Solved

Hi everyone,  I'm trying to recreate code for uploading celonis user list by using Pycelonis 2.0+ version, and I've got few questions: A) Do you know how to properly update packages in Jupyter Notebook/ML workbench environment? I've always used just "!pip install --upgrade pycelonis", command "!pip show pycelonis | grep Version" show me newest version isntalled (2.6.0 as for today), however when using PyCelonis I still see message about old PyCelonis version:  Using command mentioned in the logs itself also don't change nothing (also with '!" added in front).  For Celonis guys: it would be good to add it to PyCelonis documentation and maybe changing message text for a working one :) B) When I'm trying to upload file in simplest scenario (no config) I see that data push job is created but cannot be executed successfully, unfortunetly googling error itself doesn't help much (seems to be some old JAVA error)  Data push logs: Error itsel

Hi folks! I'm trying to get the attributes of shipment activities in the VTTK, but when I link the VTTK through the VTTP in the Datamodel. I have the following error message "Not common table" Do you know how to handle this?

why do we only see 33 attributes in the KM and when opening the Record we see 79?

Is the process explorer customizable in such way that in addition to the number of activities per process step, the automation rate of each step will also be shown. Is this possible or has anyone tried to implement such a requirement?

I want to be able to get the username of someone that executes a skill and update an augmented attribute with the username. In Knowledge Model, I created a KPI with the PQL formula - USER_NAME(). This works fine in the knowledge model and returns the user. However, in action flow when I use Get Rows to get the KPI, it returns Unknown User. Does anyone have an idea why this is the case or perhaps any other idea to achieve what I want?

Hello there,I am trying to embed a view by variable value. Using the explanation on (https://docs.celonis.com/en/views-variables.html) this is the current state.  Here I have created the view-variable 'embed_variable' and two separate views with the keys 'embed-test-source' and 'embed-test-source-alternate'. If the value of 'embed_variable' is '1' I want to embed the 'embed-test-source' view just how I want to embed 'embed-test-source-alternate' when the value of the variabe is '2'. I tried to follow the example from Celonis metioned above, so I'm not too sure about what the errors mean. Has anyone experience using this method and can tell me where I went wrong? I would be very grateful.

Good afternoon people ! Searching DOCS.CELONIS and CELOPPERS I didn't find any example on how to configure and run delta extraction with "Trigger-based Schedules". Please, if someone used the "Trigger-based schedule" in the Delta extraction (of SAP ECC P2P), could you guide me and/or give some configuration example? Thank You!

I have an OLAP table with a flag KPI (0 or 1) calculated at its end.How can I, or can I reference that KPI in a custom object to define a style rule to highlight rows where that flag is 1?

Hi all, I'd like to calculate average duration of the time on a each activity. Does anybody know how to do that? I assume this calculation logic below works but its not so smart.Assumption: we have activity A, B, C, and D. (sum of time spent A to B, A to C, A to D) divided by (Count of A to B, A to C, A to D)... My question is, Does celonis has such as functionality? Can we count the number of case ? (Bold part) Thanks

Hello, I am trying to calculate a kpi that represents the number of average daily recallers (i.e., people who call more than once in the same day). The information is all in the same table, and I calculated the users (ID_Telefono) who for each day (ROUND_DAY(starttime)) made more than one call (UniqueID). The calculation was done with a CASE WHEN.To get the daily average, I divided the result by separate counts of the days available to me (ROUND_DAY(starttime)). (SUM (CASE WHENPU_COUNT(DOMAIN_TABLE("xcally_clean"."ID_Telefono", ROUND_DAY("xcally_clean"."starttime")), "xcally_clean"."uniqueid" )>1THEN 1END))/(COUNT(DISTINCT(ROUND_DAY("xcally_clean"."starttime")))) The problem is that the result is wrong. If I calculate denominator and numerator separately and divide them, I get 61, while if I leave the formulas on celonis, I get 142.There is no common table problem because all the information is on one tab

Hi, I just would like to know this data job alerts setting is personal one and need to set by each user? or can we use user group to send those notification? https://docs.celonis.com/en/data-job-alerts

Hi Community, I want to visualize the amount of handover moments within a case and also calculate an average for all cases. We have multiple tables but the most relevant are of course the case table (incl. Case_Key, Case_ID) and the activity table (activities, Case_Key, Case_ID, USER_ID). The USER_ID contains the relevant info I want to use for defining the handovers but I can't seem to pull it off. Any tips?

Can anyone suggest the best way to use the full capabilities of the Machine Learning workbench

Dear Celopeers, We have an SAP On-Prem extractor which make RFC calls with multiple SAP systems within our organization. We want to now add a new connection/SAP System but the connection has to be SNC. We already have the instructions for setting up SNC, but the question is Is it possible to use the same extractor and configure so that only one system needs an SNC and others work without those server certificates? Or If we want to add a new connection/system with SNC setupeither we must have the server certificates imported for all the existing systems or we we should have a separate extractor with SNC?  How does this work? To clarify, only system 3 in the picture needs an SNC.

Hi all,is it possible to extract large object data types from oracle to celonis ems with jdbc extractor? Thanks,Markus

Hi all,  I'd like to find where can i add the subscription setting when I failed my data job.I haven't activate data job alerts setting but some of user getting the mail notification. (It might be user private setting but I cant find it.) Thx

Hi! can anyone please help me figure out the following PQL? I have cases that have a lot of the same activity.  Imagine the activity is "Walk The Dog" and there are activities with the following dates: 1/1/20231/8/20231/15/20231/25/2023 I would like a query that returns the largest number of days between consecutive events  So in this example: 1/1/2023->1/8/2023 = 7 days1/8/2023->1/15/2023 = 7 days1/15/2023-1/25/2023 = 10 days I would like the query to return '10'  I am having trouble with trying to connect the dots with the documentation on calc throughput. Not sure how to approach it.

I am trying to screen the cases where we set order block and immediately release without any activities in the middle. The idea is to calcuate how much time we wasted on those cases. To do that: In the activities table, I want to partition along column "Change_to" in such a way: When "Change_from" = 'ZA' (which incdicates release of block)Then look at the immediate preceding rows: if the column "Change_to" = 'ZA' (indicate set block)  Then calculate the datediff between those rows. This is my code: SUM( CASE WHEN ("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."CHANGED_FROM" = 'ZA' AND ACTIVITY_LAG ("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."CHANGED_TO", 1) = 'ZA')  THEN  DATEDIFF ( MI, ACTIVITY_LAG("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME"),"_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME")END) It seems that the above code just ignore the bolded part in the casewhen statement. It calculates the datediff even when

Good morning Everyone, We have recently started to build an Action Flow that consists of emailing users regarding invoices that have Cash Discounts available. We have managed to build it successfully up to the part where we want to have a .csv file in attachment. As you can see here, the file that we get as an attachment has an odd encrypted format: Could you please point us in the right direction? Nothing we've found in the available documentation / Celopeers community has helped us tackle this This is our Action Flow setup:This is the Skill setup:  Thank you so much in advance, we really appreciate it! Best Regards, Vasco Carona

Hi everyone, I want to use an input box in a view so users can filter a specific table using a runtime variable. When using the input box and setting it to type date, the output is something like 1694728800000. This is saved in a runtime variable, which I am using in a filter for that specific table. However, I couldn't find a way to make the formular work. Example formular: FILTER EKPO.AEDAT = ${{runtime_variable}}  where ${{runtime_variable}} is 1694728800000. Maybe someone can help out with the correct conversion to make use of the date from the input box.  Best regardsAram

Hi all expert, I would like to identify all case if it has duplicated continuous activity. This is example of my case below. ...A -> A -> B ...(duplicate)...A -> B -> A... (non-duplicate) Does anybody know good PQL or way how to do this?

Hi all experts, Let me ask a question: where can I find license grade whether that is C4C or C4C+E for example? In my case, I just would like to invite my client but I didn't know which license I'm using until I ask to my manager. I checked license tab in admin setting but cant find it. Thanks and regards,

Hello, for some reason I can´t find any solution online for this problem. It is probably out there but I cant find it. I simply want to showcase the following: The Average throughput time between Activity A and C, but ignore all cases where it touched Activity B inbetween.  This feels like a very easy task but I can´t seem to find how to filter out Activity B. Basically I thought it would like this: AVG ( CALC_THROUGHPUT (  FIRST_OCCURRENCE [ 'A' ]  TO  LAST_OCCURRENCE [ 'C' ] ,  REMAP_TIMESTAMPS ( "_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME" , DAYS ) )) And then in the component filter: FILTER "_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."ACTIVITY_EN" NOT IN ('B') This obviously doesn´t work so I am here. Maybe someone can answer me this rather simple question I suppose.  Thanks!

Hi all, I am relatively new in the Action Flow but I am making good progress. But I currently struggling to find a solution to my problem. I want to send one scheduled email to users whom created Sales Orders matching certain criterias. 1/ to avoid spaming their mail box, I want to group all the matching Sales Order in one email (this I managed to do). The format of the email is HTML to make it readible. But this is maybe the root cause of my problem since I am using a text agregator. 2/ The list of recipients will depend on the output of the query, and I can't find a way get this input to the Outlook module without getting rid of my HTML email format. Ideally I would want to send ONE grouped email with all recipients. But ONE email per user is acceptable. Note: the reason I am using an Array Agregator is because in this cases what is important is the Sales Order regardless of the number of Items/Cases. Any help will be most welcome       UPDATE: I think I may have a solution, but
