Comparing approvals of document against defined approval chain

Dear Experts, I am working on Asset management which goes through atmost 4 levels of approvals. I wish to know if action engine can be used to compare defined approval matrix with transactional approvals that have been actually performed and use it to generate notification for non compliance ? Action Flows: E-Mail PDF Report per Customer

Hello Community, I do my first steps with Actions Flows and have a scenario where I get stuck. Sending a single E-Mail with a PDF file is no problem, but how to handle this: Creating PDF Reports from Analysis per Customer ID and sending the PDF to the E-Mail of the Customer ID. How can IGetting Customer IDs + E-Mail AddressesCreating x PDFs. One per customer, filter on customer IDSending one E-Mail per customer with the correct attached PDF Maybe anybody has a blueprint for this? Thanks for helpThomas

Agent already connected

Hi all, I received an error where the aggent is already connected, but I don't get to create a connection between Extractor and RFC module.The error on EMS is that the connection between sap and extractor could not be established and that we need to open port 33xx. But on Agent log the error is below. Export option works for Data but not for Cases!

One of our user has been facing an issue where she can export the data using "export data" option whereas when she selects "export cases" it shows as generated and finished but download doesn't start. Any particular reason for this? Note: In this scenario, the size of the data being retrieved is very small compared to cases from an OLAP table and i have found that her system has only 2gb of storage left. The cases export is roughly 30mb of size(based on the extraction done from my end).

How good is to use Power BI with data from Celonis powered knowledge models?

My organization is currently using Power BI and some reports are on Power BI and some are on Celonis as well (I know it is not a good idea to use Celonis for only simple reporting purpose). So I am planning to propose …to make PowerBI the face for reporting requirements and Celonis for Use case building (even use case dashboards can also be moved to PowerBI) Before I propose, I wanted to get some confirmation/clarification:1)     Will the data on PowerBI be real time? or PowerBi will again need scheduling data pull?2)    Will PowerBI hold data or it will remain on Celonis cloud only and used by PowerBI directly?3)    If Data is on Celonis cloud, what will be the impact on performance (since data will be queried from Celonis)?

Problem running Nested Skills, does anyone have experience in triggering skills from another skill?

I'm trying to kick of a manual sensor skill by using the execute process automation skill. Running this skill than triggers the manual input that is required in the subskill. Has anyone gotten to make such a link working? I'm struggling with not knowing where the issue exactly lies, since the error message is extremely vague.

Connect to SAP BW?

Connect to SAP BW? We have Celonis EMS connected to our SAP ECC system and there is a request to also connect it to our SAP BW system to bring a table of forecast data which will be joined with the ECC data. Should this be connected as another ECC system (e.g. using a system/instance id) or as a HANA system? We don't need predefined business processes since there are not any, in BW. Just to extract specific tables. When we originally set up the ECC Celonis extractor there were several transports that needed to be imported into the ECC landscape in the \\CELONIS\\ namespace. Trying to understand if these same transports need to be moved to the SAP BW system as well. Thanks, Aaron

Hi all, Every job I try to run, which every table, i receive the INFO: Job not yet started in SAP. Current status: SCHEDULED. How to solve this? I just downloaded the template AP from Marketplace, configured the connection and I am trying to test an extraction. Every time I try to run the extraction, this error occurs. Design Pattern : Using action Flows to write data into the data pool. Hi Team,As per the process mining concepts we need to use action flows for taking actionable insights outside the celonis EMS.This would essentially mean writing back to ERP's or sending emails and so on...In some of my discussions i have seen that there are suggestions to use Action flow for writing back into celonis EMS.Like writing the data back from action flow into the data pool and then again refreshing data model to use that data. As a recommended strategy should action flows write back into the Data pool?

Hi all​,​I​ want to set up an Action Flow witg Excel App using an Excel file on a Sharepoint. ​W​e are using a technical user which has the owner rights in MS Teams to the main folder and write rights to the folder of the Excel file and the Excel file.​U​nfortunately when starting Excel-App just the local folders of the technical User can be selected, but not the required Sharepoint folder.​W​hat do I have to do? Hi All, I have a quick question and I tried to find out on Celonis help but could not. I am trying to create an action flow which can access different data models to make a consolidated report (we have multiple instances of SAP)SO instead of creating 5 different action flows, I am planning to implement only one.
