Hello, We have developed a Github backup automation in the workbench based on this repo by @simon.klotz​ :https://github.com/celonis/pycelonis-examples/blob/main/pycelonis2/01_example_use_cases/01_use_case_version_control.ipynb The script was adapted to our needs so that analyses, knowledge models, variables, and transformations are assigned to the Celonis project and loaded directly into the corresponding Github repo as a backup zip. The next step is to test import the secured backups using content-cli.Is there a best practice for this?Which content-cli commands are there to upload the assets (analyses, knowledge models, variables, and transformations)? We only know of commands for pushing data pools and packages.Is there a way to import the zipped backup directly? I look forward to your contributions!Best regards,Conny

Hello Community, We have problems with the action flow when it is triggered automatically after loading a data model. The action flow is triggered several times (if the filters of the triggers are fulfilled) at the same time (see screenshot).  In the Action Flow we send an email to a specific recipient. In the action flow, we use an MS 365 connection. Due to this "parallel" triggering, the connection reaches a limit and issues the error "[429] Application is over its MailboxConcurrency limit.".  Microsoft has set the limit for concurrent requests to 4. Have you had a similar problem? The 'Create CSV' module allows you to specify which columns will appear in the CSV file by selecting them in the 'Aggregated fields' I would like to know how we can rearrange the columns of the Create CSV module (e.g. 'Document type' is always the first column output in the file, would like to move this to the 5th column)  The Create CSV file also will show commas ( , ) instead of decimal places when showing a calculated field (e.g. Throughput Time column in the Create CSV file shows 35,29 days instead of 35.29 days - I cannot see a way to alter this)

I want to capture the Username of the logged person when executing the action flow. How can I achieve that?

Hi all, With Automation Skills, it is possible to update an Augmented Attribute with a dropdown list using Actions. The action button triggers an Automation Skill which updates the Augmented Attribute. I would like to migrate this action from Automation Skills to Action Flows, but I'm unsure about how to include dropdown values in an Action Flow. Anyone that knows how to do this? Thanks,Teun

Building a flow counter or action flow termination´in order to prevent multiple flow executions. Hi all,I am constructing an input checker that checks if a list is empty or not before executing a Skill that sends it out in an Email.It is supposed to wait (sleep) and repeatedly load (Get Rows) the input till it is not empty and then send it out once. As a way to prevent a double execution i´m trying to create a flow counter that filters the flows if the list has been loaded with content and already sent in order to prevent multiple executions. Sadly incrementations of the counting variable only work along a single flow. Is it possible to create a variable that is globaly increased? Or a method/tool to terminate the action flow the moment a specific execution skill has been used? Alternatively I would have to build a router that filters if there is a first item in the list or it is empty and stops the moment it is filled.

I set up a signal in Action Engine, but I receive only a maili with link to the Signal Lists, and I want to have a table with results straight in the email, without the need for cliking the link. Where I can set it up? Please help me, if somebody knows?

I use the attribute to control the action flow case id filtering so, in case the attribute is lost, the action flow will gather everything.

We are working on a use case where we need to extract the data from an OLAP table and push it to another data pool. We are aware of the later part but need some inputs for the former one where we need to extract the OLAP table using action flows .

Hi, I would like to customise the colour and add icons to action buttons created with an action flow. For actions related to skills, this is possible, see screenshot attached.  There is a preview mode like with skills, but it doesn't allow you to customise. Using the syntax for skills action in YAML also doesn't work. Who knows how to do this? Thanks,Teun

Hi all, I was testing the JDBC Connector 2.85.0-Snapshot on out testing environment, I have test it both in and outside of Docker, I can get the image up and running, however in the logs I have found one line of main] org.ehcache.sizeof.impl.AgentLoader   : Failed to attach to VM and load the agent: class java.io.IOException: Can not attach to current VM --EOM--Does anyone know how can I solve this? Hello Celopeers Community, I want to delete or clear a specific range within a table via the Excel Action Flow Module. There is a module which can delete seperate rows but therefor I have to combine it with a repeater.  Is there a way to give a specific range as an input in order to delete these rows? I want to avoid to delete and recreate a new table becase I need the same table IDs for further processes. Many thanks in advanceJan

I’m updating augmented attribute with the help of action available in skill. It’s working but I have so many possible values to be updated in to my augmented attribute column.I’m looking for a way where we can update the details to augmented attribute from the data available in table/excel file at a time I’m using the augmented attribute in olap table in views, for each case_key mapping to be considered from table/excel file and update it in view.note: Users want to edit the updated value or fill the null row with value, so I choose augmented attribute instead of a regular column

Hi all, I am relatively new in the Action Flow but I am making good progress. But I currently struggling to find a solution to my problem. I want to send one scheduled email to users whom created Sales Orders matching certain criterias. 1/ to avoid spaming their mail box, I want to group all the matching Sales Order in one email (this I managed to do). The format of the email is HTML to make it readible. But this is maybe the root cause of my problem since I am using a text agregator. 2/ The list of recipients will depend on the output of the query, and I can't find a way get this input to the Outlook module without getting rid of my HTML email format. Ideally I would want to send ONE grouped email with all recipients. But ONE email per user is acceptable. Note: the reason I am using an Array Agregator is because in this cases what is important is the Sales Order regardless of the number of Items/Cases. Any help will be most welcome       UPDATE: I think I may have a solution, but

Hi All, I am working on a use case wherein I want to send the table/charts from an analysis in the email body? Is this possible?

We have built an Action Flow to capture daily stats from an analysis and store it in a SharePoint. When we try to execute this Action flow manually, it does not give an error and works properly but when scheduled, it gives the below error. "Function 'getResponseBody' finished with error! Script execution timed out after 10000ms." How to mitigate this?

Hi, Does anyone know how to make an input for an automation skill optional?The option is greyed out for me. I would like to be able to trigger a skill using an action without having to fill fields if they are empty. Thanks!Teun
