Action Flow - Sending an MS Outlook CSV file automatically to each customer and their varied list of contact email_addresses

As part of the MS Outlook email recipient ‘To list’, the number of email recipients varies by customer and can vary from 1 contact to up to 9 contacts. For those familiar with the term ‘Rolodex’, (customers/contact_names/email_address), I want to automatically sequence through the ‘Rolodex table’ and send one email to each identified customer (based on a flag that is set) and TO: each respective contact for that customer (1 to 9 contacts_email_addresses). What is the best way to address the ‘dynamic list’ of email contacts per customer that need to get set up in the MS Outlook module?I have seen the example in the community of using the Group function in the CSV module, but that example was specific to 1 role (1 recipient in the MS Outlook 365) vs a varied list of contact_email_addresses, depending on the customer.

Throughput calculation

Dear i am puzzled that the calculated throughput time in Celonis is different from the source (excel) data. For example order  O4892 has a throughput time of 12 minutes (according to the raw data in Excel). However the output in Celonis is 1M (1 month?). . Could you please assist by advising on this difference.Below you can see a screenshot of the data set and output in Celonis.Many thanks!

Action Flow - Microsoft Outlook 365 Question re CSV attachment plus Queried data available

I have successfully set up an Action Flow to output my Celonis Query in an Outlook 365 email. I use The Celonis Query Data module  → CSV module (create CSV) → Tools module to compose a String for the CSV file to be inserted as a file attachment in Outlook → MS 365 Email Outlook module to Create and Send an email. (see image below).This all works great and we filter to output specific customer data. Today, we manually fill in the customer email contact info.However, we would like to use the Customer Contact data from the Query (name/email_address) to automatically populate the MS 365 Email Recipient. I have observed that the Tools module is limiting what data flows into the Outlook module and within the Outlook module I do not have access to all of the individual Data values from the Celonis Query.When I remove the Tools module, all of the Celonis Query Data module data is readily available for use in the Microsoft 365 Email Outlook module. Looping in vertica SQL in celonis transformations.

Time For Action Flow

Hello fellow Celonis users, I am trying to create a snooze function for my clients so that certain data will not be taken into account for analysis for the snooze set amount of time. I was wondering if it was possible to set a timer on an Action flow so that could be made possible or if you would suggest taking a different route? thank you in advance

It is possible to create a table that is filled with defined variables that count certain tasks.You see, in my organization we have 2 people responsible for the tasks, which would be the User and the Supplier. Creation of Line chart ( Dimension Month and KPISpecific Activity avg Throuput times)

Hi I am trying to create a line chart to compare avg throuput time between two activities how it fluctuates between different months. My Dimesion is this formula: ROUND_MONTH("AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities"."TIMESTAMP") My KPI formula is : PU_AVG (DOMAIN_TABLE ("AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities_CASES"."CASE ID" ), (  CALC_THROUGHPUT (    FIRST_OCCURRENCE [ 'Arrival at A&E' ]    TO    LAST_OCCURRENCE [ 'Initial Assessment' ] ,    REMAP_TIMESTAMPS (      "AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities"."TIMESTAMP" ,     MINUTES    )  ))) But I only get a graph for the first month:  Please can someone advise what I am doing wrong?

H fellow Celonis useri, I am a newbie mainly using the visual editor for creating KPI's. My question is, is it possible to create a KPI for calculating the average cycle time of orders with only the visual editor (no PQL). A screenshot of the date is attached. Hope you can help, thanks!

Runtime variable plain text not visible in analysis

Hello, While creating plain text runtime variable, it is not visible in the analysis filters. Even after publishing the package it is not appearing. Is there any recent changes done to runtime variables in Celonis ? Thank You Usually the runtime variables used to be mentioned on the left panel

Conformation between “Cycle Time” and “Throughput time”

Hello. Id like to confirm significant between cycle time and throughput time in Celonis. Would you tell me correct answers If I misunderstand it below. Cycle Time It means the time spent the whole workflow (ex. P2P, O2C, etc) 2.Throuput time It means the time about detail each workflows. (Ex. activity, case, another dimensions etc.) best regards.

Analyze / Visualize Data Lineage of SQL backend

Hi all,I am lately thinking of how to make my life as Data Engineer easier and get a up-to-date documentation of the current backend relationships. The goal is to see: which tables from source are transformed into which VIEWS / TABLES downstream. I want to have a quick and accurate answer to:Which tables are sources for a given table in the datamodel and how are they connected? What is the potential impact on downstream tables if I change something on a given extraction. Which tables are not in use? Potentially even better would be a granularity of column and not only View/TableI believe those questions belong all to the concept of Data Lineage. Which in my opinion is currently very poorly supported within Celonis.I would like to open the discussion on how to best do this and if this is a relevant problem to more people:What is you workflow when you face the questions above? (How) are you guys documenting the SQL Backend? Is it done manually?

Previous month KPI filter

Hi everyone, I need help with a filter.I want to put a filter on a kpi that only allows it to show the previous months data. The filter must be dynamic so that when I select a month from the date picker that it would always calulate the previous months data.I am currently using this PQL: FILTER "CEL_ACTIVITIES_OTT"."first_eventtime" >=ADD_MONTHS(PU_MAX ( CONSTANT ( ), FILTER_TO_NULL(ROUND_MONTH("CEL_ACTIVITIES_OTT"."first_eventtime"))),-1)AND"CEL_ACTIVITIES_OTT"."first_eventtime"<PU_MAX ( CONSTANT ( ),FILTER_TO_NULL( ROUND_MONTH("CEL_ACTIVITIES_OTT"."first_eventtime")))The problem is that I have to select both months from the date picker and Ideally I would like to only select one month.
