Is it possible to create a button that updates a runtime (or View) variable with a KPI value?Usage example:User clicks Button → KPI returns 5000 → variable gets overwritten with 5000By the looks of it I can only update a variable with static values, and there’s no way for me to reference a KPI.

Hi Community,I’m working with Treemap charts in Celonis and noticed something I’d like to clarify:On the initial view, only one hierarchy level is visible (e.g., Category). To see the next level (e.g., Name), I need to click and drill down. The area size is calculated based on the numeric measure (e.g., Order Value), and the Category is used for grouping and color coding.Is this the expected behavior in Celonis?Or is there a way to show multiple hierarchy levels at once (similar to Excel or Power BI Treemaps)?Here’s what I tried:Structured data as: Category Name Order ValueMachines Supplier A 12000Machines Supplier B 8000Electronics Supplier C 15000Electronics Supplier D 5000 Category is the first hierarchy level, Name is second, Order Value is the measure.Thanks in advance for your insights!

Hello Community,I have the following “problem,” or am I misunderstanding something here?SAP Example I have an Sales Order (Table VBAK) with 6 items (Table VBAP). On Item has the Category “TAX” (Field VBAP.PSTYV)Within the Knowledge Model I have set an global filter FILTER VBAP.PSTYV NOT IN (‘TAX’)This works as expected and I only see only 5 items when I display the data in flat table or using the count function e.g. COUNT(VBAP.POSNR)But when I use the PU_COUNT Function PU_COUNT(VBAK, VBAP.POSNR) I get 6 items as result.My question here: Is this expected behaviour and does PU_FUNCTION ignore global knowledge model filters? Or is this a bug?Best, Thomas   

Hello Celonis Team,one question to the Intelligence API. We want to use the intelligence API to extract and reuse date with other systems.Currently my developer is struggling with the pageSize Limit (Max. 50). When we have an high amount of selected records e.g. 1000+ he must loop over all pages the get the data in his 3rd party data pool.The question is: Is it possible to disable the pageSize Limit. So when the result are 10000 records, I want to have this 10000 records on one page.One further question is regarding how to hand over data to the Intelligence API. I learned I can the params kpi and data to select the data from the knowledge model.However, I have discovered that I can also manually create records in the Knowledge Model and consolidate data there. I can also the this manually created record within the Intelligence APIMy question: Are manual created records in the knowledge model still a supported feature in Celonis or Legacy? I ask because its currently not possible to use

It would be helpful to allow admins to “View As” an end user in Studio/App interface, so that we could verify the permissions interactions from that user’s perspective. 

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to update a custom field for an issue in JIRA via action flows. I was checking the documentation, and it seems that it is only possible to update certain standard fields. Does anyone have any experience with JIRA modules?Thanks!

I have 2 different data source and initially i build my objects and events in one data source and next i have expanded it to other data source. When i made changes and published to development the perspectives have failed and this had impacted the views that are built on Production perspectivesOnce the issue is solved with perspectives the views are again back to normal is there any link between test perspectives and production perspectives. 

Hi team,I’ve solved duplicates in Object table, Object Change table and Events tables with ROW_NUMBER() OVER (PARTITION BY A."CASE_KEY") meaning each row is unique, and still I receive the below error from Celonis: The data model contained joins that could not be executed in the user-defined direction due to duplicates in the dimension table. Please review the foreign key connections in Data Integration. The joins of the following tables have been executed successfully in the reverse direction: [Event table]1 --> N[Object table] Does someone have any idea on how to solve it?When there are duplicates on both tables, the model doesn’t even upload. In this case the duplicates seem to be in the Dimension table (I assume, is this the object table?) and therefore the model has been uploaded, but I’m not sure all the connections have been applied.  Any ideas to solve this? Thank you in advance!

Hi Team, We’ve signals configured in action engine and have set actions under each skill one of them being “Forward Signal Via Email”. This gives flexibity to signal owner to modify the email body, recepient list,etc before sending/forwarding the signal to anyone. But I wanted to check what will be to from email address for these email and how can change the From email address of that mail as recepient will be respoding to the email and I want that to reach to specific from address I have been setting. Thanks & RegardsChethan Shetty

Hi everyone, I have an issue that I would like to share in case anyone knows how to solve it.I’m currently looking for a way to send messages to multiple end users by Google Chat. I don’t want to send messages to a group, but instead to end users. I noticed that Celonis provides a module called "Inject Message Into Room", but I need the webhook URL from each user. Additionally, I cannot send messages bigger than 4096 characters.Does anyone know if there is another module where I can use just the email address from users to send a message through Google Chat to each one of them, and change the length of the message body limitation, since there are some messages that might exceed the 4096 characters.Thanks! 

Hi everyone,I’m exploring the idea of creating a view for supplier evaluations where the supplier’s logo changes dynamically – meaning the correct logo is displayed depending on the selected supplier.My idea was to use a variable in the image component to call the specific URL for each logo. Hi all, I try to find an easy solution for the following situation:I am triggering an Python script in ML Workbench via Action Flow.This Script is using pycelonis and extracts an OLAP table out of an Analysis. The OLAP table is containing exactly the information, columns etc. how we need the data. My first idea was to create an .xlsx file directly within ML-Workbench from dataframe and get the .xlsx file that is then stored within Jupyter File Browser via another Action Flow module. So far I haven't found a solution to access the files stored on ML-Workbench. Using Celonis Query Data -> CSV Advanced etc. is a total pain because in both modules I have to add all the columns again and do the mapping and all this stuff although the structure itself is already available on Analysis OLAP table level. Another issue is that I wanted to do this within one Action Flow and the Action Flow is not waiting till Python script execution is completed. Current workaround is the use of Sleep modu

Helps in audit readiness and compliance checks by tracking account lifecycle. Assists in troubleshooting and access reviews by correlating account age with activity. Reduces dependency on separate audit reports for basic account details. Expected Outcome:A new column/field labeled “User Creation Date” available in the Admin & Settings Dashboard, enabling administrators to quickly filter, sort, and review users based on when their accounts were provisioned.

Hi,I have an action flow with a Router module, and I want one of the branches to just end the Action Flow without going through the rest of the Modules in the Action Flow. Because I have an Aggregate module, it always continues executing from there, so I want to just stop the Action Flow at specific condition. Thanks

These two tables are related in 1-N relation(VBAP:1 and VBRP:N). Also in some cases there are no entries in VBRP(AUBEL and AUP) for some entries in VBAP(VBELN and POSNR). I am creating an Olap to find all entries in VBAP (VBELN and POSNR) which does not have related data in VBRP(AUBEL and AUP) but they dont show up in olap. If i remove the VBRP columns from olap then they show up.

Hi!I’Ve been struggling with setting up the correct PQL for visualising a KPI on a line chart showing a timeline as the formula became quite complicated. Would appreciate any help on understanding what query I need or why it is not working.  The KPI I want to display on a timeline chart is a cancellation rate. The view contains an input dropdown as a variable  ${outlier_analysis_selection_main.pql} which the dashboard should adjust to. The dimensions of the line chart are ROUND_MONTH("CASE_TABLE"."DSL_ORDER_DT").  In the line chart, I already have the overall cancellation rate.This does not adjust to any user filtering done through the dashboard, nor the selection through ${outlier_analysis_selection_main.pql}. I also have another cancellation rate line which does adjust to any user filtering done. I can therefore compare the development of the cancellation rate for whatever is selected to the overall cancellation rate. Now I want to add a line that always shows me the cancellation rat

Hi,What I’m trying to do is essentially pick the last but one non-automated user from the event log and pull it to object level. The previous non-automated user needs to be different from the last non-automated user.In the sample data shown below the desired output would be JANE.I’ve tried looping one PU_LAST and using it as filter for another PU_LAST but doesn't seem to be working.PU_LAST( OBJECT ,  EVENT_LOG , EVENT_LOG NOT IN (PU_LAST( OBJECT, EVENT_LOG,EVENT_LOG NOT IN (‘AUTOMATED’) ))  ,  ’AUTOMATED’).EVENT LOG ID USER 1 JACK 2 JANE 3 JOHN 4 AUTOMATED 5 JOHN  Any insights would be much appreciated.

I have the following problem: I would like to upload a .XLSX file into my workspace via an ActionFlow. The .XLSX file is located on SharePoint Online. I can download the file using the "Download a File" action (Microsoft SharePoint Online) in the ActionFlow. However, I'm stuck at that point. In the output, the data is in "binary" format. How do I convert it from binary back to something I can import into a workspace? I have tried many things, but I just can't find the solution. Does anyone have any advice?

Hi everyone,I’m trying to convert an ABAP statement into PQL but I’m not sure how to do it.In ABAP I have:SELECT SINGLE *  FROM vbap  INTO ls_vbap WHERE vbeln = ls_vbbe-vbeln   AND posnr = ls_vbbe-posnr. I think In SQL this would look like:SELECT *FROM VBAPWHERE VBELN = :ls_vbbe_vbeln  AND POSNR = :ls_vbbe_posnrLIMIT 1; But I don’t know how to express the same logic in PQLDoes anyone have any idea?Thanks!
