Need help in building KPI

What is the appropriate way to group tasks inside of a process model?

We are trying to group tasks together so that they can act functionally as one. For example, we might have the tasks "Frame", "Mechanical", and "Paint". We ideally, the process should be conforming if the case flows through any or all of those tasks, and in any order. So if the activity just went through "Frame", or if it went "Mechanical" to "Frame", or from "Frame" to "Mechanical" to "Paint", all should be conforming.  In regard to the screenshot, we are getting violations because "04 Paint" is followed by "04 QA Post-Paint". We have tried grouping them in a subprocess, and we have also tried tried grouping them as a series of tasks in parallel connected by parallel gateways. Neither seems to work. Is there a better method for grouping tasks inside of the process model?

Calculate the % coverage of the most common variant for a specific attribute

Hi all, I am analysing the approval process of various documents in a single system.  As the approval processes differs a lot depending on what document is, I would like to know for every single type of document, what % of cases have been regarded as the most common variant. I have read the Cloud Help documentation and came up with the PQL below but still the results differs from what I looked up individually in Variant Explorer, would you please advise what could have gone wrong in the PQL? Is it possible to use the start and complete (end) timestamp of events, so I can analyze the waiting time?

I was looking for a way to exploit the timestamp of the complete (end) of an event. I couldn't find it in Celonis Academics EMS. Is there any way to do it? We were provided a data set with both start timestamp and complete (end) timestamp, so we can analyze the waiting time. Is it possible to analyze the waiting time in Celonis EMS?

Hallo. I need a PQL Function Library. I have found the page, where it is stored. However, I cannot download it. The webpage is https://help.celonis.de I cannot figure out where I can find the library. Since Celonis uses their own language, even it is very similar to SQL, it is much better to have the library where you can look up for a function or command. Thanks in advance.  P.S: Regarding the version of Celonis, I have no clue. I know that we use a web-hosted Celonis.

Questions about how Celonis works from a group of Master students from TUM analysing the business model

To whom it may concern, I am part of a group of master students of the Technical University Munich currently researching the business model of Celonis. The company and how it operates is tremendously interesting, but it is difficult to find details on certain aspects of the company. Here, we are trying to reach out to you whether we could come in contact with someone who can give us some insights into how certain parts of the business operate. Column Chart - visible KPI column limit

Hi,Is there some kind of limit how many columns can be visible in the column chart? I have a table, in which I wanted to visualize activity count 13 types of cases per date. When I create 10 of them, the column bars are barely visible. If I add next kpi, then the bars disappear. Is there some option to show all 13 kpi at the same time in column format? I know I can change some of them to line axis, etc. but would prefer columns for all of them

How to assign Case Key across data pulled from 3 different source systems

Hi Team,  I have a conceptual question here. We are importing data through flat files from 3 different souce systems namely : MDG, ECC and PLM. Need to identify a field which can be taken as a common reference which will further help in defining Case key for the process. The process is around Order to Activation of SKU in SAP..Any help would be much appreciated, or someone who would have dealt with similar use case. Eg : in a generic P2P process, #PO Items could be used as 'Cases' across the flow, trying to identify something similar in my current process.
