I'm want to create a dashboard and I'm trying to add the needed components, but the available height is not enough!
Is the option of adding components and allowing scrolling not available anymore?

In the previous version as you use to add new components if use to increase the size of the view but with new version you have to go to view setting and choose custom heigh. ithink that will solve your issue,
