Has anyone been successful in using the KPI Snapshot function within a VIEW and KM that uses a Case centric data model?
The goal is to track KPI historical values via trend charts and graphs but with more user flexibility than Transformation Center enables.
I’m aware of a Celonis provided Marketplace app for using KPI Snapshots as mentioned in the documentation, but it requires an OCDM.
