Solution Professional Exam Prep (VSCL and Discovery methods)

Hi all, First post here. Pleasure to meet you. I just finished the Solution Professional Track and would like to start taking the exam soon, but one thing striked me as curious. Except I have been missing it, VSQL was not included in the training except the "Best-Practice" module. That was like being thrown into the cold water, since I do not have a technical background. The Exam Prep mentiones SQL knowledge as prerequisite for the exam. Since the academy does not seem to provide for a course, is there anyone who could tell me the depth which is needed to pass the exam and where I could learn that (i.e. youtube)? Ideas would be appreciated. If someone is willing to do a personal exam prep and offers on fiverr or similar, feel free to shoot me a message. Best wishes

Hello,I need a Help on a KPI about OTC . I want to calculate time by hours between,(Cases which goes through "Lead Status Set To: Open" and does not go throught "Lead Status Set To : Assigned".) and current time. How to check if a variable is null ?

Hello,I am preparing an automation sheet on studio and I need a KPI like, if a user type is not selected calculate ratio as activities done by "B,C,S" type user divided by all activitiesBut if a user type is selected calculate ratio as activities done by user which selected user type divided by AGAIN all activities. So, If I use simple dropdown it filters all activities and my numerator is also filtered with my denominator but I don't want this.furthermore, I tried to use dropdown button and write selection to a variable. So I could control KPI formula and I could calculate however I want but, I cant choose how to control if a user type is selected or not. I am trying to control is variable NULL or not. is My way wrong ? I can do it neither on code either nor visual editor. Here is a SS to explain myself. Any help will be appretiated.Best Regards.

Can we calculate throughput time without rework/change activities

Hi,We are trying to create a deep dive analysis for calculating throughput time. Is there a possibility to calculate TPT without Rework/Change activities? We tried to do it with the help of component filter where we attempted to use the NOT_IN operator in order to ignore rework activities. Is this the right way or does Celonis support any special PQL query for this. Suggestions, ideas would be highly appreciated

How to calculate the difference between two dates in a table?

Hi, Currently I am using this formula: AVG(CALC_THROUGHPUT(CASE_START TO LAST_OCCURRENCE['<%= Activity %>'], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("DATA_(7)_csv"."COMPLETION_DATE", DAYS))) This formula works well, however I would prefer if I could actually calculate the dates between two columns, rather than just from one column. Case count against an attribute

Hello everyone,I am asking for support here for an application that I would like to do.I have a CASE TABLE in which calls to a call center are recorded. Each line represents a received call.The goal is to count the Recallers, i.e. those numbers that call several times in the period considered, and their frequency.In other words, I would like to see how many people call twice, thrice, four times, etc.I made a drawing to make better understood in which I recorded 9 calls made from 4 different numbers: I want to put them in a table or graph that shows me that there are 2 numbers that called 2 times, one number that called 4 times and a number only once. (I don't care about the phone number, I put up numbers just to show what I have available and what I want). Could anyone help me set up a component with PQL? Thanks

Currently the IT landscape is based on Legacys no ERP or Market solution. This company decided years ago to develop all their technology and now are facing obsolescence and process issues and difficult to improve as there is no documentation, etc. The discovery process for an improvement project takes a lot of time and we want to improve the discovery process.

Replace inserting selfjoin sequence numbers to get all activities performed within a 10 sec span.

Hello, I'm trying to optimize very long-running queries (few hours):We want to change user type for all activities done in span of 10 seconds (so for specific activity if there's any other activity done in 5 seconds before or 5 seconds after by same user and with same activity name the user type should be adjusted). I've marked red a rows that won't be updated due to failing match (Different user_name, activity_name or exceeded time span). Do you have any ideas? Right now I've got 2 queries:A) Alter table - add integer columnB) First assign row numbers by just updatingC) Make selfjoin based on row numbering with just update I know it could be easly done with LAG/LEAD analytical Vertica 10.0.x functions, however these are not supported. Only other idea is to not assign row numbers but to use identity and try also to use MERGE. help would be highly appreciated Best Regards,Mateusz Dudek

Hi, I am currently trying to calculate the averages days from process start to the end of a specific activity using the following code:AVG(CALC_THROUGHPUT(CASE_START TO LAST_OCCURRENCE['Confirm Order'], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("DATA_csv"."START_DATE", DAYS))) However, I now want to be able to configure the above code so that the KPI filters based on any activity I select but NOT take into account process end. The problem I'm having right now is that it instead calculates the time difference between start and end of process whenever I pick any activity. Thanks,Terence
