Welcome to the Celonis World Tour Hackathon 2021!
We are challenging you to develop and showcase hands-on and actionable sustainability use cases with our new feature signal link!
With the signal link and process network explorer, we have a new & powerful technology at hand.
This technology enables us to understand end-to-end material flows, understand global inventory levels, see how supply chain networks are working in real life, and much more. With these capabilities, we can understand and address challenges that supply chains are facing, also with regard to sustainability.
It’s easy to participate, you just need to follow those steps:
- Explore the attached data set and come up with a sustainable use case that can be supported with this new feature.
- Create a max. 5-minute video showcasing your sustainable use case. You can use any supporting material ranging from slides, the Celonis analysis, or just a paper and a pen. It’s up to you!
- Upload the video in this form. Please name you video: Hackathon_FirstName_LastName_Date
- You will receive a notification including a Vidyard-link to your video.
- Post your video to Celopeers using the “Ask a Question” function on the right, so that other people can upvote your video!
Awards:
- As this is a sustainability initiative, we will plant a tree for every successful video submission!
- All the participants will receive a badge for their participation.
- The winner will have the opportunity to participate in our Celonis All Hands Meeting - our global weekly meeting where our C-level Managers guide us through the most important news in Celonis.
- You will join a collaboration session with our expert teams on sustainability and product.
Winner criteria:
- Use of the Celonis improvement cycle (measure, know, act)
- A sustainable use case (impact)
- Applicability (general use case vs. specific use case)
- Presentation (quality of showcase - video & other assets)

The Hackathon will run from 05.10 - 12.11.2021.
