I would like to dynamically change the value of Load Script (Analysis settings) using variables. Switching the filter on/off according to one's choice. But, i am not able to achieve it. According to the documentation, variables are not accessible in Load Script.
Can anyone suggest how to achieve this.?

Variables are not supported in the load script. The workaround is to add the filter on every sheet.
