Hi, I currently have a dashboard in Studio Analysis for which I built an Action Flow that picks up a distribution list with certain filters so that i can send out automated emails with a pdf attachment (each with different filters). Now I wanted to do the same with a View and this is not possible.50 users should receive an automated pdf of a View on a weekly basis filtered only on their set of Divisions/ Product Groups. What is the best alternative to automate this?BR  

Hi all,in Celonis sales there’s big focus on value realization yet I find the current approach by tracking value with the Transformation Hub less than ideal. For instance, the Duplicate Invoices App may assume that all identified invoices are saved cash, but in reality vast majority of such invoices could’ve been automatically blocked by ERP anyways.Do you guys have some good examples from real life where you were able to demonstrate significant amount of realized value (in $$$) companies got from Celonis implementations? How much of the value was purely Celonis’ merit and how much was it based on process improvement programs companies were undertaking regardless of Celonis?I think this discussion is needed, especially in smaller markets (I’m based in Norway), as the licensing model is much driven by value realization assumptions.

Hoping some experienced folks here can point me in the right direction.The issue: I'm trying to replicate the built-in throughput time explorer with a custom component, but I'm getting different results:Built-in explorer: 12k cases (1-day filter) My custom component: 13k cases (same filter)What's confusing me:I exported both results and compared them - all 12k cases from the built-in are in my results My component has ~1k additional cases that seem valid when I check them manually These "extra" cases definitely meet the 1-day criteria, so why does the built-in exclude them?My current filter:FILTER CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_

Hi Team,I’m working on creating a generic Action Flow with a writeback module. Depending on the OLAP table, I need to send different inputs to select the correct table for the writeback.

We are currently looking for a way to capture the filters applied by a user and include them, along with data from tables, in an Excel export triggered by an Action Flow.However, we are currently unable to access or retrieve the filter information within the flow.Has anyone developed an approach or working solution for this scenario? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I would like to link from a dashboard to a View with Process Explorer. In the dashboard, an object is selected and I would like to give the object identifier with the link to celonis, so that I can filter in the process explorer based on that (so that I only see this individual object and it’s event log).Is this possible to achieve with a Celonis View?Many Thanks,

Hi together, there's spaghetti in my head. I have the feeling like it should be possible, but can't figure out how to.I've a table like this A B 0 NULL 1 0 2 1 3 1 4 1 5 1 Column A contains the case key, B can contain a case key as a reference. E.g. case 1 refers to case 0. And the cases 2, 3, 4, and 5 refer to case 1. Now I want to "turn around" the reference so that there is a new column that shows e.g. for case 1 that it's referenced by 2, 3, 4, and 5. The result should look like this:

Using PQL in the VBFA table, I need to combine the date and time into a single timestamp.Both the ERDAT (date) and  ERZET (time) fields are formatted as complete timestamps in our data model.I succeeded by converting both fields to strings, combining them, then converting the combined string back to a date.TO_DATE(TO_STRING ("VBFA"."ERDAT" , FORMAT ( '%Y-%m-%d' ) )||' '||TO_STRING("VBFA"."ERZET", format ('%H:%M:%S')), FORMAT ( '%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S' ) )Is there a more direct approach I could use to obtain the same result? In an OLAP table, I am looking at sales documents "VBAK"."VBELN".  I only want to see the last change of each day.  How do I filter for the last "_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME" of each day?  I’ve experimented with PU_MAX, but I keep getting errors.

In the old view I had an input dropdown (made with a custom object “Time Dimension” with the content columns: Year, Year-Month, Quarter, Week, Day). In the new JAB view I now want to implement this as well (filtering charts according to Quarter, Week and so forth). Hi everyone, I’m working on an analysis in Celonis and I have a question regarding filtering table rows.In my case, one of the columns in my table displays a sum of values retrieved from the backend (e.g., SUM("SomeColumn")). I would like to exclude all rows where this sum equals zero, so they don’t appear in the final table.How can I apply such a filter directly in the table configuration or via a filter condition?Thanks in advance for your help!

HelloIn a scenario where there are multiple instances of “WIP CB IP” activity, I am trying to identify the first instance along with the next activity taken by a user.  I am easily able to identify the first WIP activity (highlighted in blue) using PU_FIRST.  However, when I attempt to identify the next activity following the first WIP, I end up retrieving the activity for the 2nd WIP line (highlighted in yellow and red).   I would like to report on the activity highlighted in green.I have tried wrapping the PU_FIRST within the ACTIVITY_LEAD but the syntax failed indicating that “/IRM/IPCBITM” is not within the Activity table.  I have also attempted to use a CASE WHEN statement but that just generated two WIP lines.  I am only interested in the first instance of WIP.Thanks in advance,Phil

I would then like the code to assign a Criteria when the number ‘1’, ‘3’ or ‘5’ follow directly after the we wildcard search. I am pulling errors because there are other numbers in the text description and the code is incorrectly assigning them because it is find any any ‘1’ (as an example) that comes after ‘CRIT’ and then calling it a ‘Criteria 1’, even when it is a Criteria 3.  My issue is that sometimes our operators are miss writing the text so we are trying to capture either CRIT or CRITERIA, or anything in between - which is why I

I'm facing an issue where my charts and tables show the message "You don't have data yet" even though I have connected them to the data model.When I create a Case Explorer, it only shows 1 row with these columns: Case ID Number of Activities Duration In the table section of the Case Explorer, it only displays CDHDR.CASES.Can someone please help me understand why I’m not getting any data in the charts or other tables I create?Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone,I'm working with classic process data: Case ID, Activities, and Timestamps.I want to list all first activities and all last activities, and count them by case. This way, I can see which activities my variants start and end with, and how many variants they cover.Ideally, I’d like this in two tables—so I can select a starting activity and see the corresponding ending activities in the other table.I’m assuming it’s fairly easy but i can not manage to do this..Kind regards, Niklas

Our Fiscal Year starts always in october. How can I change my formular that the KPI is calculated for example from october 2024 til september 2025 when I selected 2025 as Fiscal Year. Thanks and best regards.

Hi,Is it possible to adjust the settings of a Process Explorer on how it opens inside a view, like the zoom level or which Events are shown?Right now, there are too many events displayed in the Process Explorer, and my users need to zoom manually to see the names of the activities and their KPI values. I would like to change the initial zoom settings to a higher value or to show only the activities that don't display 0 in their primary KPI, if that's possible.Many thanks for any help, Fabian

Hello everyone,I understand that the button dropdown is still not available in the new Views. Has anyone managed to recreate a similar functionality? For example in the analysis I have two button dropdowns and for each one of them I have manually inputted 5-6 categories (Local Supplier, Company Code, MSGK, PO number etc.). Each category is updating two variables (one is for the name of the column and other is PQL calculation in OLAP table). Categories from button one are updating variables in column A while the categories in button two are updating variables in column D. I need to achieve something similar in the new Views, but the documentation for the Input Dropdown isn’t entirely clear to me. Has anyone implemented this successfully? If so, how did you manage it?Thanks in advance for your help!
