Hmmmm... are Profit Center groups or users?

If they are groups, I was expecting that a user will inherit the sum of all permissions of the groups he belongs.

and maybe it is not working like that. Sounds like using only the last (Online)

Can you give more details or screenshots regarding the things visible in frontend and transformation code? I think something is off in your authorization table, as I can assign mutliple BUKRS / VKORG values to single user without any problems - that person can see no values, single value or multiple values in the analysis frontend.

The only limitation is the hard limit of 100k assigned permissions.

I'm working on concept based on SAP roles mixed with users in specific Celonis groups (executives without SAP should see everything anyway). In SAP, specific role can also provide user with access to single value (1), range (f.e. from 1 to 5) or to all (*) and it's possible to fully recreate it (tested that).

sure. We are starting to use the manual permissions and assign them to groups.

As you can see it is possible to assign several Profit Center to the rule.

However in the analysis the data is curtailed to just one of the Profit Centers, even though data exists for the other ones.

This got solved by a support ticket.

When copying from our excel file a space character was included for all parameters except the first one (profitcenter1, profitcenter2, profitcenter3).

Therefore the data was filtered just for the first parameter.

I changed our excel file and copied the parameters in the following way (profitcenter1,profitcenter2,profitcenter3). Now it works as expected.
