I have added an OLAP table with three columns where the Count of activities is compared to the Distinctcount activity for each case key. Please find attached the OLAP table. Besides the OLAP table i would like to show the rework rate as one number by referring to the formula and outcomes of the OLAP table. How can i add a number (without using PQL) where the ration of cases with a YES", as displayed in the OLAP table, is returned as one percentage. Many thanks!

Hi all I have created a simple attribute that calculates a metric I will be averaging out.  And in the table it looks fine. However whenever I try to call it I get an error  Please assist. I presumed as documentation states that those calculated attributes are treated the same as values in a column. KindestMarcin

In our team, we have different roles assigned to users, such as Junior Buyer and Tactical Buyer. I want to ensure that when they access Celonis, they only see records relevant to their role.We have a mapping between user and their assigned documents (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, etc.) in a table. Based on their role, users should see only the documents assigned to them.

Hello,I want to know why using Celonis and not Camunda for process improvement? I made some research and I found that with Camunda optimize I can get visualisations ..., logs from Camunda execution. So I need to know the ++ of Celonis compared to Camunda in term of improvement results and process optimization and not the approach.Thank you

Hello Everyone,In my View, some numbers appear twice — one row contains lead time and price for version A, and the other row contains lead time and price for version B.So for a specific number, you either see data for version A or version B, but I want to combine them into a single row for that number.Here’s an example of how my data looks now:Number Lead Time A Lead Time B Price A Price B 12345 28 - 10.88 - 12345 - 7 - 6.94 And this is what I want to get:Number Lead Time A Lead Time B Price A Price B 12345 28 7 10.88 6.94 Is there a way to do this?Thanks a lot!

I’m getting this error message when trying to Load my data model with a new table: “The requested column EKKO.INCO1 of table Agreements is not present in the according parquet file” .However the table “Agreements” is created in the data job with the same functions as any other table in the data model (“Create table Agreement AS ( Select CAST (EKKO.INCO1 AS VARCHAR) AS "EKKO.INCO1"...etcetc) so I don’t understand where this “parquet file” format is coming from… any idea?

Hello everyone, we currently want to display the Bill of Materials Hierarchy in Celonis.The issue with that is, that the hierarchy is not present in any SAP-Table. But instead in the related tables MAST and STPO.I have the MAST which has BOM and Material (component) relationship which needs to be traversed to STPO with the BOM-Nr. to identify the compenents and each component may be split into sub materials and new BOMs which needs to be looked up in the MAST for its BOM again and it goes on and on. Up to 4 levels deep.So the 4th level has no relationship to the first level. This recursive issue with inputing the results from MAST into STPO into MAST into STPO… is not possible in the FrontEnd (I assume).I am going crazy with knowledge models and action flows, the documentation is absolutely horrible. So it probably needs to be done in the data model itself. Additionally we want to add the Vendor from open orders from the EKPO. So we can filter for a material and for a vendor to so the

Col 1 and Col 2 are the two columns in the OLAP table I'm attempting to generate.Where Col 1 from Table A can have 0 or many values associated from Col 2 of Table B.The cardinality of Tables A and B is (1:N). Currently in place-Values in Col 1 of Table A that have no value associated with Col 2 of Table B are excluded from the OLAP table. What I hope to accomplish-Values in Col 1 should be shown, and values that have nothing related with Col 2 of Table B should have (Null/-) displayed in front of them. The Join Functionality of Celonis does Left Outer Join, and considers the (N) side table (Table B) on the Left Side implicitly, while I want it to be the other way round. Thank You! Regards,Priyank

Hi,is it possible to resend invitation after 14 days of unaccepted invitation, as using “Sharing invitation” task is not working. It is showing message “only user with pending status can be selected” but I selected exactly those users. Would be good if I can resend invitaiton with one click, rather than using blue button “invite new users” and type all emails again..Thanks.
