Creation of Line chart ( Dimension Month and KPISpecific Activity avg Throuput times)

Hi I am trying to create a line chart to compare avg throuput time between two activities how it fluctuates between different months. My Dimesion is this formula: ROUND_MONTH("AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities"."TIMESTAMP") My KPI formula is : PU_AVG (DOMAIN_TABLE ("AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities_CASES"."CASE ID" ), (  CALC_THROUGHPUT (    FIRST_OCCURRENCE [ 'Arrival at A&E' ]    TO    LAST_OCCURRENCE [ 'Initial Assessment' ] ,    REMAP_TIMESTAMPS (      "AE_process_dataset_with_realistic_time_variabilities"."TIMESTAMP" ,     MINUTES    )  ))) But I only get a graph for the first month:  Please can someone advise what I am doing wrong?

KPI average cycle time

H fellow Celonis useri, I am a newbie mainly using the visual editor for creating KPI's. My question is, is it possible to create a KPI for calculating the average cycle time of orders with only the visual editor (no PQL). A screenshot of the date is attached. Hope you can help, thanks!

Runtime variable plain text not visible in analysis

Hello, While creating plain text runtime variable, it is not visible in the analysis filters. Even after publishing the package it is not appearing. Is there any recent changes done to runtime variables in Celonis ? Thank You Usually the runtime variables used to be mentioned on the left panel

Conformation between “Cycle Time” and “Throughput time”

Hello. Id like to confirm significant between cycle time and throughput time in Celonis. Would you tell me correct answers If I misunderstand it below. Cycle Time It means the time spent the whole workflow (ex. P2P, O2C, etc) 2.Throuput time It means the time about detail each workflows. (Ex. activity, case, another dimensions etc.) best regards.

Currency Conversion Common table error

Inquiry on Best Practices for Building an Overview View with Data from Multiple Data Models

Dear all,I am currently working on building a view for the management team to track KPIs across the entire organization. The organization consists of multiple entities, each using different systems (e.g., SAP, MSSQL, etc.), and as a result, we have multiple data models in the backend.In the overview view, we want to visualize data from these different models in a single interface. I have created a space that contains one view and multiple knowledge models. Hi There, does anyone know if Celonis can take snapshots of values? We determine inventory but its always the newest and latest figures and I cant find a proper data to use for a timeline graph of inventory. So I was wondering if its possible for Celonis to take a daily snapshot of a figure for use in a graph.

Calculate Average Activites for similar cases

Hello all,I am struggling to calculate the average count of activities for similar cases. The calculation returns a wrong result. It doesn’t matter if I use PU_COUNT on the activity table or CALC_REWORK. Example DataCase ID Parameter Number of Activities in Activity table 1 A 10 2 A 10 3 A 20 4 B 15  I would like to know the amount (count) of process steps (activities) on average for cases with a certain parameter.Expected ResultParameter Average activities count A 13.33 ((10+10+20)/3) B 15 (15/1)  What I getDimension: ParameterKPI:  AVG(CALC_REWORK())Parameter Average activities A 15 B 15  It does consider the ‘10’ activities for case 1 and 2 only once. So if the number of activities is the same for multiple cases (which might very well be the case), the calculation is wrong. If I remove the Dimension, I get the correct overall result of 13.75. But as soon as I add the Parameter as a dimension (which I need), the result is not correct anymore

Combine two similiar objects to simplify analysis

Hey community, Is it possible to combine two ocpm objects with each individual eventlog to combine into on object & eventog?My szenario is that i have two objects for two different type of documents. They have the same structure and events but they are not named same as each event ends with they name of their type.And i want to perform on both the same analysis and i am looking for a way instead of duplicating all analysis and adapting the kpi to simply my it. So both less duplicate work for me and easier for the enduser to work with. Is there like a “union” function to join them or is it possible with a parameter to switch the object/eventlog in a view? Thanks in advance

I extended my duplicate checker perspective, add the objeties what i want, and change my data model variable to my data model extended, but my view warns are records missing, these records have “aug” in the name. PDF Export of View (JAB) does not work

Hi all, The Celonis module that creates PDF's in Action Flows can't find my View. The Connection seem to work with the App Key that also has the right permissions and the View is also published. I always get the error "Something went wrong while handling the request. Please contact Celonis customer support. Celonis Support ID: e9c4bdad-04c3-49ea-b834-0e2dc618323b" from the 'Analysis' dropdown within the module. Does the Module even work with the new Views (JAB) since the next Parameter I need to fill in is 'Sheets' but the new View doesn't have Sheets, it has Tabs?

Conformance Checker (Analysis) Problems with parallel arcs

Hi all,I encountered some problems with the Conformance Checker Sheet in the Analysis.I did model a BPMN model and its rather simple but has some AND parallel arcs as illustrated below.In natural language “A,B,C has to be finished before D starts,but the A->B arc and C can happen independently of each other”.In the Overview I can now see Violations like:A is followed by C B is followed by C C is followed by DAll of which I would consider allowed in the sense of the model. Of course I can manually whitelist all of the violations, but this is rather high maintenance and distributes the single point of truth which should be the model. For me it is about understanding if this is a limitation of the Conformance Checker.Did anyone experienced something similar and solved it?Or is my model wrong?

Median Throughput with conditions

Hi everyone! I am trying to built a Celonis query where I calculate the median time in a process between the Event “DRAFT” and the Event “FINAL”. I would like to additionally get the median value only for one country (e.g. Norway (NO).I have the following query which seems to work without a country condition:MEDIAN( PU_MEDIAN( DOMAIN_TABLE("ACTIVITY_TABLE."ProcessId"), CALC_THROUGHPUT( FIRST_OCCURRENCE['DRAFT'] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE['FINAL'], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS( "ACTIVITY_TABLE"."TIMESTAMP", hours ) ) ))Now I have problems adding the country condition which would be found in the column ACTIVITY_TABLE.”country”. Maybe I have been starring at the query for too long :D. Creating and using a "Time" variable in Legacy Views (input-Box)

Good dayI would like end users to be able to configure a time and then be able to use this time in various KPI calculations in the Views that we are building. I created a Runtime variable (package level) called COTime_USD, I then configured input-box Form Component in a view and set this to data type: time (the input-box can also take “date”, “number” and “string”). I would then like to use this variable ${{COTime_USD}} in calculations and typically add it to a date (ie ROUND_DAY("o_custom_Payment"."Date").I have seen for dates, the variable needs to look like this in order to get it to work in calculations: {t ${{COTime_USD}} }, but I am not sure what I should use in stead of the “t” to define it a time.  When I try to execute the calculation I get stuck at “Syntax error near [:]...”. I have tried the following calculations: ROUND_DAY("o_custom_Payment"."Date") + ${{COTime_USD}} ROUND_DAY ( "o_custom_Payment"."Date" ) + {t ${{CutOffTime_GBP}} } TO_DATE(TO_STRING(ROUND_DAY ( ""o_custom

Display correct throughout times in Variant Explorer for cropped process flows

Hi all,I try to display the correct throughout time for the process variant in the Variant Explorer (shown to the right for the graph/list) for cropped process flows.I have cropped the process scope using CALC_CROP, both as a custom dimension and as a load script filter. The Variant Explorer returns the correct process of scope, but the total throughput time shown per process variant (shown to the right for the graph/list) is still based on the default CASE_START and CASE_END and not the process defined in the CALC_CROP.I.e, the sum of throughput times between the displayed process steps is not the same as the total throughput time for the variant.Is it possible to show the correct throughput time, given the process defined and visualized in CALC_CROP?Thanks!

Forward filter through the URL in Studio View

Dear Celonis Team, I tried to forward a filter through the URL in an View in Celonis Studio. I followed the instructions indicated at the followig doc page: https://docs.celonis.com/en/advanced--forward-filter-through-the-url--e-g--from-an-analysis-.html. Unfortunately, although it is described in the docs using a View, the function to forward a filter via "?filters=.....Base64Tag..." does not work and the filtered View does not open after inserting the string into the URL. I wonder if there is a bug into the function, because following the proposed gif in the documentation it worked well in the past. Please help if you have experience using Views.

ML Workbench for Predictive Analysis

I was going through various packages in the celonis and i found out that there is a package called "Celonis_ml" with no other documentation and when gone further it says it got deprecated and moved to pycelonis and the demo O2C - On Time Delivery Prediction has been built importing the Celonis_ml can anyone help what changed and how to build ML Workbench predictive analysis and what libraries need to be used an upgraded documentation..thanks!

Special Characters in CSV file (Action Flow output)

Hi Everyone, We are trying to automate extracting a weekly report and send it as a csv file via email to recipients. During this process, we found that some of the text specifically the one’s which are not in English gets replaced by some unreadable characters like /, $, *.
