After filtering a bar chart in view, a particular bar broads up, is there any way to keep the size same even after filtering ?

Usually it depends on the filtering you're performing - if filtering is about general data column and affects all columns then you can expertiment to adjust non visible bar chart when using option scrolling with chart axis limitation. However I'm pretty sure that you cannot affect how chart will react if you'll just select one bar by clicking it.

There's one workaround to create custom charts with business views and python but that's the way not worth going for 99.9% cases.
