Hello,

I have an issue with a large number of Action Flow connections being saved under every analyst’s account, and wonder if it is possible to remove them, so that every analyst will only have 1 connection (via their API key) associated with the Action Flows.

If it is unclear what I mean, under some Action Flow module (e.g. Query Data), there is a list of connections that you can use to get the module working, which I am trying to delete and establish only 1.

You're asking if it's possible to remove outdated connections in Action Flow modules?

Yes, it is possible, but you have to handle this process manually:

  • You have to individually remove the connection reference from the specific Action Flow's "Inputs" section in Studio.

  • You have to then navigate to your User Profile > Personal Connections to delete the stored credentials.

  • Most importantly, if the connection is tied to any failed or pending workflow runs, you have to ensure all those incomplete executions are cleared out before the system will allow you to delete the associated connection. Centralized, bulk deletion across all users is not a native feature, so each analyst has to clean up their own account.
