I have completed 75% of rising star assessment but the assessement was not open now plz help me to complete my assesment to get my rising star assessment.

Dear Celonis Support Team,

Thank you for the update and for consolidating my cases.

I would like to clarify that I have already attempted the Rising Star Business assessment on 23 December. I have completed 3 out of 4 sections, and only the “Introduction to Process Mining” section is pending.

Currently, the assessment is not opening for me due to the attempt limit/cool-off period, even though the Rising Star Business program is ending by the end of December. I am concerned that I may miss the opportunity to complete the final section and earn the Celonis Rising Star Business badge .

Kindly request your support to:

- Allow access to complete the remaining section, or

- Provide guidance on how I can complete the assessment before the program ends.
