In our team, we have different roles assigned to users, such as Junior Buyer and Tactical Buyer. I want to ensure that when they access Celonis, they only see records relevant to their role.
We have a mapping between user and their assigned documents (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, etc.) in a table. Based on their role, users should see only the documents assigned to them.
