Data Extraction - Error executing function /CELONIS/EX_STATUS

I had this error occurred during data extraction and could not be executed. Does anyone know why?

Now I see those are warnings. (I have not seen these warnings before, though)

And I also found a error info at the top of the error log, it means the error is not because there is a problem with Extractor, but because the SAP environment was shut down, right?

Yep, looks like the SAP environment is in the process of shutdown. And it makes sense the warnings: the SAP connector first tries to get the status, and reports that is failing (because the SAP is shutdown...)

 

I would contact your SAP administrators.

Hmmmm... those lines are warnings... so it doesn't seem the cause of failing the data job....

 

That said, I can only imagine you have an extractor.

The SapJCO is the java connector and AFAIK will run in the extractor.

So could be that your extractor is having problems connecting to your SAP,....

Have you checked the extractor logs?
