Hello all, I'm really excited to announce a recent feature update for Action Flows. It is now possible to trigger an Action Flow directly from a table in View using the dropdown input feature. This allows users to choose an option from a predefined dropdown list when taking an action from a view. This choice is then passed on to the Action Flows as an input and therefore enables advanced human-in-the-loop use cases.  You can find further documentation here

Very interesting!

Which tool is used in the action flow that recognizes the selected row is my select input data used which should be used in the action flow? How is this tool configured?

E.g. I was thinking about using the get rows Celonis tool and filter it somehow by the selection?

Hi @johannes.mayr12,

the configuration is located in two places: (1) you need to configure the scenario inputs of the (receiving) Action Flow and (2) you need to configure/map the respective inputs in the table action settings.
