Comments/Augmented attributes

Hello everyone,I would like to create option for users where they can leave comments. I would like for this option to be connected to a chart (let say it’s a chart showing number of blocked documents per month) and I would like to allow users to leave comments for February (number of blocked documents was really high compered to other months). But the issue is that for comments and augmented attribute identifier needs to be unique and I cannot configure it. So if someone has some idea I would be grateful.  Also in documentation they configured comments with variables but when i put variable for DOC ID (VIM_1HEAD.DOCID) and use that variable as identifier it’s not working. Any idea what should be put there? Thank you!

Locked Out of Assessment After 4 Attempts – Any Way to Retake Sooner?

Hi, I have completed all the levels of the Business Analysis Internship successfully. However, I couldn’t pass the final assessment even after 4 attempts. Now the system says I have to wait 6 months before I can try again.Is there any way to retake the assessment sooner or get support from the team to complete it and receive my certificate?I would really appreciate any guidance. Thank you!

Creating Perspectives and adding 'Embedded objects': node name is different from Celonis Academy

Hello,I have a question related to the use case example in below Celonis Academy course. I just started 'Build your Object-Centric Data Model' course, now at the 'Create Perspectives' section, 'Embed the Creator object and include the Approver object' step.I've shadowed the steps in my training environment but notice that the node name for the embedded object looks different from the course example. In the course it shows 'Report.Creator' while mine is 'Report.User', much less informative. Screenshot attached FYI. Could someone kindly advise why it's happening? Is it I've made some mistake, and how to make mine show the same 'Report.Creator'? Many thanks in advance,BR, Ina

Resolving Divergence in KPI Computation

I want to calculate KPI where I need to find number of Purchase Order where Invoice is created after payment creation. How can I write PQL query without getting result affected due to divergence? i.e I need to check for PO where invoice was created after payment creation for same invoice.

Problem with personal EMail in a Workflow with Trigger GMail

Hello guys,I am currently taking the pathway “Automation” in the Rising Stars Program and in the Module “Process Automation Basics” / Automate with Action Flows (https://academy.celonis.com/learn/course/automate-with-action-flows-i/automate-with-action-flows-i/course-outline?client=academic-alliance-celonis&page=2) I have a problem with setting up the GMail Trigger. I set up the API and the OAuth-Client just as presented in the tutorials. the only change was that, because we dont have the affected persons Email I used my regularly GMail. As I am setting up the Trigger I have to sign in in Google and just like the tutorials i use (the same) Gmail Account. As I want to proceed following error message pops up: I hope somebody can help me, because I have absolutely no idea left what I could try to fix it.Thanks in advance for helping me out!Best wishes,David

Request for Retake or Reduced Blocking Period for Celonis Assessment

I recently attempted the Celonis assessment but have exceeded the allowed attempts, resulting in a six-month block. I understand the policy, but I am eager to improve my skills and demonstrate my understanding of Celonis. I have been actively studying through the Celonis Academy and other resources. If there is any possibility of reconsideration for an additional attempt or reducing the blocking period, I would be extremely grateful. Please let me know if there is a way to review my case.

I have not completed my celonis rising star assessment as I have taken the assessment 2 times now the assessment is not opening. it was mentioned that i get the another 2 attempts after 2 days but it did not opening till now even after 5 days. please help me to get my extra attempts.
