Hi team, Is there a way to make Pareto charts in Analysis or Views ?It does not appear to be off the shelf, just wondering if someone managed to build one. It is a quite comon tool used in the process improvement field. Thanks

What is the difference between an eventlog and digital footprint?

I'm trying to kick of a manual sensor skill by using the execute process automation skill. Running this skill than triggers the manual input that is required in the subskill. Has anyone gotten to make such a link working? I'm struggling with not knowing where the issue exactly lies, since the error message is extremely vague.

CASE WHEN "AE_SIGNALS"."AE_SKILL_NAME" LIKE ('%Veredelung%') THEN COUNT ( "AE_SIGNALS"."SIGNAL_ID" ) * 30 / 60 ELSE NULL ENDI get the following error:The aggregation function COUNT cannot be used together with a dimension function input. Please check that there are no aggregations and dimensions used together as function inputs.

Hello everyone, I am writing here because I couldn´t solve my issue with other questions asked. My Situation: I have an OLAP-Table with a lot of Data and dates regarding finances. Now I want to add an Input Variable where User can input a single date.Depending on that input, the OLAP-Table should change (2 columns)The field is OPTIONAL and I am struggling with handling the case of "null" as input. My current idea: FILTER "Table"."SomeDate" >=  CASE WHEN <%=DATE_OPEN_ITEMS%> is not NULL      THEN TO_DATE( <%=DATE_OPEN_ITEMS%>, FORMAT ( '%d-%m-%Y' ) )     ELSE ignore the filter all together     END;  Now if I type in '31-12-2022' it works great! But 1. If the input field is empty there is an errorand 2. the User has to use ' ' while typing it in. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hello,I need to display in an Olap Table only the “Codes” appearing twice or more (same code for different Building) : the user doesn’t want single “Code” but I am facing difficulties as I can’t put a count in my Case When statement. Do you know any way to do this ? Thank you for your time !Best regards,François

Hi, I am setting up the data permission for our organisation. We want to grant access to certain data models by Profit Center. However a certain Business Unit may have more than one Profit Center. When I limit the access to a data model to these Profit Center, only the data associated with on of the Profit Center is shown in the Analysis in Studio. ExampleBusiness Unit A uses Profit Center Offline, OnlineTherefore the data model access is granted for Table.Profitcenter --> Offline, OnlineBut in the analysis only Profitcenter Online is shown Do you have any idea why the data permission works like this?Or did I miss something? I am grateful for your advise.Dan

How can I enable the Transformations Center in my Sandbox team? Currently I don't the the option in the "More..." drop down menu.

Hi, I have the following use case and challenge: Use Case: Add a line as second KPI to an existing column diagram that shows the average of a KPI value for each labor week Dimension: ROUND_DAY("TABLE"."TIMESTAMP") KPI 1: COUNT("TABLE"."NUMBER" || "TABLE"."FIELD") - columns KPI 2: Show the average of KPI 1 from Monday - Friday for each week - line My attempt: WINDOW_AVG(COUNT("TABLE"."NUMBER" || "TABLE"."FIELD"), 0, 5, ORDER BY("TABLE"."TIMESTAMP"), PARTITION BY(ROUND_WEEK("TABLE"."TIMESTAMP"))) This does not work unfortunately as I can not use the COUNT within the WINDOW_AVG function. Does anyone know any alternatives?

Hi, we have a requirement to restrict extraction of purchase orders to last 2 years. We are planning to go ahead with ERDAT from EKKO table. But what about other tables like T*, CDHDR and the rest. How can we restrict data extraction in those tables? Also, How can we make EKKO as a parent table to consider the extraction of the rest of the tables based on the data from parent table like EKBE-EBELN = EKKO-EBELN?

I could able to successfully establish connection between SAP ECC and Celonis EMS standalone and the test extraction works fine. Now when I try to install standard SAP O2C connector with this connection, I get the below error. I dont get this error if I test the connection defined outside the connector. Request your inputs.

In celonis documentation in one place it says to setup extractor server for SAP HANA , and in another place it says to access data using API . So , a bit confused on this . Any help is highly appreciated. RegardsAyan

Sometimes this options shows up and sometimes it doesn't. Should it be manually input in the code?

Greetings,is it possible to display custom messages, defined in the python script of the celoxtractor, in the real time log of a extraction (when the extraction gets executed)? We are currently writing debug messages to local logs on the celoxtractor server. Having it directly in Celonis would be a blessing. Best Regards

Some of my pages contain (a few) hidden components behind big grey background text boxes. In one case, it had four variant explorers. I'm wondering.Does this reduce the page's speed? Can I check the consumption of a single analysis sheet? Thanks very much in advance for your time 😀

I had this error occurred during data extraction and could not be executed. Does anyone know why?

Dear Celomates, I encountered a problem during file upload. The case table (xslx) is attached as well as screenshots. Screenshots include data type choices in order to trouble shoot possible causes of failure. Many thanks.

Hi Experts,Could you please advise what's the best way to load Master Data tables like Vendor, Material etc. In my opinion, since the tables are not huge, can be fully loaded each time. Any different view suggesting delta load etc. from a best practice perspective? Please guide. Thanks!

Hello, I have a problem when uploading a csv file (activity table). After selecting the file only 1 column is returned when oonfiguring the data schema. However i was expecting multilple columns. Please find attached the c file and a screenshot. Thanks!

How can I calculate the Share of Product Type for each Delivery Number? In the enclosed screenshot, I'm trying to calculate the yellow column. I tried by using the PU_X functions, also combined with 'DOMAIN_TABLE', but I couldn't get any kind of result.

Hello togheter,  currenty im trying to set up an action flow which is triggered by new Data in an Action Engine. I read that this can be done via a Skill. The Action Flow starts by using a custom webhook and then quering data from Celonis. For the skill, i first set up an Action Engine Sensor and secondly an "Execute Action Flow" command. Within the Action Engine i filtered the data for the data im looking.  Currently I am facing the problem that if I delete all manual inputs in the 2 commands of the skill the skill seems to trigger the action flow but the custom webhook component within the action flow doesnt receive any data. Based on this if I want to put data into the webhook it will be done manually, which is not the point of the aciton engine.  So my question is: how can i set up all these components that the skill, based on new data in an action engine, only triggers a action flow without trying to provide data to the action flow? Is that possible? Thank you very much!

The premise is in regards to the process explorer and its behavior when applying different levels of filters:applying process-related filters (flows through, select cases going from A to B) everything works as expected.Applying attribute selections on an activity level, i.e. selecting all activities performed by a single department, process explorer returns all cases where at least one activity within that case abides by the selected filter. Thus it appears that the behavior of the process explorer is as follows:First find all activities that meet the defined conditionSelect all cases that belong to those activitiesvisualize all activities for those cases in the process explorer without filtering the activities that do not meet the criteria. What makes this matter more complex is the following:Standard Process Explorer KPIs (case count, activity count) are calculated based on the latter conditions. So all information of the case and all activities regardless of activity attribute condit
