Process Analysis

I have installed the O2C app on S4. This app has no KM/views but analysis. In the analysis there sort text variables like #{development}. I thought I read something about this but don't know anymore how this works. cannot find it in the help as well.

Hello all, When exporting Case Explorer sheet to an xlsx file, the Duration column comes as seconds, despite showing in days when viewing on browser. So the viewers keep asking what this value is, is it possible that Duration column shows in days after export? Regards, and thanks in advance. 

I noticed that PyCelonis has some functionality in adding records, variables and the like into Knowledge Models but I was wondering if there was a script or way we could mass import/add variables or KPIs from Process Analytics into a Knowledge Model. I've got a script that extracts and formats all KPIS and Variables into a pandas dataframe so it's just a matter of calling the right function. I don't really see any examples on the PyCelonis Github in terms of adding variables/KPIs

Hi, I got this chart in studio in a regular analysis and want to create the same chart in a view/km.The chart has as dimension ROUND_WEEK("ACTIVE_USERS"."DATE"). so it shows the value on a weekly basis,  How can I create the same chart in a view? the only way I found to have round_week dimension is to create a KPI in the knowledge model and use that but it does not nicely display the chart:How can I change the chart that it shows date for all values and makes the columns bigger with less space in between?Also I using a KPI the best way for the dimension? thanks  Roan

Hi,Using the embeded component iframe I can embed an analysis from the process analitics into a view.However if i do the same with an analysis from the studio it embeds the entire studio and not just the analysis. Is there a way around this? The views have the same problem but this can be fixed by using the embeded component "View" but this component doesn´t acept analysis. Best,João

Hi, we want to showa histogram which shows days a particular case takes to get resovled(Days Spent), instead of the actual start and end timestamps. So in this sample data set assume we have sveral cases of each type between the start and end timestamps, which would show up as counts in the histogram. How to achieve this. I would like to update a runtime variable with the value selected (either AVG or Median)

Is there a way to calculate the throughput time also for negative values (activites in different order) than start -> end in "throughput time search" visualization?Like also having end -> start included in the same visualization, if there are variants that follow different order of activities.The default of "throughput time search" is to only show variants that follow the defined order.My work-around was to create custom datetime columns for the two activities in the case table, and then just use datediff calculation between two columns. But it seems rather clumsy way, and also binning is required to make it look nice..Thank you for comments

Hello Team,I have created an report for SAP O2C in C4C's Analysis.The report I created appears to display correctly.However, I get an error message in the upper right corner of the screen.(I tried applying other data models to this analytical report and the situation was the same.) I am not sure what is causing this error message since I am able to display the report.How can I get rid of this message? Best Regards,

HelloI was doing this exercise of adding custom KPIs in conformance, and I am not able to get that at one place it is showing 78% and on the conformance it is showing 65.79%. What is actually going on here?

Hi all, I have some issues finding null values. The column EISBE in the Marc table returns a numeric value. All values greater than 0 are classified as MTS. Values that are 0 are classified as MTO. However, this column has many null entries (around 70-80%) that I would like to consider as MTO as well. My code: CASE WHEN MARC.EISBE > 0 THEN MTS Material > 0 WHEN MARC.EISBE = 0 THEN MTO Material because 0 WHEN ISNULL(MARC.EISBE) = 1 THEN MTO Material because null WHEN MARC.EISBE IS NULL THEN IS NULL END In the end, the result consists of these values: MTS Material > 0, MTO Material because 0 and -. How can i catch these dashes? Thanks in advance

In a data model there is no direct connection between two table and also with intermediate table in between we cannot achieve 1:N relationship.Is there a way to view the columns of both the table side by side without disturbing the existing Data Model table mappings.Can we make use of Knowledge Model here?

Hello everyone, recently, I wanted to move an analysis/workspace (IBC process analytics) from one team outside of my organization to a workspace within my organization (two different teams). Hereby, I have started with Exporting the workspace (see screenshot), which gives me two JSON files (analyses.json & process.json). My question is, how do I import those two files within my internal workspace? Not having to rebuild the analyses would clearly mean a lot of time saving. Does anyone have suggestions here? We had a request to align content in certain columns to the right in a Table component in a View. Is there a way to specify that the content in a specific column should be right justified? Thanks in advance.
