any possible error that could have taken place here or is this some kind of bug?

Hi!I would like to store the value of a KPI in view variable. Is it possible?The value of the kpi can be visible in textbox with placeholder. it is ok.But I would like to refer to the value of the KPI on the secondary axis as a target line to be reached. (rule type chart, value attribute) I cannot use Field attribute, because of table structure. chart component & variable yaml code target is stored in augmented attribute, because target is different for each objects. km yaml:it is working in text box, but not working in chart. Many thanks.Sanyi
