Hi Mario,

Celonis is not providing any kind of bookmark administration in order to do a cleanup of bookmarks created by others and that are not used any longer.

"Bookmarks are deleted automatically after 180 days if they are not used or if the associated assets or spaces are deleted"

Thank you very much for the clarification. Even if we have no way to manage these bookmarks directly, at the very least we can expect the list to clean itself up in a few months.

Hello Mario,

The bookmarks are shared with you and a user group. If you delete the user, the shared bookmark should be removed. If it is not, you can remove yourself from their user group in the admins and settings.

You could also raise this to Celonis support and they will remove the bookmarks.
