Do we have an option to select a KPI in text box in new views ?

Is it possible to use a KPI in a text box like in Legacy Views? I currently use this to display the last data refresh date of the use case in Legacy Views, but this option isn't available in New Views. Has anyone tried using any other component ?

Invalid PQL query. TRANSIT_COLUMN: No join path between the case tables

I am using the free version and custom functionality.Have two event logs and trying to create two flows with transition using the process explorer.Data model, KM, Data Explorer everything is working. In the KM link between logs is enabled. In Views - Process explorer , it shows two flows. but the transition is not showing so trying to enable the configure transition in the Transition toggle and getting the error as Invalid PQL query. TRANSIT_COLUMN: No join path between the case tables1.What should be data structure.?2.Do we need same event in both logs?3.How does multievent log works with Transition enabled in backend.

Way to keep notification (performed via action flow) history and use it for filtering new notifications?

There is a case I want to solve, see below. I have a solution I would apply if I had classical programming language + RDBMS, but I'm not sure how to implement this in celonis or whether there is another solution. Could you please help? The case I want to solve is sending email notifications to users via action flow in case there are missing invoice receipts.For each missing invoice receipt there is a notification type that can be chosen with their own subjects, body text, etc., for instance:If the date1 >= today + 7 days then group 1.If the date1 >= today + 14days then group 2.If the due date >= today - 7 days then group 3. One possible solution would be to keep the history of the sent emails in some table and join it to the missing invoice receipts data to filter out the emails for each new iteration of sending - so that we don't send some letters twice if we already sent them.E.g. if we had sent the email of type for invoice receipt no. 12345 yesterday, we don't

Failed to auto save the View. Please save your changes manually

I'm encountering a persistent error in the View: "Failed to auto save the View. Please save your changes manually." Even when I attempt to save the changes manually, the View does not get saved, and none of the modifications to the UI are being retained. Is anyone getting the same issue? what could be the possible resolution?

Rework analysis

Hello,I am just starting with Celonis and I have the following question: I would like to find out which activities are repeated the most (rework). What could a corresponding PQL function look like? I have already looked at Calc_Rework and Index_Activity_Type, but both do not provide me with the right function because I would like to look at the rework number of activities across all cases (across all sales orders together) in order to make a statement about which activities cause the most rework in the company under consideration.Thank you very much in advance!

Object transformation preview once showed and disappers

HiI’m curently working on OCPM Data Pool and have trouble in an object transformation.In the Currecny Conversion object(o_celonis_CurrencyConversion),I checked that I can see data record in Preview,and executed publish to development.Then I ran the Data Job Transformation(full load), succeeded,ran the Data Model Load, succeeded,but at the end o_celonis_CurrencyConversion has no data.I don’t know why but when I go see the object preview again, the preview doesn’t show anything.Has anyone had this kind of experience ever?If yes please kindly help. FYI as the prerequisite, - the relevant sap table data is sycronized from another data pool - the object and its transformation script is celonis default one - Data job is done by the duplicate of test:ocpm-data-job(celonis default test data job) - the reason why I use the duplicate data job is that the original one returns an error for schema.

Demo - Triggering an Action Flow from a table

Hello all, I'm really excited to announce a recent feature update for Action Flows. It is now possible to trigger an Action Flow directly from a table in View using the dropdown input feature.This allows users to choose an option from a predefined dropdown list when taking an action from a view. This choice is then passed on to the Action Flows as an input and therefore enables advanced human-in-the-loop use cases. You can find further documentation here.

Experiences with Process Adherence Manager

Hi everyone,the company I work at is interested in using the Process Adherence Manager (PAM). We already started setting it up for a first use case. While doing so, we encountered some questions. We would be very happy if some of you could share your experiences with PAM, particularly regarding (but not only limited to) the following questions:How do you handle numerous deviations that might be acceptable in some cases but not in others? Is it better to filter on each variant based on known attributes and break it down by creating multiple PAM instances? Or can it be a solution to create a lot of “allowed deviations”? Is PAM more suitable for complex processes including multiple objects or is it more effective to look at little sub-processes individually? The idea behind this question is that when a large process with deviating variants, the conformance rate tends to be low. Daily Average of IDs, daily period is dynamic (depends on Graph)

Hi all,I have a set of IDs/Case Keys that is spread accross 2023-2025. Focusing on 2024, I would like to calculate the daily average based on the Last activity dates.These IDs are divided in products, so when I create an OLAP table in Studio Views, then it takes the IDs per product, for large samples it’s closer to a correct daily average. On the other hand, when the product has 1 or 2 case IDs, then the Daily average is far from correct.Instinctively, I believe I should create a DOMAIN_TABLE but it doesn’t work. Multi value search for filtering Views

Hi everyone,With the latest views in Celonis, is there a way to filter multiple values across one or more dimensions in one go?For example, I want to filter all the purchase orders where field vendor name contain any of the following: ‘zxc’,’et’,’corp’ - without having to manually select each value one by one from filter dropdowns.Is there a more efficient way to achieve this instead of configuringdropdowns to select dimensions, input boxes to enter search patterns, and variables?For multiple dimensions, this setup becomes impractical.Thanks in advance!

Package Dependencies - Update of Views

Hello Celopeers, we would like to start using the Package Dependencies to maintain several package as DEV and one package as PROD. For KMs seems everything working fine with the KM extensions. We want to follow similar approach also in case of Views. Creating a View in DEV package and automatically synchronize the change made here to the PROD package.After some tests, we realized that changes made to View in DEV package are not reflected in the PROD package when updating the dependency.As per following description, we understood that this shoud be possible:By adding a package as a dependency, its Views and Knowledge Models can be reused using this extension mechanism. Does someone has experience with the Dependencies usage on Views and could help us overcome our issue? Thanks a lot.Jan

Shared link opens last user's selection

Hello,our users face regulary the issue that if someone sends them link with a certain selection, what opens is their last selection of the view and not the selection that was shared with them. Is there any known way how to overcome this setup? If you send somebody a selection, this selection should alway show up if the person clicks on the link. Thank you for any advice.Jan

Throughput time based on first occurrence and ignore multiple/duplicate same activities

Hello all, I would like to calculate the througput time from activity to next different activity.The Challenge:My process has activities which occurs multiple times with the same name directly one after the other. This is no data issue, the process is designed that way.In case the activity with the same name occurs later in the process again, this should be count as well and not ignored.What is the time to the next activity, which does not have the same name? How to access data from the Activity History Log

Dears, The activity history log component in JAB views allows us to see when augmented attributes and comments were updated.I want to to pull the date when the last action was taken for the object e.g. invoice (either through update of any augmented attribute or by adding a comment). I can’t find a way to achieve this and bring the information in a table. Thanks
